The amount of unprofessionalism at this spot I had with the man in the video is crazy! I came here to get an oil change and to get my brakes changed. My husband physically dropped off brake pads to this joint and told him it would be 120 for installation. To my surprise when I got there, the guy gave me a price of 275 total. I looked at him shocked and looked in my husband because they told him 120 and my oil change was $70, it should be $190. now it's costing $275?! I'm, where did all these EXTRA CHARGES come from?! I informed the guy that my husband was told 120 not $205. This guy began laughing and was adamant about the 275 . I told him my husband brought the brake pads. Come to find out, it was THIS SAME DUDE that gave him that quote! This guy then told me RREELLLAAAXXX with a condescending tone. I let him know that you really shouldn't be telling women to relax if there's an error on YOUR end because he forgot to take off the brake pads from the estimate. No apology was given, he continued to have an attitude with me and then with my husband. Zero accountability on his part. He proceeded to get extremely unprofessional which you can see in the video that I posted. I only caught the tail end of it, but this guy was unhinged! He continued to be disrespectful to me. My husband was there just listening and when hubby got tired of how disrespectful he was and decided to step in. I took my keys and told My husband "you pay what you need to pay I'm leaving". My husband was right there with him inside the office ready to work things out and pay. Then this guy sprints out, and attempts to move his car and block me in! I was shocked!! SMH Mind you my husband was in the office still. I then went outside and started recording cuz I couldn't believe how unprofessional and irate he was acting! I told him my husband was waiting to pay, but he was adamant about blocking my car. He needs to be fired! Muhammad, you really need to let this man go. He was disrespectful, condescending, irate and immature. After he already disrespected me, he then became facetious by acting as if he did NOT already disrespect me with no apology. Please hire people with better communication skills that do not exhibit psychotic behaviors like this. That is crazy! Also, they took out my wheel caps and didn't place them back in. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze that needed a lot of work! It took about a day and a half to complete everything. Mohammad carefully diagnosed my car, told me what needed to be fixed. He even offered me a ride home and to pick me up. He broke down the price for everything and why it needed to be some. He even showed me the old parts that were replaced and why they needed to be replaced. It's really hard to find a mechanic who isn't going to take advantage of me being a woman. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced and they took care of the job very quickly. The price was a bit higher than I would've preferred ($550 for the front and readjust & clean for the rear) but they came with a lifetime warranty. I got an oil change and was seen right away and was finished in less than 20mins. This review is based on the quality of my oil change. After my car was done, I got into my car and realized that oil/grease got on my seats. I told Mohammed about the stains in my car and he told the employee who did the oil change to clean it. He wiped it down with a wet towel and said the grease would go away after it dried. It's been 4 days and the grease is still there. I enjoyed my experience with Mohammed, but not at the expense of my car seats getting ruined. read more

I went in with a coupon for an oil change. The service was very fast, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The owner was extremely friendly and spent most of the wait time giving me free life advice and getting to know me. There was the expected amount of you should get full synthetic, your car has a special filter that we charge an extra $10 for, and I'm waiving the extra extra fee I'd usually charge because your car has a special something that needs to be removed so we can change the oil. They also showed me my transmission fluid compared to new, so I know I need to budget in a tune up in the near future, which is great knowledge to have. I know these things always get you in the door with a low base price that racks up with the add ons, but I ended up spending about three times what I expected to pay when I headed in, so I went with good, because it was good, instead of great. In full transparency, part of that was that I intended to do regular, but partially listened to his advice and bumped up to the $22+ tax synthetic blend tier, and my final total was $45. read more

They kept telling me I need to stay on top of my oil changes, I only stopped getting my oil changes there was because I picked up my car after an oil change and my car read 40% oil life. A month ago I got a quote for an oil filter housing for a 2011 Toyota Camry , and the manager told me he would charge me 25$ in addition to the price of the oil change, but that he couldn't do it that same day because he had to order the part. I came In today and he charged me 59.99. And when I reminded him about the 25$ quote. He said everything has gone up in price and that I could take it or leave it. BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ! Here is my story with Purrfect Auto. If I could give 0 stars I would. Back in 2019 the clutch to my 2003 Saturn ion went out. This was a Monday. I went to purge the auto to see about getting it replaced. I was told it would cost around 2200$. It took a week to get this appraisal with little no contact in between. After giving the go ahead I heard nothing for another week. 2 weeks after on a Monday I get a cal from the worker at the front desk. He notified me that my car had been STOLEN. The story he gave me that a worker came to test drive the car on a Sunday, WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED, and that while the mechanic went to get his wallet from inside a homeless man ran into the car and drove away. So in the time someone went to go inside to get his wallet to test drive a car, when the shop is closed, a homeless person ran straight to the car to steal it. They told me they contacted the police and filed a report, this is true. The next day they call me saying they find the car, it had been CRASHED. I called the police to see if they knew about the finding, they DIDNT. Throughout this whole process Muhammad, the owner or manager REFUSED to talk to me. I requested to speak to him and he refused to do so. So after they recovered my car they "fixed" the wrecked rear bumper. They replaced the bumper and then did a spray paint paint job(which they left the spray paint cans in the car). After this, the trunk would not open and the paint job was the worst I had ever seen. After all this, Muhammad DEMANDED THAT I PAY FOR THE REPAIR. I was still being told that I had to pay for the clutch repair. I refused, obviously. This whole processed had been about a month now. Going back and forth about whether to pay or not I told them that I would just take them to court and figure it out there. I get a call from the front desk worker and was told that Muhammad said that if I pay the full amount for the repair ($2200) that he would give me a 60in tv and if I paid 1500$ he would give me a 40in tv. Please tell me how ridiculous and insane that sounds. I denied this and hung up. The next day I get a call saying I can pick it up and not pay anything. I show up to get my car and the horrible paint job was there still with scratches still on the rear passenger door, the check engine light on, and an electrical problem that appeared a few days later. Not wanting to deal with them anymore I took my car and left. Throughout this process I ended up buying a new car and sold the Saturn. SO PLEASE BEWARE! This was my terrible experience. One I wish that I had taken them to court and sued this crooks. Please do not go here. read more

We took our dodge avenger to this shop. Our car has a lot of overheating problems that is hard to fix. They did a great job at making sure it ran well and notified us of more issues wrong with the car and was thorough in making sure the car was fixed properly. Mohammed was amazing to work with and communicated everything that was wrong with it, and even put his own money to fill the gas tank up. These were one of the many ways Mohammed went above and beyond for us.
