I had never been to Eurofix before. My BMW mechanic who I had for 10 years moved to Franklin. My car was making a weird noise. I took it in to Eurofix and they inspected it for free. They told me It was a tire issue and didn't try to sell Me something I didn't need. The staff was very nice and professional and the waiting area was very nice and clean. I will definately go back and let all my friends with imports know Eurofix is an honest repair shop. A true gem to have in the Boro. read more

My husband brought our Audi in for service as it was having some electrical issues. After diagnostics, he was quoted $1800.00 to replace the radio which was causing the battery to drain. We left the car for several days and when it wasn't done as promised, we had to call them and were informed one of the Tech's called out sick. Okay, the next day we were contacted that the wrong part was shipped and the correct price was going to be $2800.00! We are on fixed incomes, not to mention they made a mistake in the quote and should absorb the difference! How do you stay in business with behavior like this!? The car is barely worth $2800! Literally the biggest automotive crooks in the area. Brought a vehicle up there to have a battery tested and they tried to nickel and dime every chance they got and still couldn't figure out how my problem. Took me 3-5 minutes to swap my batteries out and fixed the problem. Meanwhile, they wanted to charge almost $400 to replace a battery. Easiest battery install I've ever done. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO! I had eurofix install a new clockspring in my vehicle after they agreed it could be the issue i'm having. After them replacing it i still had the same issue as before and at first they still wanted me to pay for the full service even though it did me no good, after going back and forth i was finally offered a "discount" witch was nice but should off been discounted from the start. Here's where it gets bad. After replacing that clockspring it brought on a new issue that causes my steering wheel to lock while the car is on and running. After booking another appointment for the new issue that THEY caused they went on to say they had nothing to do with my steering wheel locking and REFUSED to take fault for my steering wheel locking up and want me to pay for their mistake. If you're looking for shady business this is your place i'd never step foot in this business again. read more

The industry standard is based on book time the replacement of a part on a specific vehicle should take times your current labor rate. Make sure you bring a pack of cigarettes and a Gatorade. You'll need it once this place fucks you over. Never taking my Jetta here again. *Over here. You pay for Individual diagnosis. For different things. At least at the Volkswagen dealership charges you $115 for a full diagnosis over the whole care and discounts that price if you get it fixed w/ them. *I paid $1.8k for basically an oil change. They claimed I needed a new valve cover. So they changed that out, put a new oil filter, and replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils. Then I get a call back saying they want another $2.4K to get a place a timing chain. But that car drove there and back and if my timing chain was off as bad as they say. I wouldn't be driving. *only reason I didn't take it to my original mechanic was Bc he retired but he still looked at my car and IMMEDIATELY knew it was a PCV problem ( or vacuum problem) we bought the part and installed it for only $120!!!! The timing chain DIDNT need replacing and if I would of continued w/ them. I would of had ANOTHER pointless fix. *Moral of the story- don't EVER take your money from EuroFuck. Coolant was leaking, had my vehicle towed to them. Called to make sure they received it, told it was going to take a couple of days for them to diagnose the problem, which I already knew a hose had came unloose. I had to call back a week later to find out what was the diagnosis, upon calling them they told me that it was several things that was wrong with the vehicle hoses and they have ordered the part. My only issue with that is they didn't contact me to let me know what was going on with that. It was like I kept getting a runaround about the part coming in. So finally after almost 2 weeks $2800 later I get my vehicle drive it for 10 miles the check engine light comes on and there's a knocking sound coming from under the hood. I return my vehicle they run a test and says it might be vacuum suction that my be causing that. I ask how long will they take to look into about 4 hours here I am 4 days later after I call they telling me they had to order a part that's $600 because the area that's acting up is not a part that they checked when they took the car apart. Also when I received my receipt it didn't have how much the parts and labor was, when I brung that up it was stated we don't give itemized receipt which I've never heard of, so just charge me anything. So here I am probably waiting another week if not longer for my vehicle. Very frustrating I think I'll just go to the dealership for now on at least I might get a call back before a decision is made about my vehicle an I'll know how much the parts and labor are. read more

