Rajya is great. She is my go-to after I TRIED very hard to use a different technician. (She was nice at first but then I needed to switch.) I come for my eyebrows only. The facility is clean, the front desk staff is super sweet and helpful (shout out to Samantha, she's always so polite snd helpful) - I really look forward to coming here every few weeks. I bought a yearly pass and EWC comped me for the months they were closed during Covid, which was expected (but also deeply appreciated, on my end.) Two appointments ago, I came in and used my points to purchase a nice brow gel. With the sale they were having, it came to less than $3! It was a great buy and I use it to fill in my brows nicely. I can't speak on any other services. FYI, to those with slightly sensitive skin, as this is me: I think the wax used tends to burn a bit snd cause a bit of a rash in the beginning. I was told in my first few appointments and I almost, ALMOST stopped coming because I was bleeding a bit too. Luckily now, that issue has stopped and I have no problem with the wax at all. read more

To be honest, I have loved every EWC location I have been to, customer service is always a priority and it shows. I had a wax appointment with Mila at 7:45. I have had waxes before but it had been quite some time since I had gotten one, since 2017. This was my first time here and I will not be coming back. She was very rough throughout the whole experience. My pain tolerance is pretty high but this just hurt way more than what I have previously experienced. It felt like she was rushing from the moment I walked into the room. And this definitely showed, when I saw patches of hair that she had missed. I had to tell her to go back in to remove the hair. She said that she didn't see anything until I had to point directly at the areas with remaining hair. She proceeded to say if you get bruised, its not my fault. I felt so degraded at this appointment. As if I was inconveniencing her by voicing my feedback. If I could give a 0. I definitely would. I have extremely sensitive skin that breaks out with any other type of wax, but the kind at EWC leaves barely any irritation at all! I had tried going to a different location to get my upper lip done and the person who performed the wax service seemed a bit inexperienced so I tried this location and am sooooo glad I did. Shout out to Rosanna at the front desk! I have worked at salons and a front desk person can make or break the experience. Roseanne was excellent! She called and reminded me of the grace period and was realistic over the phone about what I was able to get service wise in the time I had left. I really appreciate her being up front because often that's not the case. I was running late and missed the grace period and was stressed because I NEEDED my legs waxed for my first beach vacation since lockdown. Roseanne worked her magic and was able to squeeze me in for my full service. I was bit nervous about my first Brazilian and I think I have officially converted now. My first time was today and it was amazing! I did a lot of reading of reviews on who to pick and I picked Marina! She is amazing and was so friendly and fast! We had a nice convo and before you know it I was done! It was painless as I was thought it has to really hurt bad at one point! Nope it was fine! If you haven't had a Brazilian yet and want to make sure you have good persons to do it on you.. I highly recommend Marina! She gets booked up fast! I know because i booked a month in advanced! I was lucky! I am moving away tho so I am really sad because I just found her but will def schedule ahead for her when I am back in town! She is right I will miss her hand. I had my first free eyebrow waxing as a first time customer. I made an appointment with Abhi because she had such good reviews on Yelp. When you make an appointment, there's a box that you can write extra comments for your beautician to see. I wrote that my skin is super sensitive. She had read that and asked me more about it at the time of the appointment. I told her about my past waxing and threading experiences and how my eyebrow area stays red and irritated for 1-2 days. So she put some special calming oil and she started waxing and told me that their wax doesn't contain alcohol (most do) so it wouldn't make my skin dry or irritated. I liked the new shape she gave my eyebrows (she made them a bit thinner) but my eyebrow area was still red for 2 days. So that's why I would have to give her 4 stars, even though she was very nice and professional! read more
