I absolutely LOVE everything about this special place. You're always greeted with a genuine smile and staff are super attentive and caring. I was drawn by the diversity and love the community they foster. But I MUST give a special shout out to my girl CHIA!! She does an amazing job EVERY TIME! She always accommodates my crazy schedule and helps me find the best colors. She is TRULY super talented and I'm so grateful I found her! Kim is also super sweet and eager to help in any way. It's beautiful to see them work with each other and not against. You can absolutely feel the positive energy in there. Janaya did my nails I paid 100 for my nails and 65 for my pedi plus tip overall price was 175 , they charge 20 for gel polish on top of your services . Got my nails done on friday my gel nails polish chipped by Sunday they are not open Monday and Tuesday and I worked Wednesday so I called them and told them they had me com back on Thursday to fix it we changed color just in case the original color was expired I went from black to White . Same Thursday night they started chipping again here we are and it's Wednesday and my nails look a mess ! For 100 damn dollars. This place was unprofessional to say the least. I had been growing out my nails for 4+ months and just recently moved to Atlanta and needed a new nail salon. After removing the dip powder on my nails proceeded to inform me they couldn't do what I had requested. Therefor I did not get anything done and after being scraped and filed the way she filed them my nails were so fragile they just broke off. I will never return to this establishment. Please educate yourself on your profession and learn to watch your language and be more customer friendly. WILL NOT EVER RETURN AND WOULDN'T recommend to anyone. read more

On my lunch break, I decided to go right across the street to a nail shop and try my luck... well, it was my lucky day because not only did I end up at the salon Yaddy worked at, she was the one who did my nails! I really wanted to support a minority owned business, but I won't be back here. The nail color selection is minimal--not much to choose from if you wanted regular polish and they weren't current colors. The lady who did my pedicure dug into my nail bed so bad I had a hard time walking for a week. There was no smoothing on my toe nails so they were bumpy. She also didn't shape the nail and cut one so low it will be awhile before it grows back to where it was. I wouldn't recommend this place. Giving a 2 for the location (its cute and industrial inside) and the fact that it is minority owned. read more

Worst SNS nails. I went out of time constrains on getting to Perisian West Cobb. I work in an office and not hard on my nails. One nail broke day 4. Tech used "solar" as top coat which chipped off day 3. Day 5 one nail lifting. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of time it took to soak off my previous set. Worst experience. Staff was too relaxed and casual during my visit. I said I had a meeting in a few and they still took way too much time and were more worried about writing the menu on the wall. Went there a yr ago for pedi, awful. I hate I gave them a second chance and more money. if you think this is a good salon, you have to try Parisians and see what high quality service and product is. I always wanted to try this place out. I read the reviews and decided let's try it. I called the person that answered the phone did not greet you on the phone. It was odd because I was not sure if I had the right number, I heard background noise and later a Hello. I wanted to make sure they accepted AX she asked because she was not sure. I was driving on my way there and requested an appointment with Elle. She said she was available, I was excited and lucky she was available. Well I make it to the Nail Salon and when I requested Elle she told me Elle was leaving at 1130am. It was 1115am I inhaled and exhaled and told her I just called to make an appointment and you said she was available. If I knew I would have not come, she said I tried to tell you but you hung up . I said so now it is my fault. Turned around and left. I hope this girl Sammy is new, because I was very disappointed. Had SNS nails done here a little over a year ago. I only had SNS after being pressured into it after asking for acrylics and them telling me they didn't have anyone to do the actual acrylics, even though I had booked an appointment a few days in advance. They looked absolutely awful and were terribly shaped. I didn't even get to pick the color I wanted and ended up with an ugly brownish beige. Took around 2 hours while they talked about pagens and even showed me a photo of a head in a jar. Honestly, I was horrified. They also charged me $60 after telling me it was only a little bit more expensive than acrylics. My first experience here was fine and the convenience of it being on the square is nice because it's close, but I will never be going back again. Not a professional environment either. read more
