Inside the salon is very clean, pet friendly with dog gates throughout. He was done fairly quickly and looked so good! We love the staff and the work that they do and have appreciated them these past three years but when my goldendoodle comes home from the groomers every single time with an ear infection, we have to stop and think about where we're taking him. After the first time I made sure to tell staff to be really careful with his ears because he got an ear infection prior, that didn't seem to do anything because he came home again with another ear infection. The third time was the last straw, and I did make sure to specify that he has had ear infections after coming here so be REALLLLY careful with his ears in the bath. It's now been a month since we got him groomed and we're still battling this ear infection. My dog has been uncomfortable for a whole month because of this place. Beware about bringing your dog here Goldendoodle parents because we know just how particular these dogs are and the tender care they need. This is a picture of his ears a whole month of fighting this ear infection! We've already made two vet visits and will have to take him back for another.
