She paid so much attention to detail and made sure every nail looked perfect. The shape, smooth finish, and overall quality are amazing. Super friendly, professional, and talented -- I've already gotten so many compliments on my nails. Highly recommend!"

I have been going to this salon for years and love it. Mia is my go to for manicures and does the best shaping for my nails/design. Anne is the owner and is always buying new colors and brands stating up in all the trends. There is parking if you are lucky to get one if the 3 spaces but also plenty in the neighborhood if you don't mind a light walk. Highly recommended!

They give wonderful pedicures, each and every nail tech is amazing. I personally adore Mia for my manicures, she's very meticulous and precise. But again, all of the nail techs do a beautiful job. The Manager is also very sweet and accommodating. Pls make sure to tip your nail techs. They deserve it given the hard work + efforts they put in each day. Thanks for your amazing service, Europa. Best foot massage!!! Get the deluxe pedicure for $45, it is so WORTH IT with the callus remover, wax, scrub, lotion, hot stone massage, and everything smelled amazing. They have SOOO many colors. And I showed them a picture of some gel nails that no other salons have been able to perfect, they nailed it. They used two colors "OPI - put It in neutral" & "diamond-07" for my gel nails, and used "Caramia - 219" for my toes.

Europa was a quiet salon with good service and great prices. I walked in on a Monday afternoon and requested a full set of acrylics with nail art. I was immediately seated and waited about 5 minutes for someone to start - not too bad for a walk in. My artist took her time to make sure the shape was good and she meticulously painted my nails based on a design I showed her. I paid $65 plus tip total for a 2 hour service, which is pretty good to me! They take card and cash.

Ann and the girls who work there are great. Whenever my sons come in town , Ann always accommodates us. Ann is particularly great with treating my son's corn on his little toe. I love coming here with my sons for a Momma and son time. They are very clean and courteous. I highly recommend coming here for mani/ pedi. read more

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I was charged $20 just to remove gel nail polish. I've never been charged that much simply for gel removal, and I feel the price was unreasonable. I wish the pricing had been communicated more clearly upfront. For $20 just to remove polish, I definitely won't be coming back. read more

I have been coming here for years since I first moved to HB. I have never had a bad gel manicure, pedicure, acrylic set/fill. They are super friendly and it's always a great experience! Ann is truly the best. The only draw back is the tiny parking lot since I don't live walking distance anymore, but I just try to come at less busy times and I get lucky. read more

Misleading booking and very unprofessional service. Very poor customer service. I booked a Russian manicure with gel and it was confirmed, but when I arrived they refused the service and said it's "illegal." Then the technician used a different gel without asking and struggled to shape long nails properly. Very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place. read more

Got my nails done for my bday about 3 weeks ago now and they still look amazing! I got GelX extensions with the cat eye effect. They are honestly my favorite set I've even had! Annie did them and I will be returning to her for my fill! She took her time sizing each of my nails and again with the shaping. It was perfect! read more

i've been coming to europa for years, around 10-15 to be exact, it's the nail studio i grew up going to and it never disappoints! i've tried venturing out to other studios with friends but this one always is the best. Anne and Angie are great and do such a nice job! Anne is always going to tell you wether you will have to wait a little or come back another time so you can get top tier service and she will even go out of her way to come earlier or stay later for you. I have never had such a bad manicure in my life! I should not have paid for this, but couldn't get out of there fast enough! Look at the cuticles, nail polish all over them. The girl was all over the place and didn't seem like she knew what to do next. Was she licensed? I, in all honesty don't think she was. I had to tell her what to do next. She rinsed my nails off before buffing them, so I had to tell her to buff them, and then she rinsed them off again with alcohol, and then she put oil on my hands and did not rinse my nails before she polished them. I had to ask her to do the 2nd coat before she applied the top coat. I deserve my money back and should not have paid at all. I NEVER complain, but feel I needed to this time. I won't go back. read more

I've come here a few times over the last year- and if you want dip gel don't come here- they don't have a lot of the a actual dip gel colors- and will go ahead and just do your nails and tell you it's dip- and then a day later they chip, this has happened every time I come here for dip- it's ridiculous and sad- feels like they don't even care read more

