The apple dish was the one thing I wasn't a fan of this time - far too middle American sweet, in my opinion, it needs far more apples (slightly less baked), far more crumble, and far less of the syrup and whipped cream. They've even been recommended and runner up by Best Of Lexington for best breakfast in town 2023 & 2025 (it's noted by emblems on the entry door). I love that if you have a problem with your food the management will make it right. You just have to let them know. No one's perfect but they really try to make it right. I love the ambiance inside and the outdoor seating in spring and summer. Good place to bring the family. I'm thrilled there are still local places like this one in Lexington that really work hard to give its' best and work hard to keep their doors open in this economy now days.