I took our Jetta in for an oil change because they had a coupon for a fully synthetic change for around the same price as I could buy the parts. I typically do my changes myself, but this deal lured me in. Anyway, this was my 60,000 mile change so a couple other things were due as well (air filter, cabin filter, and spark plugs). Again, I typically do this stuff myself, but if the quote was reasonable, I'd consider letting them do it. So, I went in to drop the car off, while I was getting checked in, I asked what kind of oil they used. The girl at the front desk asked a guy passing by. He looked like a manager or the owner. He kept saying "synthetic blend". I brought up the fact that the coupon/advert said fully synthetic. He said, "oh yeah, the European cars get a full synthetic." I, again, asked what kind (i.e. Castrol, Valvoline, Liqui-Moly, etc.). The guy couldn't answer the question. This automatically annoyed me. I left the car, and went about my day. The shop had called me about 3 hours later to let me know a leak that is non-existent. I missed the call and they left me a voicemail. I called back about 30 mins later after I discovered the voicemail. They wanted to charge me $160 to figure out where this "leak" was. I said "no thanks, just the oil change for now". I asked if the car was ready, and she stated that they hadn't started yet. My daughter had something going on that evening, so I had to drive to the shop, and get her car seat out of the car. That was annoying. Anyway, I finally get the call that the car is ready after almost 7 hours. While I was in there, the girl hands me the quote for the 60k mile service. To change just the air filter and cabin filter was $275!!!! The air filter takes literally less than five mins to change, and the cabin air filter takes less than ten mins to change. After my initial gasp, I had to laugh at this ridiculousness. They wanted another $275 to do the plugs! That's simply robbery. Come to find out they are one of the most expensive shops in town. I'm fairly certain the dealership would be cheaper than these fools and they use OEM parts. I would never take my car there again. If you want the best service and prices for European car service, go to European Motorworks in Mt Juliet. Hands down the best in the Nashville area. read more

On my first visit, they left the rails for my driver seat in a pile on the floor board. I forgave them that. My mistake. I brought the car in for service/maintenance including an oil change. Spent almost $3k. Fast forward one week and my oil light came on while on vacation. Took it in and 2 quarts low. Had a death in the family so stopped by jiffy lube and they said oil is leaking everywhere. Oil pan gasket and main seal leaking and I'm down another quart. They left the engine cover off which they swear wasn't there and today I found out the skid plate is missing under the oil pan. read more

Went in to have them diagnose and quote for my leaky Audi. Leaking oil, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid. Nothing too serious except the oil. The waiting room and the people are fantastic until I got the quote back. $7,000 to do my front engine seals, timing belt (my car is only at 94,000 mi), water pump (no reason for this), power steering rack, upper control arm bushings. I double checked with car friends and we looked for all the parts I need, and all of these add up to $800. So that's $6,000 in labor charges. Never EVER going back. I don't know much about cars, but I know when I'm being swindled. read more

Went to get an estimate on a BMW 328i. They found two problems during the diagnostic: a spark plug was misfiring. My oil gasket was leaking. The quote came back $450 for spark plug and labor & $930 for the oil gasket. I called the BMW dealer to compare. Spark plug was $270. Oil gasket was $780. Will never visit a place where they lie and try to take my money and claim that they are cheaper than a Licensed dealer. read more

Took Audi in when Engine light came on. After other work, told they needed to do engine compression test @ $439. that would direct them to two outcomes 1) new valves @ $7,000 2) new engine @$12,000 and that I would not be able to drive it without engine light coming back on and engine missing bad. Had them to stop. Took it to Audi in Knoxville. Engine light never returned and they quickly determined it was a failed fuel injector, which cost $1,200. Will never return to Euro Fix, not even for an oil change, have no confidence in their diagnosis abilities. read more

Eurofix is one of the most expensive shops I have ever seen! I called for an estimate for replacing a starter and couldn't believe the difference. My car is a BMW E46 M3. I have also had family use them and it was crazy expensive. Here is my estimates from all of the shops: Eurofix: $1052.00! European Auto: 799.00 German Motorwerks: $587.00 and Christian Brothers: $685.00. Please shop around folks. There are plenty of reliable good shops in town. Don't throw your money away. read more

