READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE In August 2025, I brought my Range Rover in for an oil change, tire replacement, and inspection for a suspension noise. After inspection, I was advised to do a coolant flush and replace the control arms. I agreed and paid over $4,100 upfront. They completed some work (tires were replaced), but told me they would call when the control arms arrived. They never did. Five months later, I returned to follow up. I was told the parts I had already paid for were used on another customer's car without notifying me. I rescheduled the repair, came back, and was told the control arms were replaced. The technician claimed the job was completed, test drove the car, and even showed me "old parts." I checked under the car and found the original control arms still installed (rusty and clearly not recently replaced). The parts shown to me were not from my vehicle. When I confronted them, staff acknowledged the issue and provided a written note stating I would receive a refund. Since then, I've been given repeated delays and excuses (manager not available, system issues, "machine needs a code," etc.), and no refund has been issued. I was charged for a repair that, based on my inspection, was not performed, despite being told it was completed. At this point, I have initiated a dispute with my bank and will escalate further if necessary. Double check any work done on your vehicle before leaving this shop. read more

I went with my friend for a blown head gasket his a amateur mechanic he schedule an appointment and told him since he had all the parts they can do it for 900-1300 dollars and that got him to do it after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and waiting 3 weeks just for them to look at his car told him it was not a blown head gasket and lied and said it was a timing chain which is the most expensive non accident related fix and than tried to gaslight him into saying he didnt know what he was talking about he took it somewhere else it was indeed blown and he just got a replacement engine read more

I walked in to Euro Motors and immediately was treated as if the car that I brought in was not the type of cars they want to work on. Very rude how they spoke down to me and looked at me with disgust as my Volkswagen wasn't a Ferrari so the profit margins aren't the same. If you car is not an luxury car then they don't really want your business they will take it because it pays the bills but the attitude you will get for not brining in the cars that make them the most money will be severely felt before you even negotiate any service, time, or money. If you have an luxuy Euro car then by all mean this is your place but if you bring in a cheaper euro car then you can expect to receive the same warm welcome. Maybe just a suggestion if you don't like working on cheaper euro cars then just change you business name to Luxury Euro Motors as that is more relevant to what your business is all about. read more

Stopped by EURO MOTORS for an estimate for repair to the undercarriage of my Porsche Taycan. Not only did Carl and his team stop what they were doing to inspect the damage, in 10-minutes they repaired the damage with no parts required. In 15-minutes I was driving away all smiles, knowing the dealership wanted $5,600 to replace and repair the same thing during a 3-day repair period. Not everything needs to be replaced. I loved that EURO MOTORS offered reasonable options. Would certainly return here and feel like I'm going to receive an honest non-marked up estimate. read more

I took my BMW X3 here to get new brakes. My brakes were not squeaking, just the brake light was on. After Euro Motors replaced my brakes, I had to bring it back 6 different times due to the tire pressure light being on and also the brakes squeaking (which was not the case beforehand). The last time the owner asked me to bring my car back to be worked on once again to resolve the issue, he asked me to bring it in at 9a on a Saturday in order for his guys to have extra time to work on my vehicle. When I got there, nobody was there/shop was closed. At this time, my car is still not fixed and I refuse to allow them to touch it again. You're better off taking your car to the dealership for any work that needs to be done. read more

Used them before, wasn't happy but they're close, so...BMW 325i, ECU (German DME) 1. was showing codes after DME module replacement and 2. misfire on startup codes. They kept car for 4 weeks (I'm patient ); excuses, excuses, Adrian (owner) says no help, he's working on car himself. Sindy (wife), not a clue, ha, ha,ha, "we are all family", smile, giggles, etc. If you need an oil change or your pine deoderizer changed, you might use them. Otherwise, forget it. read more

