I highly recommend their service. It's been about 2 months since I first reached out to Mike who took my inquiry for my 2010 Mini Cooper. I reached out to them because my Mini Cooper wasn't passing the smog check. After running the diagnostic test, they were quickly able to troubleshoot and provide pricing for parts. Within a day, they were able to fix my car and get it to stop showing 3 fault codes. After putting some miles into the car, Mike suggested that I come back in to run a complimentary meter check to see if any codes are detected and thankfully nothing showed. They showed me the parts they switched out and explained what the problems were. Mike also notified me what to keep an eye out for based on his assessment with his inspection of other parts of my car. What I appreciate about their service is their responsiveness to my initial inquiry, communication throughout the entire process, and honesty. I felt if something was wrong after performing the service, they'd really try to fix the problem. Just a feeling, but I do believe they know what they're doing. Mike also switched out my coolant reservoir due to cracks that was complimentary and also offered to top off my engine oil every couple of months. My first time purchasing a pre-loved BMW x7, and needed an oil change and some peace of mind that I didn't purchase a lemon lol. Dropped off my car Wednesday morning and picked it up a couple hours later, and they said everything was all good. Took my 328i in a wile ago for oil change and tire rotation. Found out later they rotated my wheels even though my BMW has a staggered setup (different sizes front/rear), which should never be done. Either they didn't know--or did it anyway and didn't care. Either way, it left me with serious doubts about their "expertise". Just wanted to share for anyone with a performance setup. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this shop. Highly recommend. They did an amazing job sorting out the issue on my car, gave a very fair quote to repair, completed it on time and we're just genuinely as nice as could be. Then a few months later an "engine malfunction" light comes on, car running about 10%... it's Friday afternoon and I leave on a road trip Monday morning. I called them, share the issue, they say they can't fix it until Tuesday, they are backed up... but bring it in and they will take a quick look. They run the computer test. The car wash had gotten some sensor under the gas peddle wet, soaking wet. He said we have to fix that now, you don't want that sensor to corrode. He said it will take 20 minutes and he will blow some compressed air on it and dry it out. Love this place. They go the extra mile. Will never take my car anywhere else. read more

This may be the best mechanic I've ever used. My mini had a pulley issue when I was driving to a work meeting in the area, and I didn't know where to go. Last minute I find bmw mini md and they looked at it and fixed it right away. I have an older mini, a gen 1 convertible s, and mechanics are always trying to get me to do stuff that I don't need. Not here. Completely honest. No unnecessary work or charges. Always going the extra step to make sure I'm taken care of. I literally won't take my car anywhere else now. It's been about 4 or 5 years and they're the only ones I let touch my car. I don't live close by, but it's worth the trek for these guys. Cannot recommend them enough. I brought my car in recently on July 29th 2024 because I was having misfires detected in cylinder 4 for on my 128I BMW 2011. My service engine was on over the weekend, so I brought it in immediately to get it checked out. Everyone at the shop was pretty nice people and the facility was clean like the reviews here states. I was told that my spark plugs needed to be replaced and an ignition coil. I agreed to pay the full price for the repair for them to finish up and call me back to state that the car needed 2000 more dollars of work done on it to run properly. Basically I paid 800+ dollars for my car to get a more intense diagnostic. It is now a day later and my check engine light has come back on and my car is running the exact same way that it was before I brought it in. I just encourage everyone if you need serious work done to your car engine or anything of that magnitude to just take it to the BMW dealership and spend a couple more hundred dollars so you won't be in the same predicament that I am in now. Fortunately this place is very local and it seemed affordable to find a specialist rather than the dealers cost. We have recently purchased a used 2011 Mini under a 100k miles for our daughter to use while she was going to college. We noticed a rattling near the engine and overtime it got worse. I am used to walking out of a repair shop needing a shower, for more reasons than just cleanliness. So to my great surprise I didn't have that feeling when I left BMW-Mini MD's. I was referred to them from a reliable MINI enthusiast. I asked her for a recommendation for a BMW mechanic and she was emphatic about me giving them a try. I looked them up on Yelp and see they have a perfect score. I called them asking what the price for an oil change would be for my 2012 128I convertible. They gave me a quote and I saved the text. I asked when I could make an appt and he told me he had availability the next morning at 9:30, all these details are important, read further for detail. I arrived at their location promptly at 9:30 the next morning, walked in and was greeted by two lovely gentlemen, visually clean, pressed shirts and the waiting area is immaculate, complete with Beverages both hot and cold, I proceeded to them them I was here for my 9:30. They quickly signed me in, got all the details and immediately took my car back. He quoted me 1 hour and a half and asked if I would like to wait. I brought my computer with me so I could get work done, so naturally I agreed. I watched them meticulously look over the vehicle while the oil change was being completed. I was really pleased with their sense of urgency, but accuracy. 1 hour and 15 minutes later he is ready to present the invoice and get me on my way. I paid exactly, to the penny, what was quoted and he even looked at a couple of fuses that I thought were blown (they weren't). He didn't try and up-sell me or tell me my car needed 1000's of dollars of repairs. It was such a great experience that I am thrilled and enthusiastic about the FIVE stars I give them. My mom went to Victoria Gardens's and there was a business card on her BMW, she held onto it. One or two weeks later, my X5 needed front brakes so I gave them a call. The lady who answered gave me a quote & an appointment time. I had checked around but they seemed reasonably priced and were nearby. I went in at 7AM and Mike was in the office, he answered all my questions and assured me that they would get everything complete quickly. They also said for future they could give me a ride or order an Uber for me, that was nice. I got a text around 11:30 that read, "Hi Jasmine, your vehicle will be done by 12:15PM", that was great I didn't have to call them for an update. I got to the shop and the bill was a little higher than I was quoted, Danny assured me if I was quoted an amount that was what I'd be charged. After revising my bill, we chatted and I was on my way. An hour later, Mike called to go over everything which made me feel very satisfied with the work done & the service provided.