10/10/2020 I am very disappointed in Eurofix. I hear the advertisements on the radio and thought I would give them a try. Big mistake! I took my Saab there with a idle surge issue and they did a smoke test which is fine. Then they changed the Idle control sensor which I was never consulted about (I had put a new one on myself last summer) and this didnt make a difference in the surge issue. they then asked me if they could remove the valve cover to check the timing and all was good there also. they then told me it was a bad AC compressor. $469.00 I was charged for this nonfix!! I took the car home changed the AC compressor myself and now I'm in to it for over $700, it still surged! called them and they said they would check it for free. I took it back early Monday morning called Wednesday at 5:46PM got a recording and left a message no call back till Friday close to noon and was told the problem was the aftermarket Direct ignition Cassette and should be OEM by Saab and they would charge $600 and told mostly was the cost of the part. I found a brand new one for half that. I picked up the car that was parked under a tree had wet leaves and bird crap on it. took it home washed it and found several chips in the paint on the trunk lid as if something was tossed on it. I think it's a under statement to say that this place took care of me. Eurofix went above and beyond to fix my car that had a mystery or a problem. They didn't give up until the problem was solved. Good Customer service doesn't really exist anymore and I'm thankful for my good experience and working vehicle. Completely ridiculous quotes on prices. I've used their shop before (more out of necessity than choice), and they push "top-of-the-line" parts with no regard to buyers' budgets. The put in a new radiator and did an oil change about a month ago and I needed them to just check to see what was leaking and I was told they were too busy. They also told me they now that they have moved they longer fix American but because I have been a customer they would continue but if it was something major I would have to go someplace else. I walked in to see if they could top off my coolant and windshield wiper fluids (I've only had an oil change by them twice..) I normally go to Audi, but since I live so close to Murfreesboro I decided to try them out.. anyways, Audi usually tops it off when I get an oil change, but the guy who helped me was extra rude, not helpful, acted like He didn't want to do it, and said they only top it off twice for us, well then why has my light been on since my oil change? Lol I'm just asking to get it topped, he kept insisting to fix it, but I said no bc I didn't have the time since I was just on lunch, and when I called a week or two ago, someone told me I could have it done for free, but this guy was so mean I just couldn't give them my business . If you want to get ripped off by the pitch of "Well, we get GENUINE parts & everything is under warranty & you get PREMIUM service" go here. just to get spark plugs & a cabin filter changed is half a grand. not even exaggerating. 10/15 minute job & 70/80$ in parts. when i got my oil changed i had a window error & they told me they'd have to rip the door apart for 100's of dollars to figure out & fix it. got on youtube, held down the window button for 15 seconds & fixed it myself lmao. the workers here look like they're abt 19 years old with zero real world bmw experience. can't even figure out a window. my car has ran perfect then i take it in to get a steering & abs sensor fixed, few days later i'm told i'm gonna need another 5 grand in work to fix other issues. just seems fishy. save money & get a better experience by going to import specialty service in nashville. same parts, better reviews, a lot cheaper & the mechanics seem way more experienced. eurofix is a money pit. my steering wheel still shakes even after paying 100's to get that fixed. awful experience. read more

We took our M3 in with the check engine light on. We just needed to get it remedied so we could pass emissions. The initial diagnosis was catalytic converters. We had them rebuilt and a throttle position sensor replaced. Total of $3,400. Drove the car one day and the check engine light comes on. We took it back that afternoon and was told the new throttle position sensor was setting the code and if it tripped it again they would replace it under warranty. Drove another day, light came on again. Took it back in like they said. Now the diagnosis is O2 sensors. Needs another $1,600. Now I just feel like it's a guessing game and I'm throwing $1,000's of dollars at it while they just replace stuff till hopefully it goes away. Wish mechanics could diagnose problems & fix it. Meanwhile I'm $3,400 into it and still can't get a tag. read more

