When you are a new client they have you to make a 5 star review before you even leave the shop. After your initial service, let's just say the service is poor. Katie is the owner's wife and even though her nail designs can be good, she rushes and is sloppy with her work. Generally, within days I find cracks in the nails. If you make an appointment she is always late. When you arrive at the shop staff will either text her or call her to let her know you are there, with the same excuse...she is either on her way, having car issues or her baby sitter did not show. Always asks you if you want any other services or to look around the mall. Really? The shop is older and not very well kept. I found a new and modern salon that cares for their customers. Beware of all these 5 star reviews because they are not what you think. Definitely lost me as a customer. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years at this place. However, last week I went to LeLe as I normally do ad she was so preoccupied and inattentive she took off 1/2 my eyebrow and tried to cover it up with brown powder. I hate always refused brown powder and when she gave me the mirror,literally half of my eyebrow was gone. When I point this out to her she had the nerve to get an attitude and tell all she did was clean it up. She know first had that I have never walked out with eyebrows this thin. I've been coming to this location for 13 years, Linda and Li Li keep things running smoothly. So, I keep coming back. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails so there are only a few people I will let touch them. At Nail Accents, it's pretty much Paula and Jimmy, they both do impeccable work. As for Paula, she is really sweet and usually has a wait and is in high-demand because of her ability to do cute designs. You'll likely see her name in reviews time after time. She really is amazing! If you want your brows waxed/ razored Li Li will get you in order. Just be specific on how you want them to look. She does a great job and if I'm not getting my threaded or tinted, I let her shape them. This nail salon is usually packed on the weekend, so if you go, go early... As for pricing, it's pretty average for a mall location in Atlanta - but, the service is worth it here. Saw this place while in the mall and decided to give them a try. Opted for the gel fill iin and pedicure. The sign read the gel fill in $19 and up and the pedicure $20. While I am satisfied with the fill in the pedicure not so much. The finished product on the pedicure I could do at home. When I went to pay the cashier said $50 and then no $55. Wait/What? Your sign says it should total $49....they say it's a charge to file/cut down nails. Ok nails grow out from each fill in and you charge $1.50 to file down each nail for normal growth to the tune of an extra $15???So why not tell me there's a charge when you asked me if I wanted them cut down? Be upfront with me if something is extra. Don't change the price later. I've been to several nail salons and not one charged to cut/file down nails. Never again will I set foot in this place. The service was hit or miss as the staff is not so friendly. read more

This was the WORST nail experience I've ever had! I will never go back there or recommend it to anyone. First as I entered I told the person at the desk I wanted a pedicure and gel polish and nails with gel polish she directed me to sit in front of the technician that I guess was the only one available. The tech was on the phone talking to her friend as she was on Facebook Live. She was complaining how she was "ready to go" to her friend on the phone. The girl continued to talk on the phone the entire time she was doing my nails to her friend and boyfriend while talking inappropriate around me. She was not professional at all. Secondly, She soaked my nails for at least 30-40min. Now I did have SNS powder on my nails but at my usual place they never have to soak my nails like that. My nails was so dried out and she broke my pinky nail in the process. The color they had for the CatEye nails polish was very limited. I wanted a bright red and they didn't have anything close. Plus she didn't do the best on the magnet part so it's not as pronounced so you would know they are CatEye nails. Thirdly, she didn't get the polish completely on my nails so I can see the black undercoat underneath the red polish and I can see the acrylic as well on some of the tips. She didn't take the drill underneath my my nails so there was dry acrylic and polish underneath my nails. She had to do my thumbs like 3 tines bc the "Black wouldn't dry" smh. I washed my hair the next day and my nails chipped completely especially the thumbs that she corrected 3 times. Lastly, she finished they were like oh you wanted to get you feet done? I was like never mind i was so dissatisfied and tired I was like forget it. Plus they don't use liners in their foot baths so you've been WARNED! read more

I usually get my eyebrows threaded but after seeing the line of people waiting to get theirs waxed I decided to get them done. This was my first and my last time visiting here. I got a pedicure and SNS. When I get a pedi I don't like for them to use the cheese grater so she applied the callus remover and barely scrubbed my feet. When she started to do my nails she was drilling all on my skin, after dipping my nail into the SNS she was back to drilling on my skin (no apology), and barely cleaned up the SNS to make the nice shape around my nail bed and when you look at my nails some have dips in the middle. This nail shop is inside of Cumberland Mall on the top level in the corner above F2O. I come here regularly to get my eyebrows done and I love them each time. Each person I'm that I've gotten to do my nails and toes have done a great job. I only get polish changes and my natural nails done with gel. I haven't had any complaints with those simple services. I have never gotten any complex designs or any other services so I can not speak on that. If you need something quick and cute they can definitely get it done for you. I advise on the weekends to call ahead and make an appointment for services, otherwise walking in on slower days is totally fine. read more
