I normally do not post any reviews but I had such a great experience at Park Eun Young Aesthetics, I needed to write one for this place. My skin is very temperamental as it gets severely dry, oily, congested. Yet she actually personalized a treatment plan that fit my skin type skin and the results were amazing. She is definitely a perfectionist so she goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is receiving the best. They also offer complementary massage services which are so relaxing. I can vouch for one of the employees named Cindy. She is the sweetest woman ever who genuinely cares about the customers and gives great facials as well. If there is one thing that I would like to point out that can use some improvement is clarification on the pricing. At least for me, everything was spoken verbally and though I am Korean, my Korean isn't perfect. Therefore, I felt as though there was some misunderstanding. Requesting for a paper notice of what treatments you will be receiving and the price is recommended. But if you do have any skin problems, I highly recommend going here. I had an amazing experience here. After a very pleasant consultation with Eunyoung I took her advice and decided to do an aqua peel. I have acne prone oily skin with slight acne scarring on my cheeks. Such an amazing experience! I came here yesterday for consultation and treatment. They checked my skin with a machine first which actually told them exactly what I feel my issues are- dryness and some enlarged pores on my cheekbones (that have gotten bigger over the past year). As this was my first facial treatment in 2 years, I was definitely open to trying their suggestions and I couldn't have been happier!!! I got the hydro facial, with microdermabrasion and microneedling. They are true experts and gave me a solid 2+ hour facial with so many steps, I lost count. I had heard some people bleed, get VERY red and sensitive after microneedling but I barely had any of that. Day 2 and my skin has already begun to repair, feels and looks great. I can't wait to see the results as my skin continues to heal. It was worth every penny! I will be coming back regularly to continue microneedling. I got many treatments on top of the facial so the cost was $300+ but the way my skin looks already, it was truly worth it. The customer service is also superior. Highly recommend! read more

Eunyoung Park took over Close facial and I can see the difference in quality. My facials last so much longer than the last one and she's extremely knowledgeable of all the wide ranging problems. Her tone is calm and there's an air about her that matches the beautiful atmosphere of the spa. She's professional, helpful, and kind. I was suffering from horrible acne and nothing was helping despite the several acne products I was trying at home. I went in for a consultation at first and the owner, Eunyoung, knew exactly what was wrong and offered me treatments accordingly. She really takes her time in treating her customers and I can tell that she's an expert in this field. Her staff are extremely friendly too! I seem to have very low tolerance for pain and extraction is a nightmare for me, and one of her staff held my hand to ease my pain. It's such a small gesture but I've never seen any other places do this to a customer. I am now on my 5th treatment and my acne has cleared up SO MUCH and I feel so much better about myself. It's definitely a splurge coming here but it's worth it. I also like the fact that they do NOT sell just a single line of products and push you to buy all of it (there are places that do this). They didn't push me to buy anything and I asked them myself if they recommend any products for my skin, and they recommended products from different lines that caters to my specific needs. I waited awhile to write my review because it is hard to gauge a place after the first time especially when it comes to skin care. I have been coming to this place for the past 4-5months and it has really changed my skin. To start off with I am currently a resident so my schedule is not flexible (they are open late & open on saturdays) and I lack a lot of sleep while being under tremendous amount of stress causing my skin to break out and I also have a bad habit of picking at my skin when I'm stressed. I found this place because I wanted a place that was privately owned (personal opinion: privately owned places have tendency to be better), somewhere close to where I lived and I wanted someone Korean. It's not because I am Korean but Koreans are really particular and thorough about skin care thus why Korean skin care has become so popular nowadays. I have spent so much $$$$ on my skin from other aestheticians to top of the line skin care products but that was not enough. I am in my early 30s, I have very dry skin during the winter, combo during other seasons, I have my monthly breakouts, big pores, sun spots and my skin is extremely fair for being Asian so any damage or scarring really stands out (aka: makeup will not cover it) I wanted microderm in the beginning because that's the only thing that I can actual see results with but Eunyoung recommended that I try BDR. The price was the same or wasn't that much different that I was willing to take her advice. The session itself was two hours long and it included a really good arm & leg massage. Eunyoung herself gives amazing face & scalp massage as well. I am very result driven and after the first session I was sold that this was the place I wanted to continuously attend. Eunyoung is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin care, she will not try to sell you extra things, very detail oriented with her work and she finds great satisfaction in the simple fact that your skin is healthier and better at the end of her session. She also really takes care of her regular customers because our face is her work on display. I have received multiple procedures and samples from her at no extra cost just because she feels that my skin needs it. I must warn you though, her extractions are little painful in my opinion but as I said before I am very result driven so I keep returning to her. After my BDR sessions ran out, I actually bought more facial package from her (regular skin care sessions which is 1.5hr and it also comes with massages). My skin is definitely more clear during my monthly "breakout session", my sun spots are almost non existent and my skin looks and feels more even. This place has been a blessing and is a great investment for your skin. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Second time here and most likely my last. I saw online they were advertising a facial with extractions for 2 hours for 120$. I began my facial at 1:01 pm and finished at 2:30.. During the massage euyoung and her assistant were constantly talking and walking in and out of the room. Not very relaxing at all. She used 2 machines on my skin, one to kill bacteria and one that was really cold to close my pores. Her extractions were extremely painful, which was weird because I am used to getting facials once a month but my usual lady was not working today and I needed one desperately. Towards the end of the facial, when she decided to use the cold machine on my face she handed me another tool that she was going to use on my skin. Suddenly another customer walks in, she snatches it on my hand, begins smacking some cream on my face, tells me my facial is over and hurries out the room. So as I get dress im extremely pissed because I am a paying customer as well, i had to wait for her to leave the new customer to pay! Did not even deserve the generous tip I gave her. Very unprofessional and very bad business. Will not be returning ever. I will stick to trinity aesthetics where they are a bit pricier but i feel as though i get my moneys worth. The one star is because i have to leave one and because the massage her assistant gave me was pretty good. read more

My sister and I came here for our very first facials to try it out for a possible wedding package before she commits to it. Not only was Ms. Park thorough but she was so knowledgeable. This was the best facial I've ever had (I had the signature facial). While I filled out the questionnaire I was served green tea- real green tea on a tray- not just a tea bag in a styrofoam cup. The best part of my facial was the face and shoulder massage. When finished my skin was literally glowing. My only criticism is that when another client came in I was forced to listen to the entire conversation which drowned out the relaxing music. The treatment that I got was the Seaweed Herb Mask and the Light Therapy. I can truly feel the my skin become tight and firm. Not only that but the hydration! I've been to other facial shops before and they did a decet job if cleaning my face. Here, eunyoung took out every single tiny blemish on my face. I received a facial scaling. Right now she is doing a great sale. She is reducing the regular price of 150 to 100 and it is very worth it. She is precise and quick and I love it! Honestly, it hurts quite a lot, I don't think I've teared that much during an extraction facial. Your blemishes will be red for a few days (3-4 days). And your face will be sore and a bit tender to the touch for one full day. That is what happened to me. On the other hand, you're in safe hands because she truly does take everything out.