I absolutely LOVE the car that I purchased from Eurofix. Boomer was extremely helpful, communicative, and patient with me as I wrote countless emails about the car's every detail and pricing options from hundreds of miles away. They even offered me a fantastic deal on my trade without even seeing it in person! The new car did have a few minor issues, but Boomer promised that Eurofix would cover the repairs/replacements and they've stood behind their word. I will admit that the paperwork wasn't as organized and efficiently processed as I'm used to, but it's all finally starting to fall into place (3 weeks after the purchase). You can always count on a response to any concern you might have and Eurofix was definitely willing to do whatever was necessary to make me, the customer, happy. I took the car to my own BMW specialist where they 1) were really impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle and 2) verified that Eurofix had in fact performed all the work they told me they had. Come to find out, they even over-charged me on my taxes and issued me a refund check. Honesty and integrity is extremely hard to find nowadays, especially when talking about a used car dealership. These guys know European cars and they don't treat you like just another commission check. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Eurofix. I would not recommend this shop. No response to complaint below after three months, this letter was mailed to them, and also submitted via the website. Eurofix Murfreesboro Attn: Aaron Stokes 1950 NW Broad St. Murfreesboro, TN 37129 April 28, 2014 Dear Mr. Stokes: I am a resident of Murfreesboro and have always taken my vehicles to my mechanic in Nashville or the Mercedes Benz dealership in Franklin for service. On January 10th, 2014, I needed two headlight bulbs (not xenon), installed in my 2010 Mercedes E350, and I decided to give Eurofix a try. My first impression was great, you have a beautiful waiting area, and friendly employees. This positive first impression dissipated quickly, when I was informed that the price to install the two regular beam headlights was close to $200.00 (not including the bulbs, these were supplied by myself). The installation took close to an hour because they couldn't get to my car right away, and I felt this amount was outrageous. I questioned the charges, and a supervisor reduced the charge to $94.39. I still felt this was very high for headlight installation, but paid the fee and left. After leaving your shop I noticed there was a new check engine light on, but I didn't have time to turn back around at that point in time. I visited the Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and they diagnosed the problem as follows: "Check engine light on...followed guided test and found purge valve was inop. Check wiring and found that the purge valve was unplugged. Also found the cover for the headlight bulbs was laying in the engine compartment." I felt the individual at your shop who worked on my car was sloppy, and caused me to make an unnecessary trip to Cool Springs to fix what happened at Eurofix. I feel that as a local business owner, you would like to know when there is a lapse in quality of service at your business. The entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. I gave Eurofix a chance, hoping to discover that I could use a local shop for my car repairs, however, I would not trust your mechanics with my vehicles in the future or recommend Eurofix. read more

Ridiculously over inflated quotes! Decided to give them a second chance after an over inflated quote and a misdiagnosed problem when I first moved to Murfreesboro. Same thing happened time. Had them do quite a bit of work on my car because the convenience was better than going to Nashville. Well I wish now that I had. The majority of the work was completed before I left Murfreesboro but I decided to wait on my break pads and accessories. Got to Florida and got a quote for less than half of what Eurofix quoted me. That's the reason I started taking my car to Bell Buckle Motor Works before. BBM was always honest and always above board with exactly what needed. Don't go to EuroFix. Go to Bell Buckle Motor Works. He will treat you respect and not gouge you with over inflated quotes. read more

Update 2: Got my spare key - they came through on everything - very happy about the follow up service. Update: Eurofix Nashville took care of the belt, plugs and an air filter (after discussion with the folks at Eurofix Murfreesoboro) - awesome service and greatly appreciated. Original post: 1) Decent deal on a used car (that I love) 2) Overall, content with the service (with clarifications) Clarifications: I bought a used car with just over 60k miles at Eurofix Murfreesboro. I specifically asked if any major servicing was done, or needed to be done, before I bought the car. I was told the car was serviced at a dealer at 60k miles and they "should have done everything that was needed at 60k." This particular car, per the service manual, states to replace the drive belt and spark plugs (among other smaller things) at 60k miles. I called the dealer on the CarFax where it was serviced at 58k miles - they replaced a headlight lamp and gave the car an oil change - no belt or plugs replaced. The first response was "we'll take care of anything that wasn't done when it was supposed to be done at 60k" which became, essentially, "if the car doesn't need a belt I wouldn't even let you pay for one." The manual specifically states to replace the belt at 60k miles. What service department would tell someone something contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations (it was not the service dept who told me this, but the question is relevant)? And, I have some legal background. This is surely legal fodder if anything did go wrong with the belt - especially since I specifically asked and was told it was taken care of. But it wasn't, and my concern was just after my 2 year warranty was up, the belt goes and I might have some serious damage. Or, while it was under warranty, it would need more repairs than simply a belt if the belt did go. I was also told something to the effect of "we don't know everything about all the cars in our lot." The specific issue here was the drive belt for the car I bought (since I specifically inquired about any required major work before I bought the car), the issue was not all the other cars in the lot. Again, I specifically asked about this issue before I bought the car and was not told the truth because nobody actually knew the truth - the best answer would have been, imo, "I don't know but I'll find out." I was also told they probably looked at the belt and decided it didn't need to be replaced (even though the manual says to replace it??). So, I asked the service manager if they looked at the belt before I bought the car. They had not. Eventually, I was told they would replace the belt and the spark plugs (because they could tell I wasn't happy with how things were unfolding). At this point, I am generally happy with the potential results since I don't feel as though I need to worry about the belt (even though I also bought a warranty). What bothers me was being told the belt was "probably taken care of," etc., when in fact it was not - and it was easy enough for someone to find out what I had to find out with just a little investigation. Also, I have what I think is a fantastic car. On a positive note, there was a small ding near the wheel well that they took care of beautifully and they are getting me a spare key (the car originally came with 2 masters and 1 spare but I only got 1 master). Again, overall, I am happy with the potential outcomes (I still haven't received the key or taken care of the belt/plugs) but I was disappointed with some of the things I was told - it really didn't take alot of investigation on my part to find out if the "major 60" work had been done. And I would also think anyone trying to be a "reputable" automotive dealer/service provider would make sure all their cars had required major servicing done before they sold them. Is this not a reasonable assumption? Would this not go a long way in prevention of reasonably forseeable bad outcomes when cars did not have major servicing taken care of? Is this not analogous to a doctor paying attention to (or ignoring) age specific screening recommendations? I am someone who could be a return customer and probably buy just about any car on the lot (financially speaking). When I am ready for another car, I will look at their inventory, but I will not necessarily believe what I am told and will be prepared to do my own investigative work. read more

