This place is amazing. This is extraordinary craftsmanship with attention to detail and work of exceptional quality. They restored seven pairs of my favorite Italian shoes. None of them is less than 10 years old (they are my favorites, after all) and they are like new. Please see the attached photos. I could not be more pleased. As a neurosurgeon I am intimately acquainted with Technical, Detailed high quality work. This meets all those criteria and beyond that is artful. I fully expect that I will never need to buy new shoes again.

After they have worked there magic they made my boots look as good as NEW. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

True craftsman. I wish I had taken a before photo, as these boots were salt-cracked, threading was tearing, and the soles were splitting. euGo rebuilt them and they're pristine

    Before. Crumbling foam soles.

I bought a brand new leather motorcycle jacket. It fit like a glove. I loved it. At the end of the…read morefirst day of wearing it the zipper broke. I was really unhappy. I sent a memo to the vendor on Etsy but I also looked up zipper repairs. The closest was Village Cobbler. I went the next day. I expected to have to leave the jacket for a week but I wanted it fixed. Solag looked at it...and, as he was chattering away with me about our middle eastern roots he grabbed some tools from the basket on his counter and just fixed it! I asked him how much, he just shrugged it off. I had to force him to accept $20. I left a happy man. The next day it happened again. But this time I saw what happened and figured out the fail point. I took it back to Solag and showed him. Told him I wanted him to put two snaps down at the bottom of the zipper to transfer the load. He complimented me on my problem solving and once again just dug right in and fixed it while I waited. Had me come into the back with him so we could talk and I could hold it while he worked on it. He was a complete joy to spend time with. Not only did he fix my jacket, while I waited, but I made a friend. Once again I had to force $50 on him. A wonderful, wonderful man. My jacket has been problem free since then. I would happily give him five stars at the very least. I had the kind of experience which is all too rare these days.

I first learned of them while attending the Harvest Festival years ago. They also sell online. My mother fell in love with a leather purse that is a sling/backpack style. She has had the original one I purchased for her for over 10 years now and also has a couple others. The leather has held up beautifully and the owner has gladly made minor repairs to the bag. I also have a couple of pairs of his sheepskin shoes/slipper/mocassins that come up to the ankle. Other than them stretching a little over the years the sheepskin and soles holds up extremely well. Rather than give my money to Uggs I prefer to give my money to a small business in the area. Wooly Rascals deserves it.

This truly is a FIVE star business…read more I have been a customer here for over 10 years. Their products have never let me down. I first discovered this business at the San Francisco Harvest Festival. I tried on my first pair of moccasins and I never took them off. Not only do they have in door shoes but they also have outdoor moccasins. I wore mine throughout high school and college and they still looked great. At first you think they look great but they age even better! As time goes on they have this hip look. Not only are their products great in quality but so is their customer service. I wanted to buy a pair for my friend's birthday and they were nice enough to stay open for me after I called in. They appreciate and are grateful for your business.
