With no relief no rest no sleep . I was desperate. I came into this office today and everyone was so friendly to me . Dr Campbell came into the room diagnosed me within 2 minutes . where everyone else was suggesting surgery. He found an alternative for me. In one office visit I had a nurse practitioner and a doctor exam me and get to the bottom of my issue. I am so thankful to him and his staff for the relief and sleep I got after leaving his office. If I'm ever in this area and need a doctor again, I will definitely choose this one.

As such, I visit the doctor once a year for a required work health (wellness) screening. This wellness screening is covered 100% by my insurance,. In the 2 years I used Warehouse Primary Care & Specialty Clinic (PCP: Ashley Scoggins), I have had numerous billing issues both years. I am being billed by the clinic and their laboratory for tests and issues that were never reported by myself. Warehouse physicians are adding fraudulent information (complaints) to my records that I never reported and billing my insurance. When I contact the office about the billing and errors in my patient summary, they state that it is in my record and is billable. As far as I can tell, the staff are fraudulently adding ailments to maximize the amount they can bill, which in turn is billed to me on top of my insurance and what is covered.