Had an unfortunate experience today at Euro Motors. Here's my story and why I won't be back.... I'm a car person. BMW-Porsche-Mini all in my stable. This place fits perfectly for my car that is now recently out of warranty. I had used them one time YEARS ago and they were fine - so I thought let me give them a second try. My need: I was refreshing my suspension on my X5 and needed an alignment after doing the work myself. So - Last week I had been trying to call them and couldn't ever get through. I finally got bounced to someone who claimed to be the shop manager through a random auto forward. I gave all my info but never hear back. This should have been the sign to move on to a different place. Well against my common sense - I think to myself. "This shop is at all the cars and coffees and other events. I'm sure this is a oddity". I work all weekend on my car and on Monday I bring it to the shop to make an appointment in person. There is Adrian who I remembered from years before as well as the events. He was helping a nice lady with her 2017 Boxster and going above and beyond to please her. He takes a moment and picks with me today "Thursday" as my appointment day. He puts me in the computer, gets my name , phone , etc... I leave and return today at 10am after their morning training. Adrian is not in. But I'm greeted by a gentleman and am told they have no record of my appointment. I explain that I worked with Adrian to make it and he insists Adrian doesn't make appointments only he does. No attempt to recover the situation. No options given to work me in. Not willing to validate and call Adrian that I made one. Not willing to let me talk to leadership only him. It felt as if I was lying that I was there on Monday. I even asked about the phone issue and his response was "we are a small shop and can't answer it all of the time". Really - that's your response? Adrian said you were having issues with your phone lines. Get the story straight guys. Well for the Euro Motor leadership team: How would I know about the 718 Boxster that had AC issues and then a coin stuck in the ash tray that Adrian was trying to free? Regardless. I will move on. There are other premier shops a little farther away or the dealer. It would have been nice to have a Lake Nona Shop. It seems like something has changed and i don't plan on being back. Like another customer here, I made six trips for brakes that were still squeaking after the last trip. I finally gave up and had the repair made elsewhere, which of course costed me more money. I am so disappointed because I really liked this team and used them for two years, but they didn't stand by their warranty, which by the way is in writing on the invoice. My name is Alicia Dixon and I have filed a suit against Euromotors. I was a very loyal paying customer since 2016, if I could post all of the invoices in the last 2 years each one over 2k/3k (I could have bought a brand new Honda accord, cash money) no problem my 2008, 335i was bought brand new in 2008, DEALER MAINTAINED AND then Euromotors, currently has a little over 116k miles on it, NO ONE friend...dad...home mechanic has worked on my car! Their service has tremendously went down and the staff is not loyal and very deceiving. I don't know who is telling the truth but Karl attempted to oust out Sindy regarding Andre taking my car on a test drive and it had to be towed due to both tires being shredded, I was charged for 2 tires and then the truth came out because I wouldn't let it go! attempting to give Sindy the benefit of the doubt I went back to them for a AC job over 2600 and a few weeks later no AC...car (Sept) has been parked since! 5 star to 0 star (Yelp wouldn't let me leave 0 stars). Was pleased with their work in the beginning (fall 2019, initial visit). My last visit for a routine oil change took 48 calendar days from initial work and the evening they dropped it off (day 48, 4th time there) from the 2nd time "fixing" the problem ... it still leaks!!! The diagnosis from a new mechanic stated "recommend Oil Pan Gasket replacement" - note they had allegedly replaced it 3 times, first with the initial oil change and 2 subsequent times. read more

