Stay away from this company. This company does not warranty their products from manufacture defects. Not only do they not warranty defects on top grain leather that the dye stain is coming off the hide they deny the claim by saying that we used the sectional in an abusive way on a less than 3 year old sectional. In researching a top grain leather hide the dye coloring should provide a life expectancy of 15- 25 years if the dying process was done correctly. Never should a dye color come off within a 3 year period. Never has any of the four to five leather sofa I've owned had the dye color peeled off. They claim the cleaning and conditional was not done with an approved product and the sectional has scratch marks which void their warranty. They have never come out to inspect the sectional and made their evaluation simple thru a picture. Their are no scratches on the sectional and the cleaner and conditioner is a top rated national brand used for leather care. They use these patented response to negate the warranty and avoid the cost to make the product right even though it is a manufacture defect that most likely occurred in the dying process of the leather. Prior to this I had purchased from Arizona Leather on three different occasions and had family member also purchase thru them. As I said earlier, "BUYER BEWARE" and purchase products from a company that has a solid reputation of customer satisfaction when I problem occurs. Since this occurred I have found many negative reviews that demonstrate ARIZONA LEATHER history on warranty claims is sub standard. All company's have problems and it how the company resolve these problems is what make them a good or bad company. I would not recommend this business, I bought two chairs at the Scottsdale store totaling $6,900. When they were delivered, they felt nothing like the nice showroom chairs. Mine were very uncomfortable! The sales people said they will show me how to take the stuffing out and/or add more in to make them more comfortable?!? I asked if they would take the chairs back or exchange them and they said "NO". As nice as they were prior to the sale -- they were the opposite afterwards.
