My husband and I brought our Baja bug to get diagnosed for some work we wanted done. My husband was then quoted $3090 over the phone for the issues needed to be fixed for the car. No problem, my husband informed the tech that we wouldn't be going through with it as that was too much for a car we paid $4500 for. Jose, the tech, started to get aggressive with my husband over the phone, even telling him to negotiate the price, that the car wasn't even worth that little, if he already knew finding else who could do it. Very strange things to say. I told my husband we would be picking up the car and that I'll ask for the itemised estimate he was told over the phone. When we arrived, I start asking the tech, Jose for the paperwork needed of what the itemised estimate was and what the car needed, the parts. The usual things that car shops give you in case you change your mind, to keep in your records, so on. He tells me that he'll just text what the car needs and prices to my husband. Again I ask him to give me the itemised estimate as he only gave us the diagnosis sheet and a summary of what they think the car needs, not what my husband was quoted over the phone. I ask him how much do they charge for cost of labor and Jose starts to tell me he couldn't really give me an answer because it depends on the job, car, model, so on. So I tell him to give me the price my husband was quoted then over the phone for our Baja. And he starts to get aggressive and emotional. Very emotional, it was very strange. I tell him, "woah, okay you're getting too aggressive but okay." And he starts to say, "well you're asking me all these questions!" Questions related to our car, the estimate he gave my husband, it's his job to answer them and tell me what is what. My husband told me if I thought everything was good, that he would pay it. But because Jose started to get emotional and would not give me the typed up estimate, I knew immediately my husband made the right call to refuse the service prior to consulting with me. Jose turned to my husband, almost like asking him for help with me because he couldn't believe I was asking him these questions. My husband simply said he just wanted the keys to our car and to go. Had very bad experiences with this company. I'm not one to comment negatively on a place of business but we experienced many complications from day one regarding my son's car. The customer service was great wonderful but as for solving the issues with our vehicle it was a costly and continuous matter. So this is an update since I already reviewed the place and since then the owner has responded saying that all I accomplished was showing how silly and ignorant I was amongst other things. I do have a potty mouth and did find a mechanic more suitable to my needs which again were for a 2004 Toyota Corolla and not a 2006, and not a price of $410. Perhaps suggesting to your clients with older non luxury cars that a more affordable route would be more beneficial for them considering you see your business as top tier although as a business owner you actually are petty and show to speak down to anyone who does not agree with your point of view on the maintenance on a hooptie. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST BE GIVING MONEY AWAY Got quoted 1600 for an alternator battery replacement I've always felt this place over charged as I had already send thousands of dollars on previous work here before . So wanted to get a quote from my local mechanic's shop where I take my other car to get worked on and they quoted me 600 for alternator and battery! Came here to get my car diagnosed through recommendation they where trying to charge me 3800 dollars for an oil pump change (called around and got 3 quotes all roughly between 800-1200) So I told them I would no longer need there services. They told me my car was ready. I come to pick it up Jose and Manuel, the owner at the front desk starts acting aggressive. They told me parts were removed from my car and they couldn't give me the keys until they were put back on even though my car was parked out on the street with all the other cars that were ready. Manuel stared saying that he was on his lunch trying to sleep with his wife but in different words because he sees I have my wife and kids with me and that I was messing up his time. Turns out everything was already ready they just wanted to keep it for what reason I don't know I paid when I dropped it off so everything was token care of on my part. Ok. Long overdue review. I came here in Oct/November of 2017 with my 550i GT, needing a coolant leak looked at, & requesting an oil change. SN - I chose this place because of the ability to pay over 90 days with SNAP Finance. I dropped it off early (approx 830) on a Saturday morning. I waited that entire day, thinking they'd at least get back to me with a diagnostic update. Nothing. Closed Sundays as most shops are. Monday comes and I call, they don't have an update as of yet. Tuesday, I call again and the guy at the desk tells me he thought he spoke to me Monday about what they found. Nope. He advises that the water pump will need to be replaced soon, & the coolant leak is related to a much bigger job, where turbos need to be replaced as they're leaking into the turbo lines. I advise to change the water pump and perform the oil change. He states the car would be ready by Thursday. I arrive Thursday thinking my car would be ready. I see it as I pull up (it's parked at the wall facing the shop, and it's tilted, as if it was lowered with hydraulics, on one side, passenger rear). Just seeing this I am fuming .. they did the other work, yet I CLEARLY can't drive the car in this condition. Guy says he was meaning to call me - I'm like, you couldn't tell me this before I came here thinking my car was ready? The air suspension for that single side went out, and they don't have any air suspensions in shop, so they'd have to order it and would change it first thing next day (Fri morn). Guy actually gave me a ride home to Yorba Linda, but was still a bit sour. I go to work, show up around 5 (next day - Friday) .. think it was done?? Nope. They put it on the lift, change it. I pay, sign the SNAP contract, leave. One thing. There's a warning light on the dash that won't turn off. Driveability wasn't an issue, but I want to be sure. I drive back on Monday, they reset it .. still comes back on later. The next week I am at a wheel shop in Santa Ana getting my wheels refinished and realigned. One thing, missing wheel lock. They can't get the wheels off without it, so I have to drive from Santa Ana to Pomona to get the key they forgot to return. I get my wheels done after returning. I ended up getting a shop in Anaheim (Trinity Motorsport, reviewed them in Nov '17) to look at the waterpump connectors and finding a wire that wasn't connected, which was my problem. Alert gone. Now - in December, there was a rattling sound coming from the wheel well. It got louder and louder by the day. Another shop (Ronin Autoworks in Anaheim, reviewed them about this in Dec '17) found the issue. The large bolt for the air suspension wasn't bolted on hard enough, so it came loose to the point it bounced more and more around as I drove. How dangerous is THAT?!? Not only did my air sus randomly go out with EuroZone, I pay them to fix it, which was likely their fault, $300 additional, & they don't do that right & forget to return my wheel lock in the process. I have since had my coolant issue & turbos, etc done by the dealer (Shelly BMW) and have decided to stop skimping on care for my BMW. I think these guys at Eurozone mean well and try hard and have some satisfied customers, yet the circumstances surrounding my situation were too random, costly, and inconveniencing with regard to time. read more

