This makes it so much more disappointing. I would NOT recommend getting your haircut here. I would give zero stars if I could…read more The hair dresser I went to used the comb straight from the barbicide solution and barely dried it off. I asked, "aren't you supposed to rinse that off first" and she rudely said "no... it's barbicide" like yes I can read thank you. My scalp started to burn as I was sitting on the chair longer and longer. I did a quick Google and sure enough the combs are supposed to be washed off before use. I attached pictures of my Google search to prove this is not ok practice. Not to mention the comb she was using looked like it was ten years old and had broken prongs. Not sure how you can get a proper cut while using a comb that's broken. To top it all off, not once was I asked if the water was ok while she was washing my hair. I had to ask twice for her to turn the temperature down. She didn't ask if I wanted my hair blow dried and just started doing it. She didn't ask how I wanted it styled and just turned on the straightener. When I said "oh you dont need to straighten it, I don't like using heat on my hair" she got snippy and said "ok you can just follow me then." And turned the straightener off. When I was being checked out I was not asked how the service or my experience was and was basically just given the price and told me I can read the monitor. Horrible experience. Let's hope my scalp is okay and I don't need to go to the doctor!!!!

Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.
