Chipped- not even 1 1/5 weeks in!

I ordered my mani/pedi services online for an appt, SNS and base treatment pedi since I have all my nails regularly done, I was leaving town and a nail broke. My first time trying this location, they were open on a Sunday . Not even 2 weeks in and.... see the pics. The one lady badgered me about having callous cream applied for my feet, so I agreed- another $5. Then the lady doing my fingernails asked if I wanted a manicure- I thought that's what I WAS having done. Apparently having SNS doesn't include a manicure as part of the ready $50 charge, so another $10 on top of that. My fingers feel like birds beaks they're soooo thick! My toes are already chipping...nothing was nicely finished at all and over priced. Closer to Marietta Square I'll go back to where I regularly go!

    Polish chipping after 5 days.

I'll start with the good. This nail salon is beautiful and looks very upscale. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and sat me quickly for a gel manicure. It appeared clean and prices are competitive. The technician did a great job with applying the polish as can be seen in the photos. The problem is that it seems the polish used is poor quality. After only 5 days, the gel polish was already chipping on multiple nails. I went ahead and removed it at home to ensure no moisture was getting into all the chipped areas. To be clear, I have a desk job, I'm not doing manual labor with these nails. Regular polish I've done myself lasts about this same amount of time. Lastly, the manicure itself was just okay. The technician didn't apply any cuticle gel or push the cuticles on one hand. I think as a result my cuticles are peeling and look pretty bad a few days out from this manicure.

This is a very nice nail shop. Customer service was great. They're very reasonable and I love the outcome of everything that I got.

I was in dire need of a pedicure so since I had some extra time to spare, I came here to get it…read moredone. I got the deluxe pedicure which includes a soak, nail care, massage and callus removal for $40. They were very nice and welcoming. Attentive and careful. It's been a long time since I've gotten a French so I decided to add that on for an extra $5. That foot massage was a life saver though. All it needed was some care and I was able to walk a little better. I'd definitely com back if I'm in the area again.

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.
