If you own a euro car this shop is an absolute gem in the automotive maintenance industry. The administrative staff was very friendly and communicative providing status updates and up front pricing estimates. The technical team took the time and care to listen to my mysterious suspension issues where I could hear and feel vibrations only at highway speeds, and successfully diagnose and repair within a few days of dropping off the car (2023 VW GTI). The prices are higher for a reason because they take the time and effort to properly solve the problem. When I picked up the vehicle I was concerned with the price I paid and the fear the problem may still persist, because this was my experience with shops in the past. The car drove good as new with the concern totally gone. Not to mention a fresh detail wash was a pleasant surprise. When the dealership coverage expired on my 2017 C300 Sport, I decided to look at more reasonable alternatives to keep my car running at peak performance. Based on online reviews and a few recommendations, I chose to go with Euro Specialists. I've used them for service A3 and B3. Both times, they have exceeded my expectations. Their pricing is more reasonable than the inflated quotes provided by the dealership, but quality of service on the vehicle and attention to detail is certainly not sacrificed. Looking behind the service desk, you can see that heir service bays are very clean and bright, but they don't have that on display, which speaks to their professionalism. These guys know what they are doing and it definitely shows. My car is purring like a kitten and looks great! It is difficult to find a mechanic that has both integrity and skill set. Any mechanic missing even one of these elements will cost the customer immensely.I took my vehicle to this place and they said it will cost less the over thousand dollar to fix it, however I was pretty sure I could get it done a lot less than that, so I took it to another place and ended up costing me exactly half of what they had estimated to do the exact same work. Few minutes after putting this review, The owner of this place sounded like a lady with a very rough voice, made a threat dad either for me to take off this evaluation or she will hire a attorney and sue me. Have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I took my Audi here, when my car started acting up on vacation. I first went to firestone and they tried swindling me into paying a ridiculous price and lying about the services actually required. Euro Specialists on the other hand, lives up to their glowing reviews on the web. They were a day ahead of schedule with the repair, talked me through repairs required, and are extremely fair with pricing. One of the few trusted independent European Indy shops in Orlando, would be nice another location in Central Orlando or East, but the staff is very professional and courteous. They took care of my Beamer and knew exactly what it needed, however i think they could lower there prices a bit as amount payed was close to BMW fields quote received for the work needed. I usually don't like to write a negative review, but this last incident requires me to do so. I called to make an appointment to get my a/c compressor repaired and was quickly set up for the next day. That was the only repair I was requesting. I dropped my car off and was then called the next afternoon Friday (7/27) to inform me the repair was finished and the Service manager Brandon also told me of another repair that was needed. To replace the steering column lock, as it doesn't lock and moves up and down. and that it would cost $411.00 plus tax. I informed him that is was NOT broken when I just dropped my car off 24 hours ago. So when I went in to pay for the a/c repair, he showed me how the steering wheel column moved up and down... Once again it was NOT broken when I dropped my car off. I have never had to move or adjust that so it must have been done when they worked on my car. I would have mentioned that it was broken when I took my car in. I sat in my car and realized it was not safe to drive and went back in to speak to the manager Jim, he was not in. Brandon preceded to tell me these things break, I don't even know how to adjust that part. . So I left my car there for the weekend, expecting a call from Jim the owner on Monday morning. So on Monday I get a text message from my husband as he's been contacted by Brandon., that Jim is not in due to Illness.... Hmmm, of course he wasn't in! Jim offered to split the cost of the repair with us Costing us an additional $220.00 .. I am still furious about this. One of their techs broke it, and for them to not fess up and cover this cost completely is and admit it is shows how my bad experience prompted this review. Im sure in their eyes, they did us a favor by splitting the cost. I sure don't see it that way. THEY BROKE IT! So I picked up my car and noticed the leaves that tend to accumulate in the windshield wiper area in my newly washed car had not been vacuumed out.....That should of been done already and had to request they finish the job, in which they did... But my a/c repair seems to be working fine. I just wish it wasn't such a bad experience this time. REVISED review!!.. I received a call from the Owner, Jim and he was very apologetic and sincere about the incident and let me know the guys were reprimanded and the charge has been reversed. I really appreciated that call and how this was now Handled. read more

