I came in and made a last-minute appointment and the lady that helped me was wonderful this is very meticulous and very detailed I was very pleased with her work. I don't know how to pronounce your name but if you look at my photo her name is on that card I guess she's there every day but Sunday. The facility is very nice and very clean they put up plastic liner in the pedicure area and when they do your manicure they open up a bag of sterilize tools lots of plexiglass around and there's also a sink next to the manicure table so after they found your nails you can just wash your hands. Very convenient. They have a nice selection of colors good social distancing good sanitation I would highly recommend this place and the manicure so I want to ensure six days a week my other girls there only on Mondays. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. I have lived in the area for about three years and I've heard amazing things about this place. I am now second-guessing every person that gave this place a good review. You would think that a place that required appointments would be a pretty nice place. That was the opposite of my experience. During my pedicure, she dropped a tool on the ground, picked it up, and proceeded to work on my nails without even wiping off the tool. I would've preferred her getting a new tool but not even wiping it off is disgusting. I moved over to the manicure station. Halfway through the manicure, I noticed a tiny little sign that said refreshments for all customers over 21. Why would this not be offered at the beginning of the experience? She never said a word about it. She also had an AirPod in the entire time and continue to answer the phone throughout both mani and pedis. So much seemed so unclean about it. Like girl, you are touching my feet, touching the phone, touching your phone... All I can say is that Euro Nails will not be touching my feet ever again. read more

i left euro nails really, really happy with my gel mani and pedicure. i had wanted to try another salon after my first gel mani at a dif salon. in vernon hills. just knew that it wasn't the greatest manicure and after reading a few reviews thought i'd try euro nails. btw...they also just opened a 2nd location in vernon hills. (ombré nail spa) yea! my nail tech, mike, was amazing and i had a great ped and leg massage. both linda and mike gave me suggestions for gel manicure colors and the first thing i noticed that was terrific was...you don't have to leave the damn acetone soak on as long as I had it done in the old salon. :/ colors at euro are newer and there's a huge selection. the salon itself is bright and clean. the wash sinks are right next to your manicure chair which is great, in my book! loved the tv and the location. def recommend this salon; either location: you can't miss! :) read more

My sister-in-law got me a mani pedi here for my birthday and I had a great experience here this week. A typical mani pedi lasts about an hour so prepare accordingly. They definitely make sure you feel relaxed the whole time. I had come in briefly on Tuesday as a walk-in, but timing didn't work out, so I came back Thursday when I had more time. Sam, the owner I presume, remembered me and called me by my name as I walked in. A very nice personal touch. Everyone there was warm and friendly. I enjoyed the massage chair while my feet were scrubbed, buffed, massaged and moisturized and finally painted. Manicure was nice too. Waiting for your nails to dry is always the most boring part, however, while I sat by the nail dryer at Euro Spa, I was offered a glass of wine. I thought I didn't hear them correctly the first time so I asked again what they had asked me and I had heard them correctly. I graciously accepted half a glass of red since it was happy hour after all. I came back the next day because I wanted to buy the polish they used for retouches and they were able to help me find it. Again, I was greeted by my first name and they remembered me. They said the polish might be a discontinued color, but that they were ordering and picking up more the next day and could grab that color for me. Very sweet of them to offer and this place is right down my house so it works out very well. Euro nails is right off Waukegan in Lake Bluff. I would definitely recommend! read more

Was up in the area while waiting for a family member to have a procedure at Lake Forest Hospital and had a few hours to kill, so decided last minute to see if they could accomodate for a manicure. When I called, was told they do not do walkins- but could make an appointment if I could get there in the next 10 min. Not sure if the no apt policy is new to their reopening, but I totally agree with it as the best way to keep fewer people in a confined space. On the inside, they had a TON of protective equipment- plexiglass between each station as well as between the technician and client. They were also taking temperatures, and everything was disposable- from the soaking bowl for nails to paper towels instead of washcloths, etc. On top of that, the entire salon was spotlessly clean. As for the manicure - I went for a gel no chip. It was a little more expensive than my place in the city ($40 total, its about $30 at my usual place). But honestly, worth the extra $$ for the level of cleanliness/ protective gear. Tons of color options and I love that they have them all painted on acrylics in a big book - much easier to see than just looking at the colors on the shelf. Also, they had TONS of white options which is my go to in summer- loved that you could distinguish between a plain white, shiny white and sparkle white (totally different, iykyk). I was in and out in about an hour, which is pretty fantastic. Super glad I stumbled on this place and trusted the reviews! Would absolutely go back if I am ever in the area. read more

Discovered this little gem while getting my coffee fix in the Starbucks across the street. Upon entering you greeted warmly with workers. They also offer you upon seating coffee, chai tea and wine, which is always a nice bonus. Not only place is clean, spotless and relaxing, but everything looks brand new and trendy, from interior to tools. I've been driving past this salon for 3 months now. I decided today to try them out since I was due for a mani pedi. I called to make my appointment and the person who answered was very polite and attentive. She was able to get me in later in the afternoon. I got to my appointment 10 mins early and picked out my color from a large selection of well organized gel and regular polish choices. Once I had my colors I was made comfortable in one of their pedicure chairs. My appointment was with Anne today and she was very meticulous with my pedicure and making sure all toes were colored evenly. After my pedi Anne moved me over to the mani bar. The set up in this salon is well thought out. They have sinks in the mani bar so guests don't have to walk across the salon to wash hands. Everything can be done in one place. The appointment was a great one and I plan to be back. They do have a punch card program and you can earn a pedicure after 11 punches. read more

I went in on my birthday to get a simple manicure and pedicure. The manicurist cut my cuticles too low and it started to bleed. She pulled out a green solution. I asked what it was? Because I have super sensitive skin and don't like putting just anything on my skin. I asked for plain alcohol. The manicurist just continued with the manicure as if I wasn't bleeding. I asked to be done. I spoke with the person in charge about his procedure for cuts. He told me that my skin was dry and to get cut was normal. I was really upset. He said I yelled at him what I asked "what was that?" Referring to the random green solution. Which I did not. Either way I don't think the situation was handled correctly. I've never gotten cut before to where I was bleeding. I will not return nor will I recommend this place. read more

I finally made it in today after needing some pampering for months. As everyone else says- it's impeccably clean and modern inside. Beautiful layout, modern furniture and decor. The employees were friendly and very attentive to each customer. I love that all equipment is clean and single use/from a sterile set. They have a huge wall of modern colors to choose from. My only suggestion would be to lose the TV playing Netflix sitcoms. When I arrived it was on a YouTube loop of spa scenes/sounds which was so relaxing. Went there before vacation in April, got a pedicure (which is still holding up up 2.5 weeks later!) and a no chip manicure (which is also holding up really well!)
