My party paid $43.50 each (online) for "VIP"seats to a recent Saturday night show at this venue. We expected some kind of top-notch drag entertainment. It certainly was advertised as such. Unfortunately, these girls all failed RuPaul's drag maxim: "charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent" because we didn't see much of these qualities on Saturday night. While purchasing the VIP tickets online, we were repeatedly reminded we must be there at 9 PM sharp! Yet the show started an hour later. (Do they all think they're Madonna and can show up late?). Why not spare us the pretension and advertise we should just come at 10 pm? We could've enjoyed our restaurant meal instead of rushing to get to this show. The show was uninspired, unchoreographed, and lacking in imagination. Every performer started out on the stage, did a few twirls (we never really got to see the lip-synching ) and quickly jumped into the audience to perform the most unabashed shakedown for dollar bills. Lost in the crowd, we rarely saw them! That is NOT a drag show. Adding to this greed, the MC continually promoted the purchase of alcoholic gello shots. Instead, couldn't the MC help make the show entertaining?! We expected to see divas doing excellent lip sync. We expected perhaps a set where several performers might interact and sing. We hoped for some comedy or sets involving impersonations of famous pop divas. But sadly, there was none of this. And can someone tell the performers that excessive use of the F word does not represent comedy? You have to be funny! You have to try harder! One might think, perhaps more drinks will make the show seem entertaining. Sadly, no amount of alcohol consumption will redeem this show. The management needs to do a serious rework of this show. And they need to send the existing performers to RuPaul's summer drag camp. Until this happens, I strongly recommend any tourists from wasting hard-earned vacation money. Instead, stay late at your charming Eureka Springs restaurant and enjoy the delicious meal. You will get more satisfaction. read more

This is such a fun place to go for a night of entertainment! These guys ummmgals really work for their money and couldn't be nicer either. This is a great place to go for bachelorette/bachelor parties....we went for my birthday. The owner is a drag queen who just won Ms. Gay Arkansas and knows what she is doing and she brings in the best too. I REALLY recommend spending the extra money to purchase a VIP ticket though, this reserves you a table with seating. If you don't reserve a spot...you won't be sitting all night long. A visit to Eureka Springs just isn't complete without a visit to Eureka Live. read more

We had a drink at the outside bar because it was a nice day. Liquid marijuana was the house drink apparently. It was very fruity and sweet. Didn't taste any alcohol. The Bloody Mary was VERY thick - so if thats your thing, it had just the right amount of spice. Drinks were overpriced for what they were. $9 for an ice filled, mediocre drink. They can't make usual drinks like daiquiris or mimosas. Overall just an average place to stop and have a drink while shopping. read more

We had the opportunity to attend their Drag Show Saturday an it was OUTSTANDING. We called ahead and used Venmo to reserve VIP tickets. We had reserved seating on a cozy couch for the two of us. We arrived early because of an early dinner reservation. We were greeted promptly. They had music playing while people filled in ahead of the drag show that started at 10 PM. One of the earlier posts mentions smoking, on the night we attended, there was no smoking allowed in the venue. There are new owners, so the smoking may have been under the previous regime. I was driving, so Hubs used our drink tickets. He had the house drink and reports that it was fruity and pretty good. They had a hurricane on the menu as a special as well. They were making margaritas over ice, so not sure what the other review is about. The Drag Show was FANTASTIC. There were 4 queens and they worked it HARD. They did a full 2 hour show filled with dancing, flips, splits, and all kinds of fun. Bring in your ones and tip the hard working ladies! The bar stayed open until 2 am, but we had a drive to get home, so left after the drag show. read more

Only went to the "Beer Garden" in the middle of the afternoon. For a beer garden, they had ZERO beer on tap and most just domestics in bottles. The service was terrible. We waited for like 10 min for a server. I just assumed we needed to order at the bar but I was just rested and then finally someone came out. Then they wouldn't let us have our bottled waters there, outside, in 80°. Then we couldn't keep our tab open & she never came back to get us another drink, which I guess it's good we closed out after our initial order. read more

Great place for a beer, or glass of water. The hubs and I needed a break from the heat, so we chose the beer garden/cafe Mundi patio which is apparently connected to Eureka Underground. Drinks are way over priced and have very little alcohol in them. Cover charge is ridiculous and VIP section is a joke and way over priced. Pricing is as if you were in a big city but what you get is just as it is, a dumpy hole in the wall basement. If there was a fire, I really don't think it is safe. Bathrooms are disgusting. Some friends and I visited this place on a Saturday night, not having any idea what kind of place this is. It was very interesting to say the least. But we had a great time! The drinks were decent and not over priced. The bartenders were good & our server was a sweet girl. They have a "Hat Bar" which was funny to stumble upon. The atmosphere is unique and the crowd is definitely on the older side. My group (who are in our early 30s) were by far the youngest people there. Only complaint would be the Dj. We requested multiple songs that were never played because the Dj was "unsure of the crowd and what they'd like" though we were the crowd!? And he ended up playing a lot of stuff that killed the mood and cleared the dance floor. Also it is a cash only bar! They have an atm but it was still inconvenient. read more

Was in Eureka Springs for a wedding on a Saturday. A server at another bar/restaurant recommended we come to Eureka Live so we headed on down. We had a really fun time! They played a good mix of music - 70's/80's, current pop, dance music. They had a DJ starting at 9pm and he played several of our song requests. A lot of the songs he played had it's music video playing too, which I think is pretty cool! The dance floor is big and everyone there was having a good time. Our party just got buckets of beer, which were reasonably priced. Our servers were super friendly and funny too! Bathrooms were clean. This is a review for the Cafe Mundi located at the top of the stairs to the club ,I believe it is all part of the same establishment. They have a full bar and great espresso coffee drinks and the most epic Bloody Mary you have ever seen not only was it incredibly tasty with a house made bloody mix but was garnished with everything but the kitchen sink!! Salads and sandwiches mainly on the menu with the owners grilling and smoking meats right on the patio the Cuban sandwich was highly recommended to us and worth every bit of the praise . This bar is so nice. I loved the patio and the live music. There was a bartender there, I'm not sure if this post will allow me to say her name, but it starts with an A and she has super curly hair- she made the experience truly special.