This shop is outstanding! Andre was very helpful on the phone when I call about service. We originally took our VW Tiguan to our local shop to have the coolant leak checked. They could not work on our VW because they didn't have the proper tools. They referred us to the local dealer. We prefer to deal with local businesses rather than corporate. Found Euro Motors on Yelp. Euro had great reviews so I called. They got us in very quickly,diagnosed the problem. When we went to pick up the VW Andre took the time to show us exactly what transpired that caused the leak, checked the serpentine belt and all the hoses. Took my 2014 BMW X1 to this shop, it needed a valve gasket cover replacement because it was leaking oil. The repair was a very reasonable price. I brought the car in on Friday morning, with the expectation that it would be ready in the afternoon, as they said this was a repair that would only take a few hours. The car was not ready that day, but ready on Saturday. When I went to pick up the car I asked what happened, they said that they damaged an injector during the repair and that they covered it since it happened as they were doing the repair. Once i get in the car the Maintenance light was still on, I asked if it wasn't reset, and the "Master Mechanic" said it was due to an oil change that it required. To my surprise, this was something I also requested they do at the time of when I had dropped off the car. They did the oil change, I drove my car off and after driving it for a few minutes I still see the white smoke coming out of the hood. I called the shop and told them that this was still happening, the "MasterMechanics" answer was that there was a lot of spilled oil and that the smoke would go away after a few hours of driving. I said ok! if this is why im ok with it. That same night when we tried to drive the car home from a friends house, it started to misfire and to shake a lot. I was driving to Charlotte from Orlando since we were in the process of moving. I ended up having to rent a car so my wife and I could make the 8 hour drive with our sons and a few of our things in my Mini and the rental. When I called them the next Monday to report what had happened. I requested they tow my car to the shop since there was no way it could be driven to the shop. After pushing for them to do this, they ended up sending a tow truck. They finished the "Repair" in a manner of a couple of hours. At my request i asked that they keep the car a few more days to re-test and drive. Since I had already gone through the experience of my Mini and the brake pads, I was concerned the car was not fixed properly. My friend picked up the car on Tuesday, they were able to drive it a few times that week. But Friday of that same week, the service engine light comes back on. I was suppose to take a flight down to Orlando to pick up the car and drive it back to Charlotte. I called and their receptionist pretty much blamed me for not reporting this earlier since they were closed the first Saturday of the month and they wouldn't be able to get the car till Monday. I had to explain several times that the light had just turned on that day and that my plane ticket had been purchased towards the beginning of the week and explained that I was spending money on a ticket. They end up going to see the car and run diagnostics on it and according to their "Master Mechanic" the car was ok to drive and that the service engine light will turn back off after a few miles of driving it. Keep in mind that my car is still smoking, to which he said he cleaned it as much as possible and that the smoke would go away after about 2 weeks of driving it. I get in to Charlotte on Monday. my wife drives the car on Tuesday, remember, still smoking and service engine light still on. I guess the 8 hour drive did not burn the rest of the spilled oil. Wednesday morning as she starts driving to work, the car starts to misfire again, in the same way it did when they first "Repaired" the car. We take it in to the local BMW dealership to have them takea look at the car. After the diagnose the car, the "Repair" they did was not done correctly, now I have the O2 sensor damaged because the car is spilling more oil than it was before we brought the car in and the cost of this repair is no $2,066. My car has been at the BMW dealership for 2 weeks now because I've been trying to get them to refund the money I paid for. Wow! After months of waiting for a response from your business, I finally hear something from you. First of all, you never requested to run any type of extra diagnostic, lying on that part. Second, you are fully responsible of this because you did not do the repair correctly. If your "master" mechanic would have repaired the issue correctly and would have known that the repaired required more than what was initially estimated, this whole thing would have been a completely different story. But again, I am extremely happy I took my vehicle to the BMW dealership where they knew how to repair my car. I've been driving it for the past and have not had any issue at all. Why don't you tell people here how BMW told you the repair was done incorrectly? read more

