There were so many I wanted to choose from so I'll definitely have to come back. I got the $37 (with gel $53) pedicure with Ruby and she was amazing. So kind and took great care of me. She spent time on my pedicure and ensure it was done well. Her message was very nice. I enjoyed the sugar scrub and hot towels. The price is well worth the service. Very disappointing experience. I did not receive what I asked for, and the staff came across as quite rude. We couldn't wait to leave the appointment. The pedicure was great, but I was unhappy with the dip full set. When I brought up my concerns, they chuckled, which made the experience even more frustrating. May 19, 2026 Not my first time here and normally have a good experience. On this day I had a 5p appointment. I arrived at 4:45 PM and checked in via the kiosk, as well as letting the individual behind the desk. Know that I was there for my 5p appointment with a specific nail tech. I sat and waited for 20 mins. No one came over to give me an update on my appointment or to tell me how long I would have to wait. So I went up to the front desk and I asked how much longer it would be for my 5 PM appointment and I was told oh I don't know, Let me check. So just moved to the side to wait. I waited and the young lady behind the desk was still behind the desk and so I went back up and I said excuse me, can you tell me how long the wait is gonna be for my 5 PM appointment and she said let me go check and I said please do. She gets up to go check, but in the meantime, I I see the nail tech that I have the appointment with and she is not servicing anyone. I wait maybe two more minutes. Still nothing. I walked out. Do better! The young lady behind the desk had no Customer service skills and shame on the nail tech for not checking, and at least updating me on the Weight. I am writing this regarding the services and staff professionalism at Parisian Nail Salon located in The Avenue West Cobb off Dallas Highway. While most of my appointments have gone smoothly, I experienced unprofessional and hurtful comments from a staff member named Lucy. During one visit, she made a remark about my hair. I explained that I had recently undergone cancer treatment and that is why I wear a wig. At a later appointment, she again commented on how my hair was short before and now suddenly long, asking how that was possible. These repeated comments made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect professionalism and respect, and I found Lucy's remarks to be inappropriate and demeaning. This experience has negatively impacted my view of the salon. read more

I got a manicure here over two months ago and am still dealing with the consequences. My nails were so over filed I have a ring of fire on practically every finger and a massive dent on one nail that I am just waiting for it to grow out. No, this was not a result of getting my nails done too often. This was my first SNS manicure in many months as I usually paint my nails at home. Service was great, very relaxing but my nails didn't last I got the builder gel and it only lasted me two days before the first one broke. Now a week and one day I have 4 nails still on... Service is awful! They serve customers however they want to. Doesn't matter if you arrived before other customers. They don't want to perform their less expensive services like a basic pedicure - even though those aren't cheap there. If you do request a pedicure, they time it to complete within 15 minutes (I timed it too). Lackluster job. And then stand over you to pay with a handheld machine and have the nerve to ask for a tip. They tend to rush the job! My girls (in their 20s) had gift certificates for a more expensive manicure - the technicians gave them the basic and rushed them out the door. Going to the beach soon so I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. Very bright atmosphere and not the overwhelming smell of chemicals like some other places. I opted for the signature pedicure which includes leg massage and foot scraping. As fun as that sounds, it was awesome! Lena was my tech. I was only there to use a gift card I got on Mothers Day. I told the lady "Hey you didn't get my old polish off, I still see it" as she rushed thru my pedi. This lady started chatting with a another tech and that little laughing started Google translate said "She should have chosen the deluxe pedicure because I'm about to polish her so she can go!" I was extremely offended. ! I also let her know that they should not assume people don't understand what they are saying. Also if she felt I would have gotten a better experience with a different service it was HER job to recommend the service since it was my first time there. Despite the tier of service I chose, it should never lack quality customer service. I also told the young guy at the check out about my experience and he just said "ok" no I'm sorry you didn't have a pleasant experience. It's pretty inside but it's horrible. I don't know why I keep swinging by this spot. I've made reservations in the past and I've done a few walk-Ins. Regardless of what you do, if you come by during the weekends, be prepared to: wait, wait, wait, wait and wait some more. The check-in system SEEMS sufficient, but it always seems to be a jumbled mess in terms of attending to people. I rarely see long term staff, which says a lot about management and the quality of the business. I checked in today for a gel pedicure at around 2:30. I didn't leave until well after 5pm. This was an unproductive use of anyone's time. While my pedicure was decent, everyone around me in the pedicure chairs seemed to be anxious to get out of there as well. It certainly takes away from the ability to relax. The woman next to me requested a mani/pedi and she sat with her feet getting cold in the water for over an hour before anyone tended to her. She expressed multiple times she was under a time crunch. Furthermore, a sweet, seemingly respected and tenured tech came to me as she aggressively tried to upsell me on my treatment package, but by the time my feet hit the water, all I could think about was how I needed to hurry this procedure along. I respectfully declined 3x before my tech finally told her to cool it. I understand this is a high volume spot. I also have read that it is undergoing new management, but I feel like as a customer intermittently visiting for the last 3+ years, it's time to cut ties. This spot is truly nothing to write home about. (And it's not like you could. Your hands would be tied up waiting and waiting and waiting for your service to be completed!) read more

