This review is SO long overdue, but we can not say enough good things about Eureka Photo Booth!! We thought of them for our wedding early on because friends of ours had used them for their wedding and we already loved the experience. The team replied to our inquiry very quickly and we set up a date to meet. Dalphin is very personable and makes you feel like a friend even though you've just met. We booked them long before the pandemic, but when COVID struck the world, they were very accommodating and really worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with keeping the photo booth with new added levels of safety. On the day of our wedding, the photo booth was a huge hit and everyone had so much fun with it! The photo quality is amazing and they printed unlimited numbers of each photo so everyone in the group could get a copy. Eureka Photo booth was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning process. I spoke with Nick and he was very prompt in answering all my questions. We were able to customize our photo strip to match the design of our wedding. We chose the black and white kardashian filter which made all the guests look flawless. There was no one on the dance floor because people were having too much fun with the photo booth. I had been going back and forth deciding if we should have a photo booth and I am so glad we did. It was the highlight of the night and everyone got to take home a keepsake. The attendant was phenomenal. He adjusted the camera for each group depending on height etc. When someone had their eyes closed in a picture he made sure we had the opportunity to redo it. He was such a pleasure to have at the wedding and was so kind and professional. Instead of a traditional guest book we had guests take pictures in the photo booth and glue it into our guest book and write a few words along side their pictures. I expressed this idea to Nick and he assured me the attendant would make extra copies and guide them to the book. I would like to echo what my husband Duy wrote about Eureka Photobooth. We went with another photobooth venue prior to finding out about Eureka. The other photobooth were great at selling their service until we had some concerns. After many unsuccessful attempts at getting a hold of the venue, we are frustrated and canceled our reservation. When Duy found out about Eureka, we had lots of questions. Not only did Eureka beat the price of the photobooth venue that went with previously, the customer service we received is superb! Nick was very prompt and professional to reply to all of our questions and requests. I also wanted to customize our photobooth frame, and Nick was right there with us to give us the frame template and suggest backdrop images that goes well with the frame. We had total confidence that Eureka will be there on the day of our wedding and that everything will be taken care of. We were so satisfied with how the venue went. Nick personally tended to the photobooth on that day. He was very polite and accommodating for our guests. Lots of young kids wants in on the photobooth because the camera adjusts up and down to their height! That is a huge plus for us to know that! You know how most photobooth images are grainy when you zoom in? Not Eureka's photos! And the picture quality is amazing, both in print and online! That's especially helpful when we want to post up profile picture updates. The day after, we received the digital copy version through google photos and on the facebook page. I gave a general description of the border design and was then given options of which one I liked best, which was perfect and exactly what I had envisioned.
