I wanted to post about my experience at Eurocharged. I've been a long time customer and I was actually just there getting some work done on my latest automotive project. As always, their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction has to be experienced first hand. I came on for a dyno and customs retune for race gas. Got the quote and paid before I even set foot in the door. Once I was there, they immediately got to work!! A few hours later I back on the road with an even faster car than when I came in. Terrible experience. The process took almost two years, communication was poor, and after getting my car back, the tune caused major engine problems. I ended up having to rebuild my engine all over again after already spending so much money. I definitely wouldn't recommend this shop. read more

I have a clutch repaired and my transmission was put together with an oil leak. eventually this clutch burned out due to transmission overheating, they put in another clutch - left the oil leak - ended up stranded out of town. the transmission has not worked right since after an over $4000 bill. they will not take ownership of messing up my car - highly dissatisfied read more

Biggest overthinker when it comes to my cars and getting things done right. Talked to Azmi who assured me Id have nothing to worry about so I brought in my 600lt to these guys to replace an entire window switch assembly and they got me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Trash service and work done. they made me waste 80$ on Uber fares telling me that my car would be ready when it was not. Broken pieces were put back thinking I wouldn't notice. Installed Front splitter lip came off while I was driving because they didn't secure it. Do not get work done here. If they can't even do proper work on a 2011 bmw, why would they think they can fix a mclaren. Waste of time and money. The only good thing about this place is CALEB. His customer service is the only thing that can save this business. read more

I can't even explain where to begin.. was just asking be to be treated like a customer not even so called "friend".. I've brought bunch of business and people to this shop since Ajay and his crew took over, to whoever I did bring to this shop I really apologize.. I've never been so disrespected by a business like this before in my life, Philip went out of his way to make my life difficult, even after their half assed tune was "done" and we were just trying to pick up the car was the worst experience, won't accept my credit card and accusing me of "might do charge back" and "I don't trust you", never gave the shop a reason to.. If you're trying to get ahold of Ajay, forget about it, unless you have an exotic car or deep pockets don't even waste your time. Shop is struggling to keep workers around, for a reason that is. Not even counting being charged tax on labor, lack of communication and smile in your face, stab you in the back. Save your money and go somewhere else, an advice from a person that worked there for 2 days and been a "friend" for years. read more

So far so good! I called them this morning and they picked up immediately. They kindly squeezed me in the same day, to install my exhaust for my E90 M3, as they said they were super busy. I will update my review once everything has been installed. ********Update******** I was greeted upon walking into the lobby and was treated kindly, no arrogant mentality from these guys! They took my car around back and even allowed me to walk back into the shop, with supervision of course. There were a ton of European/exotic cars back there! It only took about an hour or so to get my oem exhaust off and the new one put on. I'm in love! My car sounds SO awesome! --not too much of a drone from the inside, but in M mode, omg! The blips are panty dropping!!!!! I may eventually come back if I decide to get a louder, more throaty exhaust or even a tune! I would totally recommend this shop to anyone! The guys at Eurocharged are so reasonable, professional, and courteous. Keep up the great work guys and ignore the haters!! read more

Talked to the guy told him i was towing my car from Austin to Houston he said ok to come this was Monday i call again Tuesday to let him know the car was loaded up and i would be there by 1 no answer left voicemail... got there and the guy sent me next door to the shop which couldn't do anything huge waste of time and $400 had to take the car to a family member in Houston until i can find a better shop... this shop is a joke I will never do any business after them having me tow my car all the way only for him to not tune it. Don't know wtf these people do, but they treat their employees like shit. Never pay them on time let alone the value they should be paid. Also they are very suspect. They pay employees thru zelle. No W2s, no paystubs, NOTHING!! The owner can easily buy himself cars but can't pay his hard working employees. I see a lawsuit coming. read more

I went in to get my Porsche tuned at an authorized dealer. My car was already modified and in perfect working order when we began tuning. They did try to accomplish tuning "5" different times. The tune created several check engine alerts with various codes that previously were not an issue. Choppy cold starts, idling issues, and some tunes the uploaded even created very poor performance. After being very patient I feel that Eurocharged must have never tuned a modified Porsche and were playing guessing games with my car while wasting my time for "5" days. read more

I brought my car here to diagnose a problem I had on my M6. It would feel sluggish when the throttle was pressed all the way down. An employee named John fixed the issue and sold me on their Stage 1 tune. My car is so responsive now after the tune! I look forward to driving my car everyday now thanks! If you want to blow your motor and have a bad tune eurocharged is the way to go. Blew my Benzs motor and found out the airflow wasn't flowing properly and another shop told me my tune from eurocharged is what caused my problems. And the owner is a dick as well read more
