The customer service is great and they do a good job with my nails. I typically get a gel manicure with the occasional pedicure. The salon is clean and they will offer you drinks. I've had my nails done by multiple techs and they all do well. Leo is prob my favorite tech but I've also had my nails done by Tammy and Peter. They will offer you a loyalty card where you can get a discount each visit and the prices are reasonable...dare I say more budget friendly than comparable salons? Maybe. I say give 'em a go. My only complaint is sometimes I'll make an appointment and may still have to wait but I've just learned to go when I have the time. So keep this in mind and make sure you plan accordingly.

She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.

During my most recent visit, the technician did a very poor job and cut me so bad. I spoke with Van, who asked me to come back. I explained that I couldn't spend another several hours there and that my injured nail needed time to heal. When I returned at a later day, the manager said he was aware of what happened and promised to "take care of the price" for my nails and offer a discount for the inconvenience. However, when it came time to pay, they still charged me in full for the nail service, which was not part of our agreement. When I tried to explain, I was told he misunderstood, even though he also admitted I was right and even mentioned that the technician who did my nails previously was being let go. He said he would talk to the other managers about refunding the $48 and call me back. $48!!!! It's now been two weeks, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Not a single follow-up, no apology, and certainly no refund or an offer to come back and make it right. This is the second time this salon has not stood by its word, and flat out lied. That's unacceptable. As someone who has supported Van and her business for years, I am truly disappointed. The way this situation was handled shows a complete lack of care for loyal customers and no accountability for poor or unsafe service. My nails were a mess and I'm out both money and trust. I truly hope they do better in the future, but as of now, I cannot and will not recommend this salon.
