I get massages on a regular basis so I tend to be very picky with massages. Book 80 min massage with Horacio, and it was worth every minute. I wanted to extend the time so bad. From the moment I laid down on the warm bed, I knew I was in for a treat! I asked for firm pressure massage on the registration sheet and that's exactly what I got. He asked me once if I was good with the pressure, I said yes and he kept that pressure throughout. I'm already thinking of booking one more before heading home. Thank you Horacio!!

Called the morning of to have my nails fixed. Nicole was incredible and made sure she understood what I needed, what service would work best and what time slot would fit for me. I had 24 hrs before a big event. Neyshanet is an amazing nail tech/ artist. My hands were trash when I walked in - she offered ideas, was incredibly patient with me, gentle in her approach, kind, and I left with a beautiful French set. Stunning!! I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Do not go to a mall. This is worth an appointment and wait! Tip them well. The salon is spotless. You feel welcome and they take very good care of you. Alexis and Valeria were professional, quiet and amazing, hands down the BEST 4 hand I have ever had, they were the perfect synchronized dúo and to my big surprise, even though they were experienced with 4 hand massages, I was the first massage they gave together, I was shocked. I'm a massage lover and very particular with my massages. Most people have no idea what a 4 hand massage is and is even harder to find places that offer them as a listed service, so when I saw it listed on their menu, I was sold. Is NOTHING naughty, is just non-stop massage, for example someone massages your shoulders while the other person massages your legs or one person massages one side while the other massages the other, is continued blizz. Before picking Euphoria, I searched for a specific outdoor massage for days and asked PR connections for help unsuccessfully, which oddly enough are very hard to find in many places, so I had to settle for an indoor one at Euphoria because they had good rating, were close by and they offered a 4 hand, but I learned Coming this year, they will offer roof top massages, permits are in the works already. My BFF who had never had a massage in her life and has a disability was massaged by Kianna and she mentioned that she was also great, professional and focused a lot on the "medical" benefits of her having a massage and used techniques that helped her tons. Giselle at Reception was courteous, detailed and very professional. The owner stopped in as we left and I noticed she was super attentive to detail at her spa and very pleasant. They offer a lot of services, but they are not a full day lounging type of spa. Oh and don't be discouraged by the outside of the building, their suite is very nice. A lot of the big hotels offer spa services and I do those commonly, but at the end of the day, if ever back in San Juan, Euphoria will be on my list for sure. Friends of mine are heading to SJ in 3 wks and I made sure they know of Euphoria. $$$?, I actually think that they should be $$, very affordable and reasonable Enjoy!

You are lucky I was asked to be nice. You are possibly the worst business owner I've ever talked to. Instead of trying to take responsibility for your negligence, you act like a donkey? Doesn't even offer a refund. I'm holding my tongue. People can decide whether they want to risk getting some fungus that will rot their nails or not. But I'll say right now that I'm not lying about anything I wrote. Especially the part where I judge your character and management skills. Btw I never said foot fungus. The things I want to say... taking all my willpower not to.

Well, I think I just had the best quality mani/pedi of my life. What a Mother's Day treat! If you're looking for a place for nails - this is it! Will come back to try the massages. The building is secure- you have to type in a code and they buzz you in. Very easy. The business is located on the second floor- elevator and stair options. The waiting room is very pretty and comfortable- tea and water options available! The mani/pedi area is a separate room. Looks like 3 stations for pedicures and two manicure spot. Like I said above- service was great! I felt like she really took into account what my feet and nails needed. Will be coming here again!

My experience at Euforia were way beyond my expectation. The place is extremely clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. I went for a 25 min customized birthday massage with Andrea who did a helluva job with her technique and attentiveness. Once I finished my massage, as soon as I walked out the door, the staff surprised me with champagne and a birthday cupcake as they helped sing happy birthday. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! read more

I had a 1 and 30 min massage with Alexis and I could not have enjoyed it more. Bed had a heating pad that he turned on when I got cold from being so relaxed, also provided a extra sheet cause I love it super warm :) He did fabulous work on my neck and shoulders. My husband and I were in Puerto Rico for one day and one night after getting off of a cruise. We thought the best way to button up a beautiful vacation was with a couples massage. We found Euforia on yelp and I am happy to report that they give wonderful massages. My husband had Kathyana and I had Janira. They were both wonderful massage therapists. Attentive, experienced and checked in just enough to make sure pressure was good and we were comfortable. Yantach and Janira are the best. I've been there several times and it has become my go-to spa in San Juan. Always great service and very friendly, plus has easy to book online options. There's a nearby garage that the spa can validate up to one hour. Call ahead for that info. read more

Clean, calm, quiet, and cool spa in a locked building. I got a massage with Kelvin who did a lovely job. It was very much comparable to the style of massage I usually get on the mainland, with a mixture of deep tissue, stretching, and relaxation. I messed up making the appts for me and my husband. When I got there they were able to fix it right up! They are Super accommodating. Cenalic did my husbands spa pedicure with paraffin wax. He said it was awesome and had some great conversation during his treatment. Janira was my massage therapist...she did a classic Swedish massage and had me so relaxed I was nearly asleep. I received my first prenatal massage at Euforia by Maria Del Mar, and she was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable in her technique and asked about my comfort level on several occasions. I have tried several massage places in San Juan since moving here and this has by far been my best experience! The front desk attendant was super helpful, spoke beautiful English and even offered to grab me water while I waited. I definitely enjoyed my time and will be returning very soon! read more

