Misleading booking and very unprofessional service. Very poor customer service. I booked a Russian manicure with gel and it was confirmed, but when I arrived they refused the service and said it's "illegal." Then the technician used a different gel without asking and struggled to shape long nails properly. Very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place. read more

I've came here for a little over two months now and they have never disappointed. I got my nails done today for Easter and my nails came out better than the reference I showed on my phone. Europa was a quiet salon with good service and great prices. I walked in on a Monday afternoon and requested a full set of acrylics with nail art. I was immediately seated and waited about 5 minutes for someone to start - not too bad for a walk in. My artist took her time to make sure the shape was good and she meticulously painted my nails based on a design I showed her. I have never had such a bad manicure in my life! I should not have paid for this, but couldn't get out of there fast enough! Look at the cuticles, nail polish all over them. The girl was all over the place and didn't seem like she knew what to do next. Was she licensed? I, in all honesty don't think she was. I had to tell her what to do next. She rinsed my nails off before buffing them, so I had to tell her to buff them, and then she rinsed them off again with alcohol, and then she put oil on my hands and did not rinse my nails before she polished them. I had to ask her to do the 2nd coat before she applied the top coat. I deserve my money back and should not have paid at all. I NEVER complain, but feel I needed to this time. I have been going here for the past 6 years, but unfortunately will never go back. The wait times, even with an appointment are excessive. I was there last Sunday am, it took over 2 1/2 hours for a mani/ pedi. The gel manicure chipped and peeled within 2 days. They did not do any hand massage and switched between 3 different people to finish. The prices differ each tune, even when I get the same treatments each time. On the hunt for a new nail salon and this is not the place to go...called and made an appointment for 3:30pm, came in at that time and was sat down, then no one came to start my nails for a literal hour. I sat there with no assistance, no one checked in on me saying they were running behind, I was left in the dark. I was about to get up and walk out. Within 30 seconds of me deciding to get up, a lady then came to do my nails. She was nice and was thanking me for waiting, so at least she was kind. But no discount for the trouble, no apologies, nothing. I still tipped because I wanted to be fair to the lady that helped me, but I will NEVER return here. It would be a different scenario if I showed up without an appointment, but I called a day ahead to reserve my spot. Don't take customers if you aren't staffed for it. Very disappointed! read more

Worst. Had an appointment at 10am. Waited in cold water for almost an hour before anyone started. They even took other clients that arrived after me. I walked out with polish on my toes and with someone else's hair tangled on my foot. OKAY- fine- beyond that- polish wasn't painted fully, looking like I needed a pedicure and not that I just got one. The polish I had on before(3 weeks old) looked better. Won't be back. UPDATE: STILL HORRIBLE- went in for fill and I'm cut up- acrylic on my skin and holes in my nails. They're the thickest and bumpiest acrylics I've ever had. I walked out trying not to cry- I would have had them fix it but I was there an hour and a half and running late! I'm so upset, shame on me for giving them a second chance. read more