The place is convenient since they have a lot of seats and always welcome walk ins, but sadly it is not very clean. Plenty of nail dust on the tray and in the cup holder (not from my service) this could be an easy fix but seems to not be a priority in this salon. It's ok for a quick pedicure but not sure about extended services. I really want to love this salon but it's always something from being cut, so a bad nail painting job, to the cleanliness. I have been going to this location for years - at least 5, perhaps more. I absolutely love my nail technicians for both SNS and pedicures, but it took a long time to figure out which ones were good. Not everyone who works at this location is the same caliber. Recently, the prices have been going up a lot, but the service has not changed - if anything it appears they are trying to cut corners and not offering the same products they used to. I am very much considering finding another nail location because their prices are no longer matching the quality of the experience. I also recommend getting an appointment before going or you can expect to wait for quite some time. Honestly, Even with an appointment, you will probably wait. I would still recommend this location, although cautiously. I definitely don't recommend this location for walk-ins. This was the worst experience I've EVER had at a nail salon. My mother and I went and were just looking to get manicures and relax. The man doing my mother's nails was an absolute CREEP. He kept looking over at me and saying "so sexy," "beautiful", etc, etc, and when I got up to wash my hands, his eyes traveled up and down my body and he went "Mmmm." He asked if I was married or had a boyfriend. He was older; maybe 50's. He made a comment to my mother that she needed to get longer nails "to be sexy like your daughter." My mom said she left feeling ugly and bad about herself, which breaks my heart. My mom also got a bruise from him squeezing her hand too hard. This man needs to be fired. I am livid. I'm sure he does this to many women. I'll be spreading the word about this and I will not stop until he is gone. That was sexual harassment. Absolutely and utterly disgusting. read more

This may be the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever received. I was excited about this place when I walked in since it is so beautiful inside, but the services I received were absolutely terrible and honestly questionable. I've attached a photo of my nails - they speak for themselves. I went home and redid them immediately after being in this salon for 3 hours. All I wanted to do was leave. My pedicure is what was really concerning - the woman who did my pedicure (I believe her name was Susi) e-filed my toenails down to the skin. I pulled back and winced so many times, it was extremely painful. When she added the dehydrator before the gel, it burned so bad. I told her how bad it hurt and she just stuck my foot back in the water. Although she spoke little to no English, she made it seem like the burning had something to do with me. I should have just stopped her then and left. They overcharged me on the pedicure, but I was so ready to leave that I just paid to get out of there. She then asked me to leave a tip and when I left $20 on $210, she pressured me to leave more since I was paying for my pedicure and my husband's men's pedicure. Additionally, I just got home from a vacation and attempted to take the gel off of my toes and there are BRUISES under my nails. I couldn't even file them because they hurt so bad.
