Had asked them to look at my brakes, cause it had seemed like it was a while ago I had them done. They could have lied and told me the pads needed to be changed, but Jesus was honest and told me they're still good. I'll always come here and tell others to come here also. Do not go here!!! They are complete crooks, incompetent and prey on females who are not educated on vehicle repairs, parts etc. My daughter took her vehicle in after a check engine light was flashing. They were unable to complete repairs on her vehicle after three trips to this shop. Her check engine light kept coming on two days after having her vehicle repaired here. The first time they didn't even show her the diagnostic codes and charged her $550 for labor, an induction service that was not explained to her and parts were about $300. They charge $230 for labor here!! Which is insane I was expect that from a dealership. They misdiagnosed the problem the second time and refused to fix it free of charge the third time. The second trip cost over $2000 on parts and labor including replacing a catalytic converter. Moral of the story is they are dishonest and can't finish the job without trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of you. No way to run a business. read more

Had a great experience today (11/3/25) with Alberto! I had a flat tire, AAA came to help and pumped up the air so I would be able to drive it over to Evan's Tire. Alberto helped us right away, and while we waited for the car to be inspected we were able to walk over to in n out. Excellent service, they were incredibly quick to fix my tire and replace it, super nice guys and overall 10/10 experience.

I took my car in to get the front lights replaced. I was quoted $90, and since it was so inexpensive I decided to go ahead and get the oil change as well. After waiting for about two hours a guy a different guy approached me and told me that the cost would be closer to $400, for the lights and an additional labor charge since they had to dismantle the entire front end of my car, and it would take another hour. I called my mechanic friend, and he said they had to remove a piece of the front-end cover, but it doesn't take an hour. I felt I had no choice, but to pay the difference since they were already working on my car. I told him that wasn't what I was quoted and told him the price, and he stated, "I must've been mistaken since that was the cost of the oil change". I told him the cost of the oil change was never discussed with me; it was an add on. I am happy to pay what a part costs; I would also be happy with honesty. If the price was misquoted, don't make me out to be the one who misunderstood. I'm sure they knew they messed up since the original salesperson never once came back out to the waiting area. Also, they called my name 5 minutes later, which meant it was done, and they made up some story to make it seem like they had to do SO much more work. I may be a woman, but a simple YouTube video will explain why they were lying about the amount of labor involved with changing my lights. Also, while sitting there, numerous people came in stating they had appointments, and the same guy would tell them there was an additional hour and half wait. He gave some lame excuse about being like an emergency room and it was the same wait times. Appointments should be given priority and walk-ins are just that, they wait, or don't offer appointments and save everyone the insanity. read more

I've taken 2 of my cars here for tires and alignments and all. They have good deals on their tires, no doubt about that, but at what cost? They make you think they're cutting you a good deal by adding all these discounts but then they always want to talk you into an alignment or brake job or whatever they "think" is wrong. Remember that Evans TIRES is not a mechanic. They talk like they are, but they're not. They specialize in Tires! I've gotten an alignment done with them and then took to my mechanic to do some other things, and he said the alignment was off (less than a day after I got it done at Evans). That's probably because their alignment machine is next to their tires and everything in the same bay. When you have an alignment machine, anything small can set off the mechanics of it. You need it separate from everything. So when the tires, tools, workers, etc, is around it, then of course their alignment machine is off! Also, we took our Focus in around end of March and had 4 brand new tires put on (I specified that I wanted to keep the 2 good tires from the previous batch) and they gave me 1 tire with a patch on it! Also, they claim to change/replace the valve stems on each tire. However less than 1 month later my mechanic said the right side valves were leaking! I look it back to Evans and asked them to replace it, and they said about an hour and a half till it'd be ready. I told them I needed 2 valve stems replaced (both front and rear ones). And I watched the technician take off my front tire and take it to the machine and replace it. Then he put the car back on. Mind you, Jesus (the manager) told me that they have to dismount the tires to replace the valves. So I think the tech will then do the same for the rear tire. After putting the front tire back on, he proceeds to lower the car and drive it to the front. Then Mark tells me my car is ready. I told him I watched the tech take off one tire but not the other. He told me they don't have to take the tires off the car in order to replace the valves. But when I asked why he took off one tire but not the back one, he gave me some excuse of to be more efficient. As a customer that seems fishy (even if he can replace them without unmounting the tires), that he would unmount one tire, but not the back. Mark also told me that there was rust near my valves which was causing the leaking- however he said it would take a few months for that to happen (wouldn't be overnight). But if that's the case then why 1 month after Evans "replaced" mine are the valves leaking?! I've taken it several times to Evans and everytime something else is wrong. Every time I've taken a car to Evans Tires, another problem popped up. It's become clear they're more interested in upselling you than doing honest, quality work. When you question them, they scramble for excuses instead of real solutions. Sloppy alignments, reused patched tires, leaking valve stems -- the list goes on. Tire safety isn't a joke. Their carelessness could have real consequences. I will never bring another vehicle here again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away from Evans Tires. You deserve better -- and you can absolutely find it elsewhere. read more

