This was a wonderful experience for me. My mom, sitting in the chair right next to me, had a different experience totally. Thats why i let off a star. Start with my experience. I had Henry. Aside from the language barrier he was excellent. He paid attention to details and took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect. It hurt a little when he was cutting out my ingrown toenails but now it feels great! He was friendly and very very detail oriented. I would highly recommend him!!! Now to my moms experience. Sitting right next to me it was amazing how different the two of our experiences were. She had My My who seemed much older. My my would mumble things under her breath. My mom got the pedicure with the callous removal. She paid extra for it. She asked my my like 3 times and she didnt do it. Finally henry (my great guy) said something to her and she mumbled again and started to very rapidly and harshly remove my moms callouses. My suggestion to you is make and appointment and request Henry or anyone but MY My. All in all a very relaxing vibe and cool place to have nails done. read more

On vacation staying in Celebration. This nail salon was close to where we were staying so an easy choice. Scheduling was easy. Called to schedule myself and three sisters same day. They were able to accommodate within an hour and a half. Running behind I called to push back our appointment and the friendliest person on the phone easily adjusted our time. This place is located in the same shopping plaza as Publix, Jersey Mikes and Celebration Brewing Company. She made sure I was coming to the right place. Looks small on the outside but they use every inch of space without you feeling crowded. When we walked in and checked in they were ready for us. They even gave special treatment to the birthday girl. We had a combination of gel manicures, pedicures. There were at least 8 nail techs that I counted. 12 pedicure chairs in a separate area. They offer beverages. One of my sisters had a tech who was hurting her and not responding to what she was saying so she requested another. It was handled professionally and the second tech was great. The birthday girl loved being pampered by her tech. My tech did one of the best gel manicures I've ever had. Lastly, the final sister LOVED her tech even though he talked her into getting a gel rather than regular manicure assuring her it's easy to take off. Maybe he didn't realize she meant taking it off herself. Reasonable price at $35. Overall, loved this place. I would return. read more

Went in for a desperate pedicure. My first in 8 months since giving birth. I'd done my own but just couldn't do the heavy deep digging needed. If you suffer from ingrown toenails I highly recommend Tammy for your next pedicure. She relieved a pain I've felt for months. The new salon is nice and the atmosphere was relaxing. I cannot say enough great things about this family run business. The people are always nice and welcoming. There is not a bad nail tech there! I always just pick whoever works for my appointment time and always leave happy. My nails do not chip (toes are gel and SNS for hands), it's the grow out that makes me go back not a chipped SNS or a peeling gel :) read more

Came in for a regular manicure and pedicure. Because I have my natural nails, I bought a glass file and asked the young girl with thick glasses to not saw back and forth as it can lead to splitting & peeling. (This is 101 taught in school, don't believe me, ask any nail school instructor or even google it.) It took me a long time to get my natural nails back in shape and condition after acrylic and polygel. She couldn't figure it out and file back and forth anyways no matter how much I explain and asked not to. It appears she only understands fake nails. She also forgot to dry out my nails from oils and lotion, and the polish would not dry after an hour. She tried to blame it on me. I told her I have had natural and regular polish multiple times in the past, without this issue, it they dry out the nail bed and also put me under a fan or spray dry. Bad customer service. Can emphasis that enough here! At the checkout I had to point out to the cashier she didn't even clean off the polish that got on the side of my 2 fingers. He said Well: "that can come off later". Later at home?! I said no, it needs to be clean off and should of before the pedicure got started over an hour ago. I also asked if they have any spray dry as my nails still were not drying now over an hour later after my pedicure was done (application, application, application) I told them they did even put my hands by a fan or anything. The attitude I got was like we are not interested in these problems. The pedicure was a little better but not fantastic by any means, no touching up the edges (left bare so not expecting it to last too long. Just all and all a poor job, with not good customer service. She appears to need lesson from the older woman doing nails on the woman beside me, at least she smiled at me rather than trying to do the blame the customer game for not a good job. When I showed her that the paint wasn't drying and it go messed up due to, beside blaming me, she just painted over the mess. And no surprise: Low and behold I ended up needing to fix two fingers again at home. I don't care how nice the place looks, the customer service is bad, unless you just don't say anything, but then again, I thought the whole reason for going and paying someone is, so you get a professional job. I did not get professional work, or care, and will never be going back. I always go to nail salons in Celebration - but will be avoiding this one like the plague! Don't waste your time or money, there are other nail salons out there doing a better job, going back to those ones instead where they appreciate my business and money. Apparently, I'm not alone in feeling this way, read another review, where someone had what looks like just as bad or maybe worse. I REPEAT - STAY AWAY, FIND A BETTER PLACE THAT APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS AND CARES FOR THE CUSTOMER NOT JUST THE BUCK. :( read more

