The gentleman helping me didn't seem to understand that I only wanted an oil change. Everything was going fine until they decided to check my cabin air filter on my 2015 Infiniti Q60. Two different employees tried removing it, and no joke, it took them about 30-45 minutes just to get the filter out. Meanwhile, cars were stacking up behind me. To make things worse, Andrew, who I believe was the manager, did not reinstall my glove compartment correctly. Now there is a noticeable gap on the left side that was NEVER there before. When I pointed it out, he basically said it was "probably like that before." I drive this car every single day--I know what my interior looked like before I came in. I came in for an oil change and left with my glove compartment improperly installed. Very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled. I will not be coming back to this location. I'll take my car to a different Valvoline from now on.

Since I was in a rush to get my car fixed, I accepted the appointment. She then asked if we wanted an oil change as well. We asked how much and she quoted 62 dollars. When we arrived, the man at the counter said they needed to diagnose it themselves (because Auto Zone diagnostic was unreliable) which I could understand, but I feel like he was not very clear and was trying to double talk. And he also said they would probably need it until the next day! The cost was going to be more than I thought was fair ($400) but I was still willing to do it as I needed the car to be fixed right away. When I asked about the oil change as well, he said it would be $120!! I said that is NOT what the outsourced agent said 10 minutes ago on the phone, and he said those agents don't know their pricing!!! The whole thing was just not sitting well with me so I told him forget it! I went home and called the mobile mechanic Auto Zone had recommended who came within an hour, fixed it in 1 1/2 hours, and charged less than half! It was the THERMOSTAT. THANK YOU Auto Zone and Chewy the mobil mechanic!!! Maybe Tire Choice should just stick to tire jobs because those seem to be the only good reviews here!

They are always willing to offer a membership but I have not decided to get one yet. They have wipes to clean your car and an air freshener that you can grab before your car wash. The vacuum area also holds towels and an air hose to put air in your tires. The wipes given to clean inside your car work well, the towels are perfect for drying your car and the air freshener smells amazing! The vacuums work well and there are many vacuum area spots to choose from. I will continue to come here to wash my car!

This car wash just pretty much rinsed off some of the dirt but still left dozens of little dirt particle streaks all over the hood and trunk lid. The blow drier was weak and left a lot of water droplets on the sides and bumpers of the car as well. Oh, and the machinery bent the hell out of my front license plate. I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated that transparency They took care of everything quickly and professionally. I also checked the prices to make sure I was getting a fair deal, and the prices were right around the average -- so I definitely felt like I wasn't being overcharged.
