Eurosports is a must-visit on any trip to Sisters. This was my second trip to Sisters in two years, and (thus) my second trip to Eurosports. This time, it was on the eve of the famous Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, so the beer garden was full of lively sewists enjoying some brews and live music. They had a couple of food trucks on-site, too, although the lines were long so I just enjoyed a beer (or two) and went on my merry way. The staff here were friendly, and the beer-on-tap selection, while not huge, had plenty of variety and I was able to find a nice, cold amber ale that I enjoyed immensely in the warm summer hear. Eurosport Bike Shop is so much more than just a bike shop! My husband and I have become regulars at their Thursday trivia nights and Friday live music--both are such a blast. The vibe is always welcoming and fun, and the food carts on-site are consistently delicious. Plus, the Eurosport staff serve up great beverages with genuine friendliness. Yes, they do rent and sell bikes (and do it well). We've purchased a bike from them that we absolutely love, and they've also helped us get one of our older bikes road-ready again. Their service is knowledgeable, thorough, and never pushy. Honestly, even if you're not a cyclist, Eurosport is still worth a visit. I have been a happy patron of Eurosports bike shop and food cart garden for many years now. Bikes and Beers! What a great combo! It is a comfortable, kid and dog friendly space that makes you feel welcome and at home, and the food and drinks are great too! Though the food carts change from time to time and the beer and cider on tap rotates, the quality of each is always first rate! My favorite cart out there right now is the Nashville Chicken Sandwich cart! They are always looking to improve their space and their service. For example, they recently got fancy tables in the outdoor seating area with propane fireplaces built in to light if it is chilly out. If you go in for a bike or ski tune-up the professional technicians will take very good care of you as well. In the warmer months there is Trivia night on Thursdays and Classic cars on Friday night. Most Friday nights in the summer have live music as well! While waiting on my food from food truck outside. I walked into the bike shop, so imagine my surprise to find it had a large selection of beers, even drafts. Wonderland Chicken food truck didn't have beer. I told the very helpful lady what type of beer I like, she then recommended a draft she had, even offered me a sample, she was dead on target, great beer. What a great idea, bike repair and beer Parler. Big seating area outside to enjoy your food & beer. Just park your bike & relax. Avoid the restaurants & try out this area. A lady had 2 tables reserved for her kids party, she told me the pizza was outstanding. Her kids love this place. Sorry no beer for the kids. Dog friendly on leash. read more

Amazing! We had a bad experience with a restaurant down the street and stumbled across this place. It is a bike shop with draft beers, ample outside dog friendly seating, and three food trucks. A chicken style food truck, a pizza truck, and a taco truck. Reasonable and the ordering was organized. Did I mention the food was great!?! We had the chicken and the tacos. The downside - the inventory is limited; but they have a good range of rental bikes, 'get you by' clothing and a great team of wrenches. We rented skis for our kids and their service was top notch. Loved their shop and so convenient on our way to the mountain. Their rental prices were better than the mountain and there were no lines to battle! We absolutely fell in love with Walter, one of the owner's dog. He really helped make the shop personable. Eurosports took good care of my Jaguar for several years so when my wife had problems with her VW Jetta, we went to Eurosports. The problem dated to May 2020; running rough and near stalls. Each time the engine started coughing, she pulled over to the shoulder of the road till the engine sounded better. First Eric at Eurosports ran the scan and found two bad glow plugs. Engine started better but still stalled. Another scan indicated bad crank sensor. The installation was two weeks ago and the car runs better than ever. Problem solved.. read more

Shocked to see this place has 5 stars, but am glad others have had such a positive experience with Eurosports. I'm disappointed I can't say the same. We are coming into town for a weekend ski trip but unfortunately won't be able to make it there before the shop closes, and want to be at the mountain before it opens again, so we had arranged for a friend to pick up our rentals for us. This should be a pretty easy and simple process you'd think. Well, apparently when working with Eurosports it's not. We made the effort to get pre-measured so we know our sizing, and can provide all other necessary information (including advanced payment) so our skis are ready for easy and quick pick up for our friend. I called a few times to try and arrange this, each time basically being told no, and that we would need to be there to be properly fit. I understand their concern for boot fit, but if your customer is willing to take the risk that the boot doesn't fit absolutely perfect, then that's their choice. They also wouldn't take our information over the phone, but instead needed our friend to come in, provide all our sizing, fill out the paperwork, pay, etc. How inconvenient is that? I was also very rudely told that it's industry standard not to do reservations, which is false. You can make reservations anywhere you go... except for at Eurosports apparently. We were excited to use Eurosport for the convenience, lower price point and to support a smaller local business, but with their inflexibility and rude treatment, they are literally turning away business. At this point, I'll gladly pay more for my rentals at Bachelor, which by the way, I can reserve ahead of time. read more

