I had constant issues with scheduling and getting calls, etc. But now, 2 years later, their billing dept is being ridic. The case went to trial, the judge ordered reimbursement of his, and my, medical expenses. Great. Unfort, the employer doesn't have insurance and they refuse to pay. Dr. Dorsey's office somehow doesn't understand this. I have been trying to help but they are sooooo rude and will not hear. They are accidentally got paid from a claim an insurance co has in TX, v. CA, with a woman that just happens to have the same b'day as me. They also think the atty they have spoken to is the atty for the insurance co but it's the former employer's atty. The adjuster and I have explained over and over but they refuse to hear, listen, etc. I would not rec this office simply bc the office is so difficult to deal with. They dont' need to be rude, hang up, not listen, not understand, etc. 1 convo they had in the past year and a half would have cleared this all up. I'm planning on going to the lien hearing to make sure no funny stuff happens, the judge understands the situation, etc. This is why no good deed goes unpunished....

I've been trying for a week to get a prescription changed due to its unavailability. The only people available to speak to is an answering service on the other side of the world. When you can finally get them to transfer you to the office, no one picks up. It is maybe the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a medical office.
