Worst pedicure and I paid for the gel. I had my appointment on Monday and it's now chipped and coming off my toes it's only been 3 days technically. I want a refund for my pedicure. I was in town for work and needed a manicure. I found it based on a Google search and thankfully they accepted me as a walk-in. I had a builder gel manicure with red cat-eye magnetic polish. It's stunning and perfect for the holidays. My manicurist was Izzy who I highly recommend. She made suggestions and I found her very knowledgeable about techniques and style trends. Izzy was sweet, conscientious about my preferences, and just a delight to meet. I'm happy to have found this little gem of a salon but you have to check out Izzy if you go. read more

This place does not count on repeat business & instead relies on tourists. I received a confirmation (see photo) that my appointment was booked successfully. When I showed up , they told me they were too busy to honor it. Huh? Minutes later I received a text confirming my appointment. Why show available appointments on line if they are Not available. The girl did not care or understand that once I was allowed to book- it should be honored. Recommendation: Go just a 1/2 mile up to celebration & in a charming plaza is a place called Lee Nails - they're open on Sunday & will take you with no appointment - they are busy , friendly , do great work, & you may wait but they do not turn customers away . Not only were all our manicure and pedicures great (I get gel, my aunt gets acrylics, and my cousin gets regular polish), but the facilities were clean and everything was well sanitized. They are too expensive compared to other salons. The cheapest I've been able to find for French gel pedicure is $50 and they are well over that. They are also very unorganized. My appointment was at 4pm and they didn't take me until over an hour later due to their terrible scheduling and overbooking. There is also barley any seats at the front to wait so I was standing for a long time. Update: After I posted my review here, this business has decided to post false reviews on my small business under fake accounts on Google & Yelp. I have never serviced anyone who works at this nail salon but this experience just shows you exactly the type of people you are willingly giving your money to. read more

Visiting the area, I needed a mani/pedi and noticed they were close to where I was staying for the week. First - I arrived at 6:30pm, right at the cut off for walk-ins, but they were not busy and agreed to take me as their last customer, perfect! A few things I learned from talking during my mani/pedi: They have been opened approx 9 months, business is growing, but could be better. The staff all have previous experience and it is family owned and operated. The location is nice, clean, very inviting to anyone to come for services. The service is a bit high on the price point, but you do get what you pay for! Plus, the staff are amazing and friendly. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I went 3 times, and every single time, the service was awful. My first dip mani lasted a whole 7 days. I went for a nail repair, which lasted another 7 days. I decided to get a new dip mani at that point. The 3rd girl took 1.5 hours, filed my nails into weird shapes, and only put 2 layers on. I am a week into this one and 2 if my nails are utterly destroyed now. Run, don't walk away from this place. read more

They tried to do a French look with some nails short and others long, claiming I never said I wanted tips. I asked several times for their opinion and what is best. All on their phones, didn't try to engage, explain or offer any suggestions. Eating apples at station, blowing their nose, your name it. Unprofessionalism at its finest. They then claimed they could not finish my nails when I resorted to filing at all lengths myself and just one color. Said they could not do that. read more

I had an awful experience at this salon. I upgraded all services and paid over $120.00 for a pedicure, manicure with dip. The pedicure was an organic pedicure with a massage of 15 minutes. The massage did not happen for even 5 minutes. The dip was unlike any I had experienced before. Included no base dip, only 3 dips of color and the gel top coat, which if I wanted gel I would have requested that instead of the dip. I had this service done on Saturday afternoon by Sunday I was noticing some flaking of the gel and by Monday after work the majority of the gel was chipped off. I am from Boston and flew home sunday so had no recourse with the salon other than to notify them of the shoddy work. I travel all around he U.S. and have never had this process of dip performed. Needless to say I had to get my nails redone. The service at A-list Salon was a waste of my time and money. read more
