To host my Mom's milestone birthday party, I wanted to rent a table and a set of chairs. I researched several rental companies, and Absolute Rentals kept coming to the top of the list for best reviews. I wanted to write them off forever due to my prior experience, but I decided to give them another chance. The rental prices for the tables and chairs were very reasonable! They offer pickup and delivery of the equipment. The delivery service is where things get pricey. I went with delivery because the convenience of having them drop it off and pick it up was more valuable to me. The delivery service was great and friendly! They communicate with you the whole time and schedule a time that is convenient for you. They allow a few days after your event to pick up everything. Everything came in good condition and was easy to set up. I will definitely use Absolute Rentals for an event again!

Importantly (to me at least), after they had laid out the water slide but before staking it to the ground, they sought me out to ask about possible locations of irrigation and in-ground wiring. What made the situation worse was the way the owner handled the complaint. Instead of working toward a solution, I felt I was treated unprofessionally and was even told they would go to my workplace to complain about me, which felt inappropriate and intimidating. Customer service matters just as much as the equipment, and unfortunately this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope the company improves how they handle customer concerns and resolves refund issues in a more respectful and professional manner in the future.

The service was friendly but they didn't seem to know their inventory very well or trust that their computer system was right. It appears they also offer other party rental supplies but I did not utilize them for those items. Pick up and drop off was easy and they provided the bags for the dirty cloths. Overall it was an average experience...not bad but not great.