BUYER BEWARE I made a mistake of buying an old (1998) Jaguar from Eurofix which had only 84,000 miles on it. The only reason I bought it from them as they have a service place and they assured me that they have checked the car and THERE IS NO PROBLEM what so ever. With in three months (I had driven only 500 miles) there was a power steering leak (Rack and Pinion) and when I showed them they gave me a repair bill of $1500. Off course I got it changed for $1100 from its competitor. After that, I drove for another 600 miles, the transmission broke making the car useless. They told me that once you take the car out of their lot, you are on your own. Off course they told me that they will give me a "discount" and charge me $3200 for changing the transmission. How can a car simply break down with in 1100 miles of driving. They were very nice to me till I had not bought the car and their tone changed completely once they found that the car they sold had problems. They knew about the car and still they sold me a lemon. I am extremely disappointed and I am WARNING every body that they should NOT BUY CAR from them. They are fooling people like us. Now I know why they do not sell cars in Nashville. read more

I used to have all my service done at Eurofix until another mechanic looked at my invoices and told me I had been way over charged on a lot of the services. They told me I needed brakes when I did not even need them. Another example is they put in a new battery which had already been replaced by another mechanic only a few months before and charged TWICE the price! Don't trust them. read more

I gave them 48 hours to apologize to me before I decided to air out my story. Since I haven't heard from anyone here goes.....It took 2 weeks before I decided to do business with this company. I wish I would have went with my gut feeling to go with another dealership. Now please understand that my issues coincide with 2 specific employees which in turn have spoiled my view of the entire dealership. First, I was randomly sent paperwork that included a vehicle that I did not purchase I called the Nashville location because there person who signed the note asking for me to fill out the info never left a last name or a number to reach them. I left a message to have someone from the location I purchased the car to call me back. Once I got in touch with this person about the paperwork I was told to "just sign it". I then receive a message from my spouse saying that the dealer called because he thought he had been thrown under the bus. A week later I then I get a sporadic phone call from my dealer who told me to drop everything I was doing to drive an hour out of my way to sign paperwork that I mailed the week prior using words such as "repossession" as a scare tactic...which I found tacky especially considering my credit is good and I've never had anything of the sorts to happen. When I didn't jump to his demands the dealer decided to call my spouse and use the same terms with the hopes that he would have some influence over my decision not to just....long story short, I handled everything with my end of paperwork and confirmed it with the financial institution that holds my loan. The banker informed me that the call that I had was due to their error on my title work docs which I was told by the banker I should've had to sign before I drove my car off the lot. I never received an apology or an acknowledgment of error. I will never refer anyone to do business with them nor will I ever do business with them.
