I really like how easy the appointment process was through Yelp. They were able to schedule me for next day service. I dropped off my car around 9:30 am and it was ready by noon. Price and availability was the main reason I chose this shop. They don't charge ridiculous prices and still do really good work. They took care of breaking in the new rotors and pads which I appreciate. It's also a plus that they specialize in BMWs because they're familiar with all the makes and models. I will be a returning customer next time I need a service. Thank you guys again.

I needed him to complete this job as a medical necessity. My legs don't exactly work and I walk with a cane. I have a bit of a spinal injury and I also have a wound on my bottom that makes getting in and out of an SUV a medical danger for me. If/when the wound gets worse, they will put a colostomy bag on me for the rest of my life. The owner knew this and still accepted the work and the money. Week #1) I paid for all car parts. Week #4) I gave him time acquire all parts and arrange for me to drop my truck off. Week#6) I sent an unanswered text asking for a status. He's had the truck for two weeks at this point and my money for 6 weeks. Week#7) still no contact from the owner, so I send another unanswered text saying I'd like my truck back and a refund on any work not completed. Obviously no answer. Week#8) the owner finally guaranteed me picking up my truck on the Monday of week 9. He blamed the powered coating shop for being sick but said everything was good to go. Week#9) After playing phone tag for hours, he tells me I can pick up my truck at 5:30 pm. When I show up the truck is incredibly far from being completed. The charge pipe is missing, the intake is missing, the snorkel isn't installed, among other things. He says the steering wheel didn't fit, I never got a phone call about it. He says he lowered the truck but HE DIDNT LIKE IT. So he put it back to stock without ever contacting me. Again, I needed that lowered as a medical necessity. The rest of the stuff was bs but lowering the truck was absolutely needed. No call, no text, no information & he didn't tell me most of the work wasn't completed till I was ready to pick it up. Then he was shocked that I didn't want to just leave my truck indefinitely. Now for the theft... I gave him over $4k and in that $4k he was supposed to have wheel spacers purchased, powdered coated and installed. They don't exist. I got charged parts and labor for parts that don't exist, extended work times with no communication, neglected/forgotten or ignored texts, lies & abandoned. When he sent the final invoice over, he very interestingly came within $30 of the downpayment thru creative accounting, so that he could keep the entire $4,100... They stole from a handicap guy, me. They may have seen the job as unimportant but to me it was everything.
