Sean was very patient with questions and my suggested modifications, and was very quick with responses - both before and during the installation. Price wasn't the lowest, but was far from the highest of the quotes we got, and there was no hard sell (unlike a few others). The crew was quick and very courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up everything before they left. They even asked if they could cut a few inches off of a fence door that had been scraping the ground for ages to ensure it cleared the turf cleanly!

(See pictures) I have been reaching out to him for over 3 weeks and he will not repy anymore. He initially answered, however as soon as I informed him of the problem and asked him to fix it, he stopped replying. On installaion day his crew showed up 2 hours late to begin with, and then disappeared in the middle of the day for several hours without communicating anything wth me. They finally showed back up and had to rush the installaion and did a poor job. Now that Ive asked him to fix it, he is ingnoring me. Once he has your money he will disappear. He obviously does not stand by his work. Seriously, read the way he responds to other customers bad reviews and youll see the way he runs his business with poor character and lack of integrity. He will not take ownership, responds, in an unprofessional manner to people leaving feedback and will not stand by his work. I guess its worth it to him to to lose future business and referrals over what could have been a fairly simple fix. Cant wait to see how he responds to this review and what excuses he has.

Moshe shared different options/plans for the front and back yard (including new retention wall, drainage + turf installment), along with fair estimates. Once I agreed to proceed, they added me to the calendar immediately. When the job started - it took them less than 4 days to complete (keep in mind, this was a very extensive project due to the new wall and drainage). Incredible job. Because I had a poor experience with another turf company years ago, I did a ton of research on which product would be the most ideal for my needs, and this time I found Cocoturf and met it's proprietor, Olivier. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I called as a cold lead just after finding the website, explained my needs, and Olivier came out to meet me, see the main project, brought a ton of samples, and made the perfect recommendation for my needs. He's a great guy, I felt that he cared about the product that he sold me, and he's extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of turf. How refreshing that is since customer service is non existant since Covid no matter what you spend or what type of business. Revive is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, you get what you pay for and they did an amazing job in our yard regrading the entire area and setting up new grass that looked amazing from the get go. 4 months later still looks amazing and stunning and we could not be happier. Neev and his team are quick and very thorough. He followed up to make sure everything was correct, and never took more than a few hours to text back or more than 24/48 hours to swing by to check on something.