I usually don't write reviews on businesses as I find it petty and unnecessary as most problems can be resolved with the owner of the business etc. BUT WHEN CHARGED DOUBLE and treated disrespectfully by the service manager I feel different. Coming to Euro Motors has been the worst experience I have had ever in the automotive service business. I called Euro Motors to get a quote on an simple oil change for my Bentley Bentayga W12. I talked with a lady on the phone and was then transferred to a mechanic and or service guy. I was verbally quoted $300 on an oil change on my 2018 Bentley Bentayga W12, which I explicitly stated was a W12. I brought my Bentayga in to get the oil change and dropped it off. Carl Blakes, the service manager stated it would take 2 hours so I got an uber went to work and came back in two hours. When I got back, Carl stated the the individual behind the desk marked my appointment as a v8 oil change and they somehow didn't have an oil filter for my car. They said one was on the way and would arrive shortly. Long story short, a 2 hour quoted job ended up running into a 6 hour waiting process. When I check out, Carl says its going to be $655!, more than double of what I was quoted. When questioned, Carl told me that the individuals who pick up the phone would have no idea what's the difference between a w12 and a v8, even though I talked with two separate people, one female, and one male, who was either a mechanic or Carl himself. Carl even made the statement asking me if I thought my mom would know the difference between the two engines which is totally irrelevant. I was INFURIATED that I was being CHARGED DOUBLE of what I was quoted. When I asked to speak with the OWNER of the place, Carl Said that it "Didn't Matter as it won't make a difference". I was told to "Calm Down". I proceeded to question how they never told me that It would cost double and didn't send me a written estimate until they were HOURS into the job. I was charged $250 just for an oil filter as well! Carl refused to let me speak with the owner or anyone else on site and told me I WAS being disrespectful by questioning why I was being Charged over double of what I was quoted. Also, when asking Carl if they made sure my Vehicle's air suspension was in "Jack/Lift" mode he laughed and said that "they didn't put it in the jack mode and that my car would drive terrible and bumpy" in a sarcastic remark. When I simply said I need my keys and want to get out of here, Carl continued to try and discredit my concerns, taking his time to go find my keys which were sitting 2 feet away and continued to make comments. From any perspective, I think that whoever does own this place, needs to know what is going on here and that certain employees are NOT knowledgeable and slimy. If I could have discussed the situation with the owner or anyone else who was half reasonable or respectful, I would not have left a damaging review. DO NOT COME HERE, go to the dealer or ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

I dropped my car off on August 5th, 2021 to be checked and fixed. They told me the problem was the FEM. They ordered and replaced it for 1700 dollars. After couple weeks they said sorry it's not FEM but for sure it's DME, we'll replace it for 2400. I payed 700 dollars security deposit for the service. On November 20th, after a bunch of stories, excuses and promises they called me to pick up my car on Saturday at 7:28 pm, they said that they will not work on my car any more, unbelievable! Very sad and frustrating and they kept the deposit for service that was not done. read more

I had my vehicle towed to their location after searching for a reputable mechanic for my Mini. I had a Coolant leak and interior leak problems with my 2009 Mini Cooper S. I gave one star because I had to choose an option. With that being said, they deserve 0 stars. We went there because we saw they had great reviews. However, about 3 weeks ago we took my husband's car, a mini cooper, for brake pad service. We drove out of state and noticed a rattling noise from the front. When I came back from our trip, I took the car to them to let them know about the noise. They tell me that the noise is because of the rear tires that need to be changed. I guess that they thought that because I am a female I don't know anything about cars, so lets tell her whatever so that she leaves. The car still had the noise. My husband took the car himself and he made sure they figured out what was wrong. Now they noticed something wrong. They changed the brake pads again. When we got the car back, now, the brakes were squeaking. One more time, my husband took the car back. They had to change the pads for the 3rd time. I guess the "third time is the charm". Right? After all this, we were like, well, things happen. So we took my BMW for a valve gasket change. We just got the car and guess what? Car is worse than how it came in to the shop. Car is shaking and releasing fumes from the front and the oil service that was supposed to be part of the visit was never done. We didn't notice until my husband tried to drive the car out. Now the car seems to not have enough oil in the engine and is turning on the service engine light. So our drive and move that we are supposed to do tomorrow, April 1st, will be done without my car and we will have to rent a vehicle. Oh and also buy a plane ticket back to Orlando to pick up the car. It's not worth saving a couple hundred dollars if the quality of the work it's going to be sloppy!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! My car started vibrating at mid-speeds and I knew it was time to check into an auto repair shop. I found this place on Yelp with very good reviews and I can attest to the awesome customer service I received here. Setting up an appointment was very easy and the price estimate was nice because they included pictures of what needed to be done with a price breakdown. Though I am a novice at auto repairs, I compared their estimate to another shop back home and the prices were similar enough that I felt I wasn't being cheated in any way. I did have a hiccup on pick-up; the car wasn't quite ready as expected (due to a parts issue) but they did offer to send a driver for me to come pick up the next day and I thought that was really kind of them to offer! Everyone who I encountered in the shop was very professional and they answered any and all questions I had pertaining to my car. My issue was fixed in 2 days and I would very likely come back here for my Lexus care in the future! read more
