I called in last minute this morning to get an oil change and the lady on the phone was very nice and polite. She was able to get me an appointment to come in within 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was greeted by I believe one of the owners. Everyone was very friendly and the place was really clean. They didn't have my oil filter but they managed to get it within 10 minutes and have my oil change done within 40 minutes which was great because that was the exact time I was given as an estimate as well. I drive a 2019 Mercedes c300 and the price was VERY fair compared to going to the dealership. Thank you guys and I'm glad I found a reliable and friendly place to come back to every time I need my car to get serviced

They answered all of my questions, and scheduled a last minute appointment for me. Once I arrived, everyone was friendly and took care of my car. The price for the oil change was what I expected (no surprises.) The owner sent me pictures and information about what else was going on with my car, but didn't pressure me to get it done. He provided the info so I could shop around. I'll for sure be returning to get the work done there, once I'm able to! Highly recommend this shop!! They looked over her car at 105k Lexus after the dealer told her that it needed $4700.00 worth of work( you know like flush this and that and you need to replace your front control arms just in case. You know all the usual unnecessary stuff they push). She of course did not take the bait and left the dealer and came over here to just get done what really needed to be done...and guess what. Like we suspected the car is in perfect shape and yes there is little wear but certainly not near needing front end suspension replaced. I love these folks.

I took my car in to replace my struts and front tires, and to do an alignment. I only went here…read morebecause it was covered under my MaxCare contract with CarMax. They did nothing I asked them to do, and instead did a whole bunch of work that didn't need to be done, and of course said I had an oil leak (which I did not). They sent me a text saying that they didn't replace my tires or do an alignment. But when I called, they swore up and down they did an alignment - which they didn't, I had to take it somewhere else to get it aligned. They quoted me $540, then when I came to pick up my car, they tried to charge me almost $800, they couldn't find my keys, and could barely remember which car was mine. They didn't disclose the work they would be doing before they did it, and charged me for it anyways. Now I'm having to take it somewhere else to ACTUALLY get it serviced. A total scam, plus they were rude. Their story kept changing as well, so they were definitely lying to me.

The Honda dealership was going to charge me over $200 for the service, so I chose to try Cillis because they were part of the Costco Auto program. It was my first time there and I did not have my credit card with me. I called to get a price for the service and asked if I could pay with Apple Pay. They said yes. The car was done within the 30 minutes I was told. When I went to pay, I was handed my key. I asked about paying the bill and I was told there was no charge. I had to ask again to make sure. I went home with a working headlight and a big smile. I would call that a Christmas miracle. Thank you very much to Kevin and the staff at Cillis Car Care. It was a great first experience and could not have come at a better time. They were not aware, but I recently had a heart attack and am recovering from a triple bypass. I came from Cardiac rehab straight there. It helped me out tremendously. Thank you again!

While I am not a certified mechanic, I have replaced fan belts myself and am well aware that the cost and complexity of such a repair do not justify that price. To make matters worse, she was also quoted an exorbitant fee for the replacement of an air filter--an extremely simple task that typically takes no more than two minutes to complete. It's disheartening to see what appears to be a clear case of opportunistic overcharging, possibly based on the assumption that a woman wouldn't question the pricing. Shame on you. Actions like this erode trust and reflect poorly on your business. While karma has a way of addressing injustices in due time, the immediate consequence is that you have lost a long-standing customer--someone who had been loyal to your establishment for years.

I Had Terrible Experience By Mayco Auto repair. I was…read moreReferred by a Friend to here, But that was my worst experience in mechanic shops I ever Had. That's unbelievable. I took my Truck there with Running engine for repair. I asked them estimate, they wanted me to wait for 1 Hour. After that they gave me estimate of $4500 for some repairs on the Truck. It looked expensive to me and I wanted to Try another mechanic to make sure I'm not being over charged. Guess what? They car was not Running any more. They opened many parts from engine. I asked the mechanic to put it back on, He was very Rude and said: NO, YOU NEED TO PAY AT LEAST 4-5 Hours Labor to me, (4x$120), Minimum $500 to put them back on. They never had my permission to take off parts from engine for Diagnostic. I asked Manager to Talk and the Manager was even Worst and Rude. He was forcing to charge me. They never put parts back and I Had to get Tow truck to take out my car because I was sure their plan is to just charge you, No matter what. I called Tow truck to come and take it to another mechanic. Finally they charge me $100 for Diagnosing fee and my car was Not running any more. I payed a lot to tow the car to different mechanics and No one touched the car because some else took parts out and cut the bolts off. A few weeks later any other mechanics recommended me to take it to the original shop who took the engine apart and ask the to put parts back and make engine running like it was originally for Diagnosing and repair. I went back to the shop and talked to the Manager Which still was so Rude. Asked Him to fix the Car With His original Estimate around $4500. Guess what? This time he said $6500 for same repair. What normal person or Owner Does that? That was unbelievable. I asked them to do at least for $5500 for same original estimate of $4500. Same work just because I left and had to come back. They knew it and it was part of their plan. The manager said No. You have to pay $6500, Nothing less. I asked him to put the parts back like originally and pay him the labor he wanted. He Said No. I told the Owner I will leave reviews and let other people know about it. He said Do it, I Don't Care about reviews. I had to leave because I was sure even if I pay them the $6500 they never fix it and then want $10,000. The whole car Doesn't worth more that $6000. From the moment I walked in, Frank greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The store and garage were both clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me. His honesty, respect, and attention to detail really stood out. **Ladies if you're skeptical about bringing your vehicle into a shop, don't be. Frank is a true gentleman. The entire time State Farm was stringing out their approvals and payments, they kept focused on MY timing needs. Their customer is TRULY their first concern.