I have been going here for the past 6 years, but unfortunately will never go back. The wait times, even with an appointment are excessive. I was there last Sunday am, it took over 2 1/2 hours for a mani/ pedi. The gel manicure chipped and peeled within 2 days. They did not do any hand massage and switched between 3 different people to finish. The prices differ each tune, even when I get the same treatments each time. Overall service has really declined. read more

I could not love this nail studio more! I have been coming here for over a year now and have never once had a bad experience! The quality of the work is unbeatable and everyone is so nice! I used to always do my own nails because I was too picky and was never happy with other salons. I always ask for ANGI and usually challenge her with some ridiculous design and every time she knocks it out if the park!!! 10/10 recommend! Customer for life! read more

Worst. Had an appointment at 10am. Waited in cold water for almost an hour before anyone started. They even took other clients that arrived after me. I walked out with polish on my toes and with someone else's hair tangled on my foot. OKAY- fine- beyond that- polish wasn't painted fully, looking like I needed a pedicure and not that I just got one. The polish I had on before(3 weeks old) looked better. Won't be back. UPDATE: STILL HORRIBLE- went in for fill and I'm cut up- acrylic on my skin and holes in my nails. They're the thickest and bumpiest acrylics I've ever had. I walked out trying not to cry- I would have had them fix it but I was there an hour and a half and running late! I'm so upset, shame on me for giving them a second chance. read more

On the hunt for a new nail salon and this is not the place to go...called and made an appointment for 3:30pm, came in at that time and was sat down, then no one came to start my nails for a literal hour. I sat there with no assistance, no one checked in on me saying they were running behind, I was left in the dark. I was about to get up and walk out. Within 30 seconds of me deciding to get up, a lady then came to do my nails. She was nice and was thanking me for waiting, so at least she was kind. But no discount for the trouble, no apologies, nothing. I still tipped because I wanted to be fair to the lady that helped me, but I will NEVER return here. It would be a different scenario if I showed up without an appointment, but I called a day ahead to reserve my spot. Don't take customers if you aren't staffed for it. Very disappointed! read more

I been twice an was happy but after 11 days of doing my nails part of the acrylic came off so I went to get it fixed I waited 50 minutes an was charged 5 dollars net less to say I was not happy . I have been to other places an thy fix it for free. I will be looking for an other place to take my business read more

I've been coming here for years and it's definitely my favorite nail salon. I recently moved to Anaheim/Orange and tried some salons there, but they were all super expensive with iffy quality and a narrow range of colors to choose from. I've been making the drive back to HB to get my nails done at Europa and it is 100% worth it. They have great pricing, great work, and an amazing color selection (which is KEY). Weekends and holidays can be a little crazy, so make an appointment if you want your nails done at those times. read more

I asked to have my nails cut down, but she didn't do it. She also left builder gel on my nails, and now they're peeling/picking. During the removal process, she had me place my nails in a bowl of acetone and kept alternating hands instead of using foil wraps and allowing them to soak properly for 15-20 minutes, which is what I later read is the recommended process. After about 30 minutes, she seemed frustrated and started rushing through my appointment so she could get to another client. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the quality of the service and the experience.

I mainly wanted my cuticles cleaned up and my nails evenly filed. Unfortunately, she didn't cut or clean my cuticles at all. I still have so much cuticle left, and I even have a little hangnail. She also completely ruined the shape of my nails, and I ended up having to file them all the way down short. I had spent so much time growing my nails out, so that was really upsetting. I also paid for the most expensive pedicure they offered, and honestly, it was horrible. She barely removed any of my cuticles, didn't properly scrape or clean my feet, and overall it felt like the entire service was rushed. The flowers and fruit that were supposed to be included in the water were just poorly cut up and thrown in. Even with the scrubs and everything else that were supposed to be included, it felt like she was trying to find ways to shorten the service instead of actually providing everything I paid for. What makes it even more frustrating is how much money I spent. I even left a tip, despite honestly feeling like they didn't deserve one, because I try to be respectful of people's work. But I walked out having spent a significant amount of money and my nails and pedicure looked horrible. I'm genuinely disappointed with the entire experience.

