I paid $250 for my initial appointment and another $125 for the testing, so $375 total, and unfortunately I walked away feeling like I wasted my money. During my initial appointment, I felt like everything was very rushed and straight to the point. I wasn't asked many follow-up questions or really given the opportunity to fully explain my symptoms and concerns. After completing the TOVA test, I was told my results came back normal, but I still had a lot of questions about what that meant and what the next steps were. I reached out afterward with several questions because I was genuinely confused and looking for guidance. Instead of having my concerns addressed, I was basically referred somewhere else. That was especially frustrating because the whole reason I paid for an evaluation here was to get answers and understand what was going on. I even reached out to the main office afterward to explain my experience and concerns and never received a response. I understand that an evaluation doesn't guarantee a specific diagnosis, and that isn't why I'm upset. I'm upset because I paid $375 expecting a thorough evaluation, communication, and guidance, and I don't feel like I received that. I would have been completely okay with whatever the outcome was if I had actually felt heard and had my questions properly answered. Unfortunately, I left with more questions than I had when I started, and I personally would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Dr. Davis is really down to earth and very easy going to allow me to really open up and honestly, he knows me very well which allows him to give me some life counseling and guidance in some of my lowest moments in life, and Dr. Davis has seen me grow so much from when I didn't have kids to now happily married with 2 kids. With proper medications and checkups I was able to make my life much more enjoyable, making my life much more positive, and just overall a better person living a healthy life. Thee OG staff I do miss. There's two Drs and 1 remaining assistant that I cannot recommend enough. Firstly, D.O Daniel W Lane literally saved my life. I've been his patient for many years prior to him working here at this location. I've had a lot going on in my life over the last decade and he's been with me every step of the way. He's so passionate about what he does and helping people. He genuinely and wholeheartedly cares about people in general but especially us (his patients). He's so dedicated and committed to helping me in my mental health journey as well as my entire health. He's very intelligent, knowledgeable not only in his field (psychiatry) but medicine, and general medical practice. He's well seasoned. Thorough. Understanding. He's amazing at listening. He makes it a priority to really know you, how you think, your life. He never makes decisions without consent or my opinion. It's really a team effort type of treatment. After being on the zoom call for 10 min prior and then waited 40 min for the doctor to no show me, I left the zoom call. Approximately 1.5 hours after my appointment, quality life group calls me to let me know I "no showed" the zoom call. They noted me in the waiting room, waiting 45 min past my appointment, but then leaving. Unfortunately, I have work and other priorities. Don't book my appointment if the doctor can't show up in a timely manner. Unfortunately, quality life group send it right to collections, arguing that I need to wait for the doctor now matter how long I have to wait. It's absolutely ridiculous that QLG has the audacity to bill me for a no show, but can't get their act together, or their scheduling. No, I still won't pay it!