Brought in my newer BMW 3 series for tire mount/balance and alignment. Took the car home, washed it the next day. And upon washing and inspecting the wheels I notice that all four wheels are scratched. Scratches are visible where the old wheel weights were, and it looked as if a chisel or sharp knife was used to get the weights off. Some small areas have no paint where the weights were and is visible when standing back from the car. Also had two rather large scratches on the right side wheels. Scratches were perfectly lined up and rounded with the rim of the wheel, indicative of tire mounting. These two scratches were 4 and 6 inches long and were through the clearcoat and paint. When I called Jim the Manager he admitted that the wheel weight scratches were normal but said that was the only way to get them off. He also said that the rim scratches must have happened after I picked up the car and that they were real careful. I asked if he would at least least look at the car and he said "no, there's really nothing I can do for ya". Steer clear of this place, they may have good prices on some things but when it comes down to it they don't care if your car is damaged due to them. Sad too, they seemed like such nice people. I have been taking my car to Euro Specialists for over 3 years and wouldn't consider taking my prized possession anywhere else. I actually found them because when my BMW's warranty ran out and got my first quote from the Orlando dealership for my car I couldn't believe how expensive it was to fix. So I started calling around to find someone else to take it to and found Euro Specialists. Not only did they help me but they helped me discover that what was wrong with my car (the passenger seat airbag sensor) was actually about to be turned into recall issue. So the first time I came to Euro Specialists, they went the extra mile to get my car fixed and even worked with corporate BMW to get the costs covered by them eventhough it wasn't officially a recall yet. Since then and over the last 3 years Euro Specialists have handled my routine maintenance, small repairs and a few big repairs like my air conditioning compressor going out. I always get my car back fixed and clean and the price is always around the estimate. Their shop is spotless and to me that makes me feel like they're going to take care of my car in the same way. I even get follow up phone calls to make sure everything is still going well after the repair. Again, not to be redunant but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.... read more

I've always taken my vehicle to the dealership, but received several postcards from Euro Specialists so thought I would try them out. I was very pleased that I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt like they really cared about me and my vehicle and they do. They were courteous and friendly. The shop is beautiful and unbelievably clean. I waited on my vehicle and enjoyed the comfortable lobby. Since they have WiFi, I was able to sit at a table and get some work done while I waited. Jim, the Service Manager, let me know my vehicle was done and asked if I wanted to have it cleaned. I could not believe the cleaning, it looked like it had been waxed, my tires and wheels shined, windows were cleaned and it was cleaned inside. What a nice treat to leave in such a clean vehicle. Jim went over with me how they work with customers to maintain their vehicle and let me know I would receive service notices in the future. When I pulled out, I noticed a gift bag in the passenger seat, it was a nice thank you idea. A few days later, I received a call from a very nice young woman that asked me if I was satisfied with their service and my vehicle. I told her I could not have been more pleased. A few days after that, received a handwritten thank you note in the mail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL CERTAINLY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEM. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. MINE WAS SABATOGGED. WORK NOT COMPLETED. TREATED VERY BADLY WHEN I PROTESTED. I had received several direct mail cards from EuroSpecialists for their Deluxe Oil Service, checked the Google rating prior, and called in advance to verify the services. None of that protected me from damage. I had to have my car towed from the shop. I arrived for the oil change and inspection having had my boyfriend check the vehicle before I put it in the shop because I had a belt slightly slipping and knew I needed a brake job. Other than that my BMW had body damage but was completely reliable and without problems. When I got there, the BMW computer inspection that had sold me on the price evaporated. That would be another $100 plus. I moved forward anyway having made the trip from Deltona. About an hour later I got my car back with an estimate for another $4500.00 in repairs needed. One of those repairs being a clutch which I was told needed replacement. I had NO prior problems with the clutch. As I started my car to leave it made a very new and loud sound. I suspected that something had happened to the belt during the "inspection". I got about a mile down the road and stopped for gas. My car had a new smell about it. When I restarted the car after getting gas, I had NO clutch. A good Samaritan suggested I start the car while in first gear, which I did and putted back to EuroSpecialist at 15-20mph. I voiced my concerns and they were met with loud argument and I was told that I could not wait there for my boyfriend to get off work. I called AAA from the customer lounge, and was forced to sign a waiver of responsibility to be able to wait there instead of pushing my car off property. I am DISABLED!! My boyfriend came and inspected the car. Only a couple of the fluids had been topped off and none of the other services that I paid for had been done. His experience with the clutch was the same. When the tow truck driver/mechanic arrived, he said it sounded like the throw out bearing had been loosened and noted the fluids. The tires had not been rotated, the vehicle nor tires had been cleaned, in addition to other omissions. My truckdriver/mechanic neighbor verified that the clutch had been disconnected under the dash and also seemed to think it sounded as if the throw out bearing had been loosened or a cable tampered with. I could not afford the $1000 price (windfall) that EuroSpecialists had allocated to repair my previously trouble-free clutch. A post to Facebook brought similar experience with EuroSpecialists. Pittman (previous rating) said that they are good for simple oil change. I disagree. It will cost you plenty. In my case, I am now without transportation... a clear danger to me since my health dictates trips to the ER every now and then. BEWARE!!!!! read more