To add onto the previous review- I visited Lee Nails and Spa today with hopes of getting a quality manicure, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. When I asked the technician if he could adjust the shape of my nails after he filed them, a nearby employee intervened, making me feel uncomfortable for even asking. To clarify my request, I pulled up a photo of my own nails from a previous appointment, hoping to explain more easily. However, the lady insisted that the hands in the photo weren't mine, even though both the customer next to me and I repeatedly told her that those nails were mine. The lady continued to try and gaslight me that the shape of my nails were different, eventually stating that the technician no longer wanted to do my nails. She said he didn't want to do them because he doesn't speak English and does not understand. I tried explaining that I didn't mind at all if he didn't speak English, that is why I pulled up the photo for clearer communication. At that point, the technician who was doing my nails left without saying a word, leaving my nails half-done, with visible residue and only partially filed. Even the customer beside me stepped in, saying both of the technician's behavior was unprofessional and not okay. I tried to express, calmly, that I think it is fair I asked for a specific shape given how much I am paying. In response, the employee told me I was "too picky," referencing a prior visit that I believe she may have confused me with someone else. The lady suggested that I wait for her to be done with her customer so she can finish my nails. When I explained that I didn't have additional time due to my work schedule and that I had reserved two hours for this service, she suggested I return another time. I shared that I didn't feel comfortable returning after this experience, especially since it was now apparent some of the staff had possibly already discussed me in front of other employees. Feeling overwhelmed, I eventually left in tears. My boyfriend called the salon afterward to try to resolve the issue, but the same lady who was being rude to me hung up on him. Overall, this experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.The fact that another customer had to intervene and tell them that their behavior was not okay further solidifies this. I strongly caution anyone considering this salon to think carefully before spending their time and money here. Professionalism and customer service should be the foundation of any salon experience, and unfortunately, I did not find that to be the case at Lee Nails and Spa. read more

I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. My girlfriend went in for a manicure and after having asked the technician to change the style he got up and walked away, refusing to do her nails after he had stripped the polish off. Other customers had to step in and defend her because of how she was being attacked by the staff. We will not return, and will encourage others to visit elsewhere. read more

Made an appointment, they couldn't find it on the book and then asked me to prove I'd called. Sit in very uncomfortable chairs right in the heat of the sun while walk-ins are provided services. Finally get sat in chair for basic acrylic with a specialized painting add-on (there isn't an option for "French"). Tech does acrylic, so far so good. Starts painting gel polish in anecdotal Anjelah Johnson style "you want gel, it's better"-- when I object, half the salon comes over to tell me I need to calm down, that no gel has gone on my hands. Except it had. I had already had my hands in the stupid UV lamp twice. So the tech slaps on a regular polish French on, with bad line work. It was THE worst. read more

My first time here, and I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews. But I needed a pedicure and it was within walking distance of me, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I had the Deluxe Pedicure for $47, and it took just a tad over an hour. Tammy was great and gave me a awesome pedicure with all the relaxing stuff...scrub, light massage on lower legs and feet, hot towel wrap after applying "cooling gel" which smelled like eucalyptus. It was all super relaxing. Color came out great with no streaks or smudges. Afterward, it was raining like crazy and Tammy said I could wait in the massage chair until it subsided. I was meeting a friend just a bit away at Celebration Brewing, so I couldn't stay too long.
