Called ahead of time since I needed an oil change done on my lunch break. They said they could do it in 30 minutes. I came at 110pm and dropped off My car while I waited. A guy came right over to me to assist. I was a little concerned about how my car was driven to the back. He used the side walk curb area to drive onto the street. My heart dropped for a second thinking he off roaded from the curb, but he used the walkway curb. Thought that was super odd and not very professional. What if he went at the wrong angle and hit my bumper?! Just didn't care for how he did that. Quoted me at $70 for full synthetic oil change. That's exactly what i paid. I appreciate when businesses are honest. Some places will say one price and it will be higher when you get there! They kept their word I was in and out within 20 minutes! Previously before coming i called other places but they had a long wait time. I called S & M around 10 am to change my alternator from my hyundai sonata gave him my info and got a quote right away. Very disappointed with this shop. Made arrangements with Johnny all the way from San Diego to repair my evaporator. We discussed dropping the car off on Wednesday am with pick up the following day. Made lodging arrangements as well as pick up arrangements to and from. Got there Wednesday as planned only to be told at that moment that the car would not be ready until Friday evening. Told Johnny that is not what he said over the phone. Reminded him I drove 2 hours, paid for lodging overnight as well as a pet sitter and my ride arrangements. Attitude was too bad so sad. I left because if they aren't reliable to keep there word and didn't bother to say anything until AFTER I arrived and inconvenienced my ride arrangement and cost me unnecessary lodging expenses. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!! read more

It was a little difficult to find someone for a Brake and Lamp inspection in my area (Walnut), this was the closest I found. My experience was NOTHING like what some of the other reviews said- I told the woman behind the counter what I needed (brake/lamp inspection with certificate and smog check), and I was outta there within maybe 45 minutes (without an appointment). No one was rude or unfriendly, at one point the man came in to let me know that one of the bulbs above my rear license plate needed to be replaced. He replaced the bulb, filled out my certificate, and I was on my way. Not sure what the going rate is for a smog and inspection but I got exactly what I needed for $143 without waiting around unnecessarily. read more