The first time was great! They treated her so well and helped pick her colors and did a great job with her nails. But this last time I brought her in, my kid wanted to same as last time: which was 3 colors. I saw dirty looks and an overall annoyed worker immediately followed by talking back and forth to their coworkers, very obvious they were annoyed with us. (Although I couldn't understand the language or the problem). This was a weekday and it was super slow, and there were maybe 3 other people in the salon getting services, mind you. Not a stressful situation. They grabbed the colors, painted her nails quickly and walked away... they just were not friendly at all. At the end, when I went to pay, I asked for a breakdown bc it was more than I calculated in my head and they charged me an additional $10 for a third color. They said 2 colors were no up charge but the 3rd is $10. That was never communicated with me. They didn't do that the previous times I was there. And to have a 3rd color, it meant that 4 nails were painted with that (basically the middle finger/toe on each limb). Cmon guys. Also- as a 5 year old, their nails typically stay on for only 4-5 days at best- to spend $50 on that- I won't do that again. I decided in that moment that I would not be able to return here. To make an additional $10 off of me that day, but to lose years of my business- and with me bringing in friends and my daughters.... I hope that was worth it. To secretly upsell because an employee is annoyed is just wrong. Just tell me ahead of time there would be a cost- I would have clearly only done 2 colors... To do that to a long time customer was inappropriate... and to treat my child that was very well behaved in such a manner- didn't talk to her, and was overall annoyed the whole time- was just rude. Do better, guys. For the rest of the staff- you have all been friendly over the last several years. So thank you. The stars I left are for you guys.

I always go into an appointment showing a picture of what I want and say can you do this, if not that fine I can show you something else or maybe get a different design but no. They say yes and they can't do it. Today I went into asking for the first picture, I wanted a nude base with almond and keep the white design just make it brown and no gel flower ( keep in mind they have down this to me 2 times before so I know they can't do the flower only Winnie can). So she does the French tips it looks great, then she does the design with the oval and it's so crooked not even centered and I asked her you know just make it French tip it's fine. Then comes the blooming gel, she couldn't do it and I said I can just do it at home. (I do my own nails to save money and I have mastered the blooming gel) then she says no I can just do all French and I'm like ugh no that not what I want and Winnie comes over and she tried as well and can't do it. And I just keep telling her it's fine just leave it and she kept trying and I felt so bad so I just said to do them all French tip and keep the gems. They don't look bad at all the shape is nice I love the colors but, if you are unable to do a design why say yes and struggle to commit to it? I would have just left it at the nude base and gone home to do the design myself and would have done it better. So if this helps anyone my main point is if you want a design only Winnie can actually do it unless she doesn't have the right gel for it then they try to work around it so that you still get something in the end. But I don't want just something I want what I know I can do myself, that's what I paid for but didn't get :(

I don't get much time for myself as it is, and after a long day with my baby, I was just hoping for a quick, stress-free experience. Instead of listening, I was met with attitude and resistance. One technician kept insisting I "needed a full manicure" rather than simply doing what I clearly and politely requested. It felt like no one actually wanted to help just argue about what to call the service instead of providing it. The owner eventually came over, removed my polish with acetone, and said, "There you go, you can do the rest at home." That was the final straw. This wasn't about price, it was about basic customer service and respect. I was willing to pay, I communicated clearly, and I just wanted a simple, clean-up service. The rudeness and dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome. I've given this place a few chances because it's close to my home, but I'd much rather drive farther and spend more money somewhere that values their customers and treats them with kindness.

I came in with a gel pedicure and was planning on getting a new gel pedicure. The first red flag was how they removed the gel polish. Instead of soaking my nails with acetone, she used a drill to remove the polish. The drill was so aggressive that I could feel her shave off my top layers of nail and had to pull my feet back a few times because she was reaching the skin underneath! I also asked for my nails to be cut long and she cut them as I wanted but then filed them down far shorter. When she was going to set up the UV light I examined the nails further and realized I could see the raw areas in which she shaved my nail down to my skin! I told her that I did not want to put gel on top of that and pointed out to her how badly my nails and toes were drilled and where you can see the red marks where she cut skin and she had nothing to say - only flashed a rude look as if I was causing unnecessary trouble. No apology, no nothing. I did not want to deal with it so I let her finish the pedicure, paid her and went on my way. Now, examining the dried polish, she painted on the polish awful! I could have done a better job myself. I hope that she is not a representation of everyone in the salon and that she is a one-off, although I did see another lady use a drill to take off the woman's gel polish next to me. Seems like they would rather have a quick turn over and save cost by not soaking gel polish off - very disappointing!! I am including images of the polish application - unfortunately the polish is covering my raw nails so cannot picture those.
