I have purchased marble here on two occasions for my own home and they did a very nice job installing and fabricating. Their prices are fair. I have also referred clients to them. I work in the design field. Not all of the clients I have referred ordered their granite or marble "through me." Sometimes I assisted with the selection but then let Euro deal with clients individually. Sometimes the kitchen design firm I work with sent the jobs. I have been involved with maybe an average of 1-2 jobs a year with them, perhaps a total of 10 jobs over the past 8 years. Once I had a small customer service issue with Euro and they tried to argue with me about which of my clients were "true" referrals. Guess what? If I am telling you I referred a client, then I referred a client. How would I know their names and project details otherwise? In the end they resolved the issue ok, but the argumentative nature leading up to it was less than stellar. Use them because of the quality of their product, but be aware that the customer doesn't always come first... even the good customer. read more

I am very happy with my end product and would use Euro Marble again. The installation crew was friendly, meticulous and went above and beyond to ensure the product was exactly what I wanted. There was a small issue when my counters first arrived that should have been caught by my designer. Euro Marble and I discussed, came to a mutual agreement and they expedited my order to get it fixed and installed one week later. One star subtracted as we lost a day going back and forth coming to a conclusion on how to fix the issue (that again, should have been caught by my designer). read more

These guys will be a very expensive mistake for you. They created high-end counters out of "Fiandre" ceramic that we were told by the complicit, lousy contractor (Axios) would be backed by Silestone. Turned out to be 1/4 inch ceramic and 2 inches of a foam backing. Result: a cracked 7 ft. island and similarly flawed counters. Of course Euro denies any responsibility and Axios is a ghost. Avoid at all costs. They are fine until you have a problem, then unresponsive, argumentative, and finally threatening my life.

We purchased our countertops through them two years ago. Some aspects of our experience were fine, but overall, I would not go with them again. First, they did not measure a main part of countertop correctly, so it doesn't fit right. This means that if the coffee overflows onto the countertop and goes over the edge by the stove, it actually goes into the cupboards, because it doesn't go as far over in that spot as it is supposed to. Furthermore, they promised me they wouldn't need to create a seam, and the piece was plenty big to not need a seam, and then put in a seam anyway. I complained to the manager during delivery, but he insisted that it was fine, etc, and wouldn't budget. Finally, they did not line it up correctly at the sink (which is also why it doesn't fit at the stove end), which my architect was absolutely shocked about. I love the soapstone and marble we purchased, but I would have definitely gone with a different company for measuring, cutting, and installing. I'm happy to change this review if they decide they can fix these errors, but for now, this is the truth and I can provide photos if needed. read more