One stop shop with excellent customer service! It was our first tandem ride at the McKenzie Pass so we're driving around figuring out where to park. We normally stop at a local bike shop to get information and check riding conditions and this place is the most suggested place at Sisters so I guess this was our stop. We parked in front of the store and rode McKenzie Pass. We were told that cold beer will be waiting when we get back... the best part!! True enough, they had cold beer waiting. I had their ginger beer and that was refreshing!! And did I say they had food trucks on site at their picnic area?? No wonder this place is popular amongst locals and cyclists!! read more

Brad saved the day! We were RV camping with the family and unfortunately my adult daughters bicycle ended up with a bent wheel at the campground. My daughter and grandson were going to end up not participating in our much anticipated bike riding adventures at the campground, around town, and the numerous trails... Well, as luck would have it, Eurosport's was right down the street and helped us out. I showed up on their doorstep just as they were opening. Brad was moving the multiple rental bikes available and stopped to help me. I explained the problem and he felt his shop could fix the problem. I left the bike and received a call a few hours later that it was ready to go. Hooray!! I picked up the bike, and oh did I mention they also had beer taps and outside their door, multiple food carts. Wow this bike shop kicked ass! I had a stretched out chain on my mountain bike and that was a deal breaker for hitting Peterson Ridge Trails. The shop wasn't too busy and the mechanic, (Jerry?), got to it immediately. While I was waiting, I noticed there was a beer tap at the back wall- OH HELL YEAH! I got a nice Boneyard IPA and the missus got a local cider while we waited. Why don't all bike shops have taps? Wow what a concept! I'm immediately suggesting this to my local bike shop. This is one of the best places to rent bikes, skis, and many more. Not only do they have stuff to rent but also have stuff to buy. The service there is top of the line. They are very friendly and helpful. We rented skis, boots, and poles for the day. At the end of the day we wanted to rent them for another. We gave Eurosports a call and they were all for us renting them for another day, it was quick and simple. On the mountain I accidentally snapped a pile in half. When we came back to return our stuff they were kind and helpful. We told them about the pole and he didn't charge us anything. Instead he was worried about out safety and was just glad I was ok. To me that is as best as a person can get. We went home wanting to come back again. read more

I don't think I've ever met such an honest bike shop owner ever. I was in Sisters for a vacation and headed over to this shop to get some new tires. I chose the Vittoria Rubino which only cost $40 each which is already pretty good to begin with. So when I got up to the counter, the owner (I presume) tells me that it happens to be my lucky day and points over to this sign that says "Buy 1 get 1 free tires". Then he also notices that one of my tires says $45 and another $40 and he says, "well, it should be $45 for all of them, but since it says $40 I'll give it to you for $40." Then he went on to share about the great riding up McKenzie pass and offered to have me buy some beer from the shop, but I politely declined. Really nice place and fantastic service! read more

This place is amazing! First off, it's a bike shop, WITH BEER!! (Or a beer place with bikes!...either way, right?!?!) After a nice MTB ride, I needed a little help with a squealing rear brake... they were able to work me right in and within 10 minutes the squeal was gone! While visiting Sisters on Saturday morning my daughter and I walked past this shop and noticed they had some cruisers on sale. One was bright pink and my daughter fell in love. To make a long story short we came home with a bike. The employee was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. He made sure the bike would fit in the back of the car and would have even cleaned the bike up, it had been sitting outside, but we did not have time. I wish I had gotten his name to thank him. We biked from Black Butte resort to Sisters and while resting with ice cream and hydrating we noticed half of a link on my chain was not attached. Not good when you have a 14 mile return trip! We went to Eurosports at 5 pm, just before closing. When it became apparent that the problem couldn't be fixed with a simple wrench, Brad the master bike mechanic was called and came and replaced the chain- saving the day. We really appreciated the expert, attentive customer service and might have sampled the craft beers or wine but had the uphill trip back, near dusk to worry about. read more

We bought 2 Specialized Roubaix bikes from Brad at Eurosports this Spring. We love the bikes, the bike fit and we've been riding them a lot getting ready for a week bike tour called Cycle Greater Yellowstone. Four days before we were leaving for the ride, Mark hit a sneaker pot hole and broke his rim. Now what? We called Brad and he contacted the manufacturer. He got us a crash replacement wheel overnighted to his store at 1/3 the cost, then drove a long ways to deliver it to us. He even did the bike mechanicin-- switched out the cassette. He got us all set up and we headed out to our ride right on time. This is the second time we've bought a pair of bikes from him. So thanks Brad and the Europsort team. We are loyal, raving fans. We highly recommend this business. And a bonus is the beer and food carts at his store. We are returning home right now after finishing our 590 mile CGY bike tour and just wanted to give Eurosports a shout out. read more

We had an amazing experience dealing with the folks at Eurosports. Their staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable not only when it comes to bikes but also bike rentals, bike fittings, ski rentals and trails in the area. After a great ride on the Peterson Ridge trail system which is just a mile or so from the shop, we hung out in the food court and had a variety of delicious food. The shop has quite an assortment of beers on tap plus wine and cider are available. By far the best shop in Sisters and my favorite shop in all of Central Oregon. read more
