He never told me that since I didn't have the receipt that I could only receive a gift card back. he only said for someone reason it's only allowing a gift card. so I called customer service and to no avail I still couldn't get my money back and was given a report # after a week no one has called. I called them today and give them the report # and now all of a sudden it's because I didn't have my receipt. I'm a woman and I don't work on cars or have any car issues, this is the worse experience I've ever had with a company.

He recommended that I got the re-manufactured vs. the a new, essentially saying it's the same, but substantially cheaper.
