Brad, the owner, was on site pretty much the whole time to ensure a high-quality finish. They were prompt, provided their own restroom for workers, maintained a clean workspace, and cared for our property as if it was their own. You just don't find artisan installers like this anymore. Moreove, my wife is a designer and is extremely picky. She had absolutely nothing to say regarding their work product - not a single critique (this is as rare as a Big Foot sighting in Los Angeles). We had a once in a lifetime event occur this September: our plumbing line to the city sewer backed up due to roots, flooding the house, and requiring an 8-foot trench across our yard to change the pipe. As I reflected upon all that needed to be done, one more chore came to mind once the plumbers advised of the need to dig--below our new turf. I called Turfscape to advise of the plumbing event and my concern for our yard. Turfscape responded immediately, within 1 hour, in fact. Bradley White undertook the project on as if it were his own yard at stake. Mr. White exchanged phone numbers with the plumbers. He routinely communicated with them without my having to be involved. Mr. White arranged for a team to come to our home to pull back our turf, and then ultimately, seven days later, reapply infill and sub base and reattach the turf. When I installed the turf earlier this year, I never considered what would occur if an underground pipe needed to be replaced and the turf removed.