Took vehicle for powersteering rack removal and replacement, along with removal of wheel locks. This place only takes cash. Took vehicle April 14th and didn't receive it finished until May 14th. There was just an array of issues from lack of communication, to misinforming me about work being not done, when in reality I'd pop in and what they claimed over the phone didn't take place. Part(s) were incorrectly ordered and reordered. They didn't have enough lifts to put my car on a lift. It was just a bad overall experience. They did the work, but it wasn't done in a timely manner. read more

Went to get my car diagnosed, it was just a simple random noise I kept hearing that was bothering me, somehow needed the car for hours, at the end they didn't find anything so they suggested a tear down of the engine to find it internally but doesn't make sense the car would of died if it was internally. I don't even know where to start, completely upset and disappointed. I've been here before,the first time was a pleasent experience, that's why I came back. LONG STORY, SHORT. I came in for an oil change on my 2015 Audi Q7 S Line, about a week ago, I began to notice oil drops in my garage, at my parking space at work and in my drive way, so I immediately figured something was up. I called in and Jose said to bring it in, it took me a week to get in because they close at 6, I get off from work at 6, so, I couldn't make it during the week. For an entire week, I had to put cardboard underneath my Audi to make sure I didn't continue to spill on my property. I knew something went wrong with them doing an oil change, I never had issues before, my car was always serviced at Audi of Ontario but began looking outside because my cars warranty expired so my free oil changes ended at Audi. I bring it back in to EuroZone I explain to Jose my frustrations and he says "no worries let me take a look at it, let me see what I can do" his whole crew checks my car and sure enough! He comes back with a big lie and says "uhm, it's just oil Residue from the oil change, just a little residue, it's normal" I'm like what?!? I said that is not residue, it's been spilling for an entire week? He gives me pushback and says "idk what you want me to tell you, that's good news, it's not something bad" at this point I was just mad because I knew right then and there, he wasn't going to take ownership for his mistake of not doing the oil change properly and sealing the plug correctly, but not only that, now I have spills ALL over my property, I just bought my house in Rancho and the garage was new with no spills ever and in my drive way, had they admitted there fault and gave me options, like a free oil change next time or offered to send someone to pressure wash my drive way, I would have been a little more understanding but to just lie and give me bullshit excuse that it was residue made me so upset, point is be careful for trying to go cheap. They seemed like good people with good intentions but as a business owner you ALWAYS take ownership for mistakes not try and blame it on the customer. read more

Got my brakes done here, they charged me $400. My brakes went out within a month. Come to find out they did not use GM parts on my car and used the cheapest parts possible and called it "standard" they refused to refund anything, and also lost the key to my lug nuts saying " oh there's only like 3 keys" buy one. No there is over 20 and mine were a performance package I paid with my car and they were after market. I had to pay to have them broken off. Which of course they're not going to refund either. Do not go to this place they are shady and will rip you off. Beyond Immoral business practice. read more

Did not answer the phone for two-days. Left messages and did not receive a single return call. 3. Was told that they are busy and sometimes cannot answer the phone or return calls (for two days!! Going to be simple and to the point. I brought in my car. Took them a little over a week to diagnose the problem. When they finally did they charged me around $1,300 to supposedly fix the problem and have warranty. Takes about another week for it to be fixed. I gladly pick up my car and in the time it took me to drive back home i realize the problem is not fixed. They diagnosed the problem wrong. I take it back and they want to charge me another $700 to fix something else. After THEY! diagnosed the problem wrong. I found another mechanic that would fix the problem for half that price. I pick up my car and took it to another mechanic. Come to find out the second problem they diagnosed was STILL wrong. So even if i would've gone through and stayed with them. The problem would've still never been fixed. I'm sure they would've kept charging me more. (the second mechanic i took it to fixed the problem for half the price and it's been over a month and the problem hasn't returned. he said if he would've diagnosed the problem wrong initially he would've fixed it without charging more, hmm.) Oh and that $1,300 i paid that also included a warranty, they never replaced the parts that were under warranty. Once i told them i was going somewhere else they couldn't of been happier to move along. So i essentially paid $1,300 for nothing. Like seriously, absolutely nothing. The problem wasn't fixed and the parts not replaced. How is that fair?? Not to mention both times i picked up my car from them i specifically called in advance to make sure my car was ready for pick up, both times i had to wait 15-45 min because even though they said it was ready. It was not. Oh and one last thing. When i brought my car in, it was clean and i had just bought new seat covers and steering wheel cover. When i picked up my car the door was covered in grease. And the steering cover was ruined with dirt and grease. They made sure to put it on the floor of the passenger seat so when i picked it up i wouldn't notice. That was a really great surprise!! Thanks for that last little bit. I'm guessing once this review goes up they will try to turn it around and claim innocence and maybe defend themselves. I notice they do this to all negative reviews. But if a business can never admit their faults i think that clearly speaks for itself. We are all human. You need to admit when you are wrong. No i'm not a rival business.
