She was annoyed, but said to come back when we could, and they would give us a refund. I asked him to look for our receipt in his records. He admitted that they save all receipts, but said it was too much trouble to try to find it; but expected us to have the receipt. Only a 1 way policy. He also admitted that he was the one that sold us the bag For us, it was a buyer beware shop. As an example, they apparently charge different people different . When making the purchase we on the price least our loss was reduced a little. If you do decide to visit the store, it's a good idea to bargain with to save money. At least what I could see they will come off the retail price they try to charge.

Due to our family's insane schedule, we didn't return to pick it up until a few weeks later. We went back on a Tuesday and Margarita helped us out. The suit fit perfectly! No alterations needed! She steamed it for us and we went on our way. It was a pleasure doing business with Brothers Tailors and we will absolutely return. I'm just happy that my son has a suit to wear now -- at least until his next growth spurt! Unfortunately, my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. My designer shoes were in the shop for nearly two months, and when I picked them up, the quality of the repair was far below what I had come to expect. The workmanship simply did not justify the cost, and I will now have to take them elsewhere to have the repair redone. What upset me even more was the way I was treated when I politely questioned the condition of my shoes. The cobbler's son was dismissive and rude rather than listening to my concerns or attempting to make things right. Good customer service starts with respect, especially when a customer is expressing a legitimate concern. As I left, his son followed me out of the shop, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. It's genuinely sad to see a business with such a strong reputation lose the craftsmanship and customer care that made it special. I hope they take these concerns seriously, because their father's reputation was built on quality work and treating customers well.
