YOU KNEW AND DIDN'T GO BUY SOAP AT COSTCO OR WALMART IN THE MEANTIME?! WTF! If you want to act like LA Fitness, change your name and drop your rates. If you want to be an elite gym, do a lot better. And I held off a long time before blasting Lifetime Scottsdale on here, so do better please.

Their rotating schedule of cleaning is not effective for the higher use courts (open play courts). The management has been effective in their marketing and events, but lack luster in balancing open play and reserved courts in high use hours. I like the locker room. I like the beer wall and lounge area.

It's unfortunate that a simple kids soccer game could turn into a political pay off. The parents were cussing at our kids, yelling at the parents and the ref was making calls to benefit the home team. A kid on our team was throwing the ball in and a kid from the other team went behind him (as he was throwing the ball in) and PUSHED him. It was completely obvious and the ref didn't do anything, that should have been a RED card. The parents should be ashamed that they are raising their kids to be cheaters rather than play the game the right way. I am not a racist person and I am ashamed of my own race because of the way the parents on the other team acted toward our defense, yelling racial slurs. After the f"u@k boy ref was obviously paid off and added 10 minutes to the game, this is when the other team scored and won. Their sorry team scored off a penalty kick and their team was clearly offsides both times. We know our boys played a clean honest game. Karma will come back and bite you in the a** when we play your cheating team again.

So an update 1)…read moreAnother new GM. 3rd one in the last yr. This one has been denied the job several times at a couple locations. Hired in house with no tennis experience. Tennis side of the club is livid 2) Renovation to Men's wet area are 15 months in and dry sauna works, nope, closed for the 3rd time this month. New tile is cracking .... 3) New Tennis director teachs at the club and has applied 5 times and on the 6th attempt gets the job. FyI 6tennis directors in 8 yrs Members pay the same monthly dues but Members who have been around have groups taking 7 or 8 courts every week and are not required to make reservations. THEY ARE GRANDFATHERED IN, per the new GM, Micki. OTHER members are required to get up at 4:55 AM, 48 hrs in advance to "maybe" get a court.

We were lucky to find FC Batavia. From day one it was evident that all the coaches were concerned with not only attracting talented players who already had a lot of skill but also on continuing to develop these players. Horribly unprofessional behavior. They also don't accept cash, meaning there is no way to pay them for any services without them charging you a "convenience fee", even if you pay with a debit card. When I have called in to ask for a manager to process my refund, I am only given the runaround and told they aren't available. I cannot get a hold of anyone in management there - Tim (CEO) is unreachable. They still haven't processed my refund in several months. If you value your money and honest business practices, steer clear of CenterCourt. Pickleball Space is right across the street and they run their business ethically.

My son played in Men's Doubles 4.0 on Saturday and Mixed Doubles 4.0 on Sunday and did quite well, so that made the 15ish hours spent there worth it! The facility is clean and spacious with 16 indoor courts, some private rooms, a weight room, a retail area, some light snacks, water refill stations, etc... The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. It's a bit of a drive for us but if it were closer, we'd definitely play here more often!
