Rajya is great. She is my go-to after I TRIED very hard to use a different technician. (She was nice at first but then I needed to switch.) I come for my eyebrows only. The facility is clean, the front desk staff is super sweet and helpful (shout out to Samantha, she's always so polite snd helpful) - I really look forward to coming here every few weeks. I bought a yearly pass and EWC comped me for the months they were closed during Covid, which was expected (but also deeply appreciated, on my end.) Two appointments ago, I came in and used my points to purchase a nice brow gel. With the sale they were having, it came to less than $3! It was a great buy and I use it to fill in my brows nicely. I can't speak on any other services. FYI, to those with slightly sensitive skin, as this is me: I think the wax used tends to burn a bit snd cause a bit of a rash in the beginning. I was told in my first few appointments and I almost, ALMOST stopped coming because I was bleeding a bit too. Luckily now, that issue has stopped and I have no problem with the wax at all. read more

To be honest, I have loved every EWC location I have been to, customer service is always a priority and it shows. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly face and are made to feel comfortable. When I check in I am always asked if I'd like to use the rest room prior to any services. The facility is extremely clean. I have been going to EWC for 8 years now and have always had a pleasant experience. A huge shout out to Nicole and Aliyah who made my last visit wonderful! I was able to renew my 12 bikini package and obtained a gift from their new skin care line (I got the clarifying serum elixir) and let me tell you it's been working wonders on my skin. My wax woman was great. Butttt.... my vagina looks like I have some type of chicken pox. I have so many hair bumps- about 20, no exaggeration. I have never had hair bums as a result of waxing. I've been coming here for almost two years. The package is def worth getting if you get waxed consistently. I usually just go with whoever is available and have had positive experiences across the board. There was one time that I had my eyebrows waxed and was slightly burned but I chalked that up to my very sensitive skin and the fact that I usually thread my eyebrows. I had a wax appointment with Mila at 7:45. I have had waxes before but it had been quite some time since I had gotten one, since 2017. This was my first time here and I will not be coming back. She was very rough throughout the whole experience. My pain tolerance is pretty high but this just hurt way more than what I have previously experienced. It felt like she was rushing from the moment I walked into the room. And this definitely showed, when I saw patches of hair that she had missed. I had to tell her to go back in to remove the hair. She said that she didn't see anything until I had to point directly at the areas with remaining hair. She proceeded to say if you get bruised, its not my fault. I felt so degraded at this appointment. As if I was inconveniencing her by voicing my feedback. If I could give a 0. I definitely would. Shout out to Rosanna at the front desk! I have worked at salons and a front desk person can make or break the experience. Roseanne was excellent! She called and reminded me of the grace period and was realistic over the phone about what I was able to get service wise in the time I had left. I really appreciate her being up front because often that's not the case. I was running late and missed the grace period and was stressed because I NEEDED my legs waxed for my first beach vacation since lockdown. Roseanne worked her magic and was able to squeeze me in for my full service. I was bit nervous about my first Brazilian and I think I have officially converted now. My first time was today and it was amazing! I did a lot of reading of reviews on who to pick and I picked Marina! She is amazing and was so friendly and fast! We had a nice convo and before you know it I was done! It was painless as I was thought it has to really hurt bad at one point! Nope it was fine! If you haven't had a Brazilian yet and want to make sure you have good persons to do it on you.. Came in for a Brazilian wax, with no appointment Tuesday morning 10:45am and they were able to take me in right away! Rajya was my wax lady, she did great, she was lovely, and it actually did not hurt as much as I thought! It wasn't my first time getting a wax, it just had been a verrrry long time! I also got a first time customer discount which was a nice surprise! Facility is very clean, they use a new stick for each application = no double dipping, wipes are provided for before and after should you need them. I took my girlfriend to get waxed here. It was her first time and for her first time she said it was a bad experience. First, the girl, Nazeem, had rushed everything from the second she got in and was insensitive to the fact that it was her first time, even though my girl would tell it was her first time. Second, she missed a lot of the hair, like how do we go for the first time and she doesn't even get it right. On top of that, we still tipped, which I now realize I shouldn't have because after everything they charged me once and then called us back because they had charged us the wrong amount. After we return and pay the correct amount, they tried charging the card I had put on file! Highly upset and would not recommend to anyone. read more
