This is my first time coming here. I made an appointment a few days prior to coming. When I walked in. No one was at the counter, a couple employees were with other clients, no one looked up. No one greeted me. I just stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to say, "I'll be with you in a minute" Or call someone from the back room to greet me. I mean something. It was uncomfortably awkward to be standing there. So I decided I would look at the wall of polish bottles. Figured they're going to ask me to pick my color. Took my time picking my color, since still no one was coming to greet me, or anything. Several minutes of looking over the polish bottles, I finally just sat down on their circular couch. still waiting for someone to just look my way. Nothing. Finally someone checked me in. But then left the desk without saying anything to me. So again I'm standing there awkwardly. Decided I would go back to sitting down on their circular couch. I mean, I'm not looking for anyone to rush over and hand me champagne, but I small acknowledgment would have been enough. I think I waited 15 minutes before they sat me down at a pedicure chair. And after finally being seated, 1 person came over to move a stool over, a second person brought over their little rack on wheels with all their tools. A 3rd person filled the tub, and the 4th person actually did the work. You mean to tell me 4 people did all that but no one was available to say "hi" "welcome in" "be right with you" The pedicure itself is fine. I've been here about four times for a pedicure. My first visit was great--the service was wonderful, and I was really happy with how my feet looked. However, with each visit, the experience declined. They still do a great pedicure, but the overall service has gone downhill. On my last visit, they decided to start closing early and began cleaning while I was still there. I'm sensitive to chemicals, and while I didn't mind them wiping down the counters, I started feeling sick when they mopped the entire salon with Fabuloso. To make matters worse, the woman doing my pedicure kept apologizing to the one mopping for not helping her and repeatedly said she was hurrying. She spoke in Spanish, likely assuming I wouldn't understand. For the price they charge, the service just doesn't meet expectations. read more

Way over priced , never came by to ask if I wanted a drink . For as much as they charge they should do not accommodating. Not to mention the pedicure chairs are nice but very uncomfortable and do not recline or massage you.. for you what you spend not worth it!!! read more

Best nail set I've ever gotten! I don't have much to go by because I don't get my nails done often, but I'm obsessed with them. The prep work on my nails was intense, and the customer service was amazing, my nail tech was checking up with me consistently throughout the process and they turned out perfect. read more

Worst customer service and quality of nails given the price. My nails cost over $100 and came off within a week- they wouldn't repair or refund me because it was after 3 days. A policy they never shared. Additionally, no one asked me for water and all the techs were on their phones even though they have signs saying no phones. Lastly, they changed the price on me while I was getting my nails done. They charge you for everything including filing of the nails. The techs are definitely getting their friends or themselves to write good reviews. Do not go here. I'm surprised they are still in business! read more

Do not go here, and if you do do not get Britany. I went a month ago with my mom, I got a nice lady, she got Britany. My mom wanted a specific color for her nails, Britany thought another color looked better, so she told my mom she would do the color my mom wanted, and went ahead and did the other one. Yesterday, I went in needing a nice design for a photoshoot. I knew they did design work, and figured it would be worth the price. This time I got Britany. She literally (and I mean truly. Literally) only spoke to complain. She didn't like the intricate design, I had two broken nails and needed fake ones, and she never shaped them. They are massive and hurt. I told her I wanted almond-shaped nails; I did not get them. I wanted a specific color story, I didn't get it. I kept waiting for her to shape the nails, but for the grueling two hours where she insulted me, and otherwise it was dead silence despite my efforts, she never did. When we were done they didn't look so awful, but weren't the shape, color, or design I wanted. I had asked her throughout if she could round out the lines a bit more and she said she would but never did. I paid $140 plus a $10 tip because she was checking me out. Today I went back to see if they could fix the giant fake nails that at this point were painful and left me barely able to type. The manager/ owner (not sure) told me that because when he breezed past us and asked if I liked the nails (in front of the technician) and I said yes, I essentially waved all right to a refund. And they couldn't help me until after the photoshoot. And it would have to be Britany helping me again. I will never be going back and considering they are charging such insane prices for such an awful experience, I would encourage you not to as well. I now have to go somewhere else to fix these nails. Went in today for a pedicure walk in (most moms like me are lucky to be able to squeeze in a pedicure so walk ins are essential amiright ladies??!) The salon was essentially empty with one person having a pedicure and one having a manicure. Nobody to greet me at the front desk. Quite a different experience from the first time I was there. Eventually someone asked if I had an appointment to which I said no. She said she would have to check to see if someone could take me because they had someone coming in at 12:30 (it was 10:30 at the time and I don't know about you, but I don't have time for a 2 hour pedicure?) She came back out to tell me that no they could not take me until the afternoon. I just don't understand businesses like this. There are plenty of people to spend money here but they are so willing to turn people away. I drove down the road about 5 minutes to another salon that was actually quite full but yet also had someone to take me immediately! The business owner at Nail Garden said that most of their clients make appointments which, I guess seeing as there were only 2 people in there makes sense. Perhaps if they were staffed for walk ins they would be busier. I wish this business nothing but the best but in all my years getting my nails done in different cities, countries, etc. I have rarely made an appointment (and same for many of my girlfriends) and if this business model works for them great but be warned, walk ins are NOT WELCOMED. read more

