Just got through enjoying my first week of ownership of our new turf. We worked with Sepehr and he was a class act. He is a no pressure guy and knows the product he sells so you can make an informed decision. We hired them to turn a patch of dead grass and dirt into a backyard for us and our pups. They were in at 7am and by end of day the transformation of our yard was complete. We went with the sage 92oz without weed barrier since we had dogs. They capped off all our sprinklers and hauled everything off so it looked cleaner than when they started. I'll give you my cliff notes review and a detailed review about my great experience with Eturf Pro. Cliff notes: this was the best and easiest experience I could think of or ask for when it came to adding artificial turf at my property. The work was clean, quick and completely easy. I'd recommend them to anyone. Detailed review: 1. Consultation - I reached out to Eturf and asked for a consultation and Sep met with me to discuss what it was I wanted and needed. He laid out all my options and made recommendations on what was best for my landscape. He showed me all the different types of turf and provided recommendations on what may look best in our neighborhood. He explained foot traffic, pet use, weeds, and other factors that would go into making your decision. Without any pressure he allowed me to make my decision on my time. I talked it over with my wife and we chose to go forward. 2. Scheduling - Once my wife and I made our decision we called Sep the next day to schedule them to come out. For my own convenience, I requested a pretty quick turn around time, since I had a week off of work and was able to be home during the installation. He said he would do his best to accommodate and he did. He was able to schedule something shortly after we called so we were confirmed. 3. Prep and installation - Sep said the crew would be at our house by latest 9am to get started and the guys showed up at 830, which worked perfect for us. The crew asked us about our sprinklers and how we would like them capped. They began digging up the dirt and capping our sprinklers. The guys were very professional and good at their work. They even patched up a cracked pipe that we had from awhile back. Once they capped the sprinkler pipes, they began removing the old grass. Once the old grass was removed, they did their turf prep and installation. Overall they were very fast, thorough and clean. They were very respectful of our neighbors since we live in a townhouse complex in Redondo Beach. The crew was great. 4. Final - Once the turf was installed, they made the grass look presentable and ready for use. The crew cleaned up all the dust, dirt and materials they brought to work on our property. They were neat in both the preparation and the close out of the project. Overall, I'd definitely recommend these gentleman and I'd work with Sep directly any day of the week. Peter and his crew are the absolute best. Peter gave me a thorough consultation and walked me through all information regarding turf and it's installation from start to finish. We are so happy we went with E-Turf Pro for our backyard installation. We interviewed many companies and hired Peter on the spot.
