We were told by Dr. Dove that there was just slight discoloration on my daughters teeth and to come back in six months. Once we returned for the visit, my daughter had then been determined to have several cavities after being told it was just enamel discoloration. So dissatisfied! After about 10 of us line up and down the small hallway they finally @ 1 on the point they unlocked the office door and make you wait again for them sign in to their computers, so they are able to check you in. Once I was called the women had no idea what my appointment was for and blamed it on the call center that made the appointment. After confirming they would NOT charge me for the visit I cancelled the appointment and exits the building. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND......

I got a rude welcoming saying that I was a few minutes late and they have a 10 minute policy rule. The dentist didn't even take the time to get to know us for a new patient. She seemed like she was in a rush. All she did was brush my daughter's teeth for 2 seconds, said she's done and left. She also had me hold down my 2.5 year old while she brushed her teeth. She didn't give me info or advice about anything. I told them my daughter was a thumb sucker and had nothing to say. Their website even says that they will talk about nutrition and ways to break a thumb sucking habit. They looked annoyed and we were rushed out the door without having done a complete cleaning/exam. Don't come here if you don't want to get ripped off.

I could not be more pleased with the way they handled the kids and our care. They were so sweet and helpful. They made the process super quick as well so it wasn't long and torturous for them either. My daughter just turned one and with only a couple of teeth, we decided to have them checked out just so that she gets used to dentist visits. We received a flyer for a free visit in the mail and made an appointment. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. They answered all questions and provided great information on caring for toddlers teeth.

My three year old had her first appointment recently and the hygienist was a rockstar. Talking her through everything and asking permission to use the tools etc giving her body autonomy. Dr Pat and Dr Boone are as smart as they come! Helpful and never insist on costly procedures just to make money. Feels like family