I'll give two stars for the salon because It's absolutely beautiful. However I have never spent $100 on my nails. That was just for my hand. They charged me $100 for acrylic fills. I got them done on Tuesday. They started shipping on Saturday. Today is Monday and one just completely fell off. I stopped in, not having a lot of time and asked them just to glue it back on so I can make it to my appointment and they said it's not healthy. They couldn't do that for me. read more

Buyer BEWARE!!! Sorry, I can NOT recommend this place. Ridiculously expensive and poor service. I made an online appointment for a very specific technician, and received confirmation. However, when I arrived the manager(?) informed me that I would have a different person. Mistake #1. Then, the person I saw struggled. My nails came out thick, the shape was wrong, and she nipped my cuticle. More than an hour and 20 minutes later, I just wanted to get out of there. They charged me $102 for a simple acrylic fill (and added a $12 charge to fix 2 broken nails...except my nails were not broken; only the acrylic needed to be redone- there was no "repair" or extra time/product required at all.) Then, just ONE week later the nails began to lift and actually caught my hair if I ran my fingers thru! Once I got back to my regular place in Scottsdale, my gal took one look at my nails and asked "why did she make them so thick and why are they shaped like this?" Bottom line: Waaaay too expensive (understatement) and below average quality (understatement)...I'd recommend any other salon over this one. read more

I just have to post this as a fair warning- went in for an appointment. Prices online for a fill we're like 30$+ and I do gel so I assumed like $50-60. Same for a pedi. The appointment took two hours which seemed painfully long. The lady doing my toes cut my to the point I pulled my foot back and the lady doing my nails had "another appointment" come in so she was clearly rushed at the last minute after taking her time for the first hour and a half. When I was rang up my total was )175. For a FILL and a regular pedicure. I said wow that seems steep. The lady at the front said well we do a fullll manicure cuticles and everything so that's why. 1) never asked for this "extra stuff" 2) please see the photos of what that extra looks like. My friend had to reschedule her apt bc she had strep throat. They told us they would charge us anyway... even though she's been a loyal customer and would reschedule when she was well. I am the one that called to cancel for my friend (bc she didn't feel well). They said they'd look into their policy and get back to me. This was about 5 hours before the apt. The owner called me and yelled at me about how she has a business to run and I told her she was being irresponsible for punishing patrons for rescheduling rather than getting her staff and other customers sick. She said there was nothing she could do and would charge 100% of the service. I will never go back here. read more

Grace did my nail and she nailed it. It was my first time going to an American Nail Salon so there was a bit confusion on what I wanted to do. I wanted to get extension and Grace did an awesome job. I showed her a picture and she ran back and forth to get a proper gel polish color so that I could have my dream nail. It was so clean, nice and big. I would definitely go back again. Then the nail tech couldn't even get the color evened out and was more concerned about getting products on her long nails then doing mine properly. I also asked for eyebrow wax and when I was asked to go to the back room the tech tried to thread my eyebrows and said the wax machine was off...and of course the threading was more expensive. Snotty and condescending. Came in twice. They do your nails "if the feel like it". You do nails...not surgery. We are booked, but you can just walk in. Walked in, got told fully booked with one person sitting in a row of chairs. Said he do something special just for me and move someone for that day at 5 pm and I declined because I didn't want to sit waiting for two hours. I left, Thought well I can get something to eat and I IMMEDIATELY called back and got told fully booked. I reminded him I was just there and he offered me 5 pm and he started tripping over himself saying "I just gave it away to someone else". I didn't look my best as I had just gotten a massage. The owner tried to convince me to try a new nail product other than acrylic then sat me in a chair to prep for my pedicure and the nail tech for my nails told me I needed acrylic then proceeded to drill on my nails then got up and said she didn't have time to do acrylic but had time to do dip.