My fiance and I wanted to break up the day so we booked a last minute couple massage with Janiva and Will. The spa was clean, comfortable, and everyone working was so sweet! Janiva and Will did an amazing job!! They asked us exactly what we wanted and they focused on those areas. They took their time with us and made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. Would give 6 stars if possible. I think this was literally the best massage I've ever had anywhere at home or during our travels. Maria Del Mar was amazing. She kept apologizing for her English not being that great but it was sufficient enough for us to communicate fine. Then my wife and I received pedicures from Cenalie and Kathyanna. They were equally as pleasant an experience and offered great suggestions for things to do and eat around the city. Then to top it off the trip was for my birthday celebration to San Juan and they surprised me with singing, cake and candles and two glasses of champagne. These ladies were top notch and we will be back during our next trip. Thanks ladies for a wonderful experience! read more

Loved my Spa mani and pedi! I picked the Lavender scrub/butter/mask. The nail techs did a fabulous job and were very meticulous. I left with my nails looking like shiny delicious red apples! The spot was pretty small and intimate so I'd recommend making an appt in advance. The technicians speak predominately Spanish so it'd definitely be helpful to know some Spanish if you're asking for anything special. I checked in with Yelp and got a complimentary glass of wine. Plus I used the $10 for $20 deal from Yelp. Got gorgeous nails and some bubbly at a discounted rate. Would definitely return here! read more

I purchase an 80 min message with Horacio. I had some shoulder issues that he focused on to great effect. I was convinced I might have torn something; but it was 80% better afterwords, and 95% the next day. So needless to say I was very pleased. The remaining full body message was good as well. Even better yet, you can enjoy wine, beer, or a Mimosa while you wait or when they're taking care of your feet. Seriously, the staff & offerings are great. My cousin and I went to Euforia for a massage and facial on May 28, 2024. They offer excellent services in a lovely setting at very reasonable prices. You must go if you visit San Juan. I go for monthly massages in Brooklyn and Quaianna's massage was in my top 3. My cousin also loved her massage with Will. Our facials with Janira and Adianez were also heavenly. This is my second time getting a massage within the last four months from Euforia. This time I went back with my nieces. If go back to Puerto Rico, I'll make sure I stop by again. I can't say enough nice things. The ambiance, the cleanliness, the whole staff was beyond kind. My sister made me go on a rainforest hike yesterday and I gave up halfway which was still enough to cause me a TON of pain on this large, middle aged body. Then came ANDREA, who was literal perfection. Everything about her was calming and relaxing. She was super attentive and found all of my problem areas. It is easy to book an appointment with Euforia Spa Center online or by calling if your day and time is not available. You are greeted by a young lady who was very welcoming. I forgot to ask for her name and it didn't show up on the receipt. I treated my niece and myself for two 80 mins customized massages. My masseuse was Maria Del Mar. She was outstanding. She worked on the areas that I asked her to concentrate on. An absolute professional. I left feeling so relaxed. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Hands down....One of the best Spa's I have ever been to! I was here for a conference and as a treat for myself, I had the 80 minute hot stone with back pumpkin scrub (October special) and eye brow wax (both with Janira. I also had both the 80 minute signature hydroplastic mask and 25 minute Tone-up - Radio Frecuency/Passive Gymnastic (both with Natalia). Both Janira, Natalia, and the rest of the team were so wonderful, kind, and amazing. I would recommend Euforia to anyoe who comes to San Juan. read more

Happened upon Euforia while on a walk in San Juan while on vacation this past week. I was feeling a bit of travel stress and tension, so I decided to walk in....and immediately felt calm and relaxed. Decided on a quick 20- minute chair massage which was fantastic, so decided to book a 50-minute customized massage the next day. Maria did an amazing job! I felt like a new person; tension and stress melted away, and I was able to completely enjoy the rest of our vacation in beautiful San Juan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ten minutes before the appointment, she called with an unnecessarily hostile tone and asked, "Are you going to be here at 2?" I responded that I'd be five minutes late. She replied, "Okay, 2:05 then." I arrived at 2:08. She looked at me and, instead of greeting me, chose to comment, "Umm... you're late," in a condescending tone. She then proceeded to point out what service I had booked--gel tip refill maintenance--and told me she couldn't do it because she had another client at 4 PM and the service would take until then. I calmly asked her to honor the appointment, as I had come a long way and was only four minutes late. Rather than provide the service or offer a solution, she sat down, argued, and shifted all the blame onto me. When I asked if she would truly rather sit there for two hours doing nothing than honor a scheduled appointment, she confirmed--yes--and continued to deflect responsibility. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's deeply disrespectful. I had used her service once before and had already sensed something was off. This experience confirmed it. The energy was hostile, the customer care nonexistent, and the accountability zero. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If professionalism and basic courtesy matter to you, look elsewhere.

Cute, pleasant, tiny room, 1 chair nail salon. She's pleasant, professional, did a beautiful gel pedicure & also got a simple manicure without nail polish. All in, over an hour. But when she told me how much was the price! I was shocked! $80 FOR A GEL PEDI & $20 for a simple manicure without polish! Never again. I gave her a $20 tip because I'm a fair person & she did a great job. But $100 total price was not fair, not right, & not worth a Gel Pedi. I did tell her I'll pay it because it's my fault for not asking the price before she did the job. However I'm sure she knows that it's wrong for her not to mention first hand or post a proper visual sign of her exuberant prices. I wish her well. But she won't get far if she is not transparent with prospective clients about her prices. It almost feels like she was somewhat deceptive.

The space is modest but clean and comfortable. The location is right across the street from Condado, Vanderbilt, and very safe. The massages were very high quality and with excellent communication.