this is by far the WORST evan's you can possibly go to. i brought my car in here for the last two months and have paid well over 2000 dollars in services done here. i took my car in to get the major work done, two days later i turn on my cars AC and its not working. i called evans to explain to explain to them what was happening and to see if i can have it fixed. Jesus asked me to come in and look at my vehicle (after keeping me there for almost two hours) he tells me that it's not their fault and that i will have to pay another 100 dollars to fix it. i tried to tell them that it did not happen until i brought the car home and both jesus and richard were very rude to myself and my uncle and refused to fix the car. i then called corporate to complain. the person on the phone told me that they would SURELY fix my car at NO COST TO ME and that someone would reach out to me within 24 to 48 hrs. TWO WEEKS LATERRRR: here calls Evan's! the district manager on the phone tells me that he BARELY got my message this morning 3/13/25 (when the request was put in two weeks ago) and he then tells me that it's not something they are going to fix for me and asks me why i'm upset.... REALLY!? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE EVANS... I tried to hang up and he kept me on the phone (the district manager) and kept "trying to resolve the problem" he then "apologizes" again for the fact that i've waited two weeks (and claims that's "not how they conduct business") and says he will call me back.. just to call me back 15 minutes later and tell me that they aren't going to fix my car AGAIN!! i will not be coming back! just lost a loyal customer ;) read more

So I called yesterday, gave him the year make and model of my vehicle and asked for a price on an oil change and was told that it would also include free tire rotation and then mentioned that I had a coupon and they said no problem will honor it I arrived at a few minutes after 10 asked for an oil change with a tire rotation presented my coupon then the up sells began. I arrived today at about 1020 to check my vehicle in and ask about adding a cabin air filter to the work order that's when the upsell began. I was told my vehicle takes a special filter and requires a 6 quart of oil. We agreed on a price, including the cabin air filter and I left the vehicle about an hour later I was told the technician was at lunch but that they had an oil bay open and then we get started as soon as he arrived. I walked over to In-N-Out and had a burger and walked back. Now it's 11:50 my car still parked right where I left. Now I'm told they didn't have a bay and that the technician had just returned from lunch and we get started on it shortly I said what happened to being in and out in about an hour and a half I was so they get started on it in just a few minutes at that point I said I'm done and asked for my keys. What a waste of my time I even asked about scheduling an appointment and rather than being upfront sanctuary first one in we can do that they said yeah you could schedule it for 11 but we never know there can be other cars that are ahead of you . Phew! Tires, cars and all things about them are EXPENSIVE. I'm gunna hopefully save you some time and let you know they are the most affordable place for tires in a 15mile radius. Not only that they have good customer service, responsive and informative on the ins and outs. Remember, it's a mechanic shop so the "lobby" isn't anything special and there's no seating but a few chairs outside. Be prepared to have someone pick you up or walk somewhere while you wait. If you need tires just go here save some time. They always have a sweet warranty on them which has come in handy for both my husband and I. I drive a Ford, went to the dealership and told them my 2 front tires need to be replaced; it's getting bald, pulling to the left and the steering wheel shakes(vibrating)when I'm going 20-30 mph. He told me; $120 to diagnose why the car was pulling to the left and vibrating, you may not need new tires. Ummmmm, no thank you Mr. Ford dealership. Well, my son-in-law told me; go to Evans Tire. Came here today for an oil change because there was a $48 coupon on their website. When I came in they were nice enough and told me what good shape my car looked to be in and what low miles it had (2017 with 55k). I brought the coupon up on my phone and the guy at the register told me he guessed they could give it to me at that price. I thought that was odd considering that was the price on the website that anyone could use. They confirm my info and I drop the car off being told I'll get a call in a few hours. A few hours rolls around and I get a text with a link to a "quote" on my phone. I open the quote and it is just a page telling me a checklist of things inspected on my car basically into 3 categories (green, yellow and red). There was a total at the top of $800 with no price breakdown to any capacity. So I give them a call asking what it was all about as I was just there to get an oil change. In short, I was told for 2 new tires and an alignment was the $800 and they didn't want to put any other tires on my car other than what was in the quote. Essentially they told me my tires were down to the bones so much so that it messed with my alignment and how dire the situation was. Additionally, they told me the recommended (yellow) things were just something for them to essentially "get the sale" on and weren't actually needed. A few questions in the representative was essentially getting himself all mixed up and I knew even further no part of the story was adding up. (For one, I had my tires looked at at my last oil change and my maintenance light hadn't even officially come on yet, my car had just started to notify me that the oil change service would be coming up in the last few days and they were in excellent shape last service which I had paperwork of). By the end of the call he seemed sort of frustrated and was saying how we would talk about the quote again when I came in and that they would call me within 20 minutes as my oil change was being finished up now. Another hour comes and goes and I decide to just go back in. As I'm there a gentleman being helped in front of me was getting two new tires and an alignment for an SUV similar to mine for just over $300 total. When I got checked out, another comment about them not calling me what seemed to be on purpose I assume for not agreeing to the additional services came out which I simply ignored and quickly tried to get done to leave. From this place, I went to two other auto shops who I went in saying I needed two new tires and a possible alignment. Both went to check on my car, even had two people look at one location, and came back to say "who said you needed tires again?" When I briefly told them my experience at this place, they offered to show me that my tread was in fact okay for roughly another 15k and showed me how they test it etc. As I went on with the story, they told me most of what they told me was not true and a scam and they didn't even seem like good liars as they couldn't keep the story straight on the phone to get me to commit. What's really scary is that I am a young woman and that is exactly the stereotype to be preyed upon in this industry. Get you in the door for something small that they probably make next to nothing on especially with the coupon and then play into all your fears and hit you with some huge unspecific bill. Thankfully I know a decent amount about car maintenance to know that but I feel sad for the people who are not equipped with the information and think they are going to a professional they can trust. I would not go back here or have purchased what they were telling me based on principle alone, I'd rather even pay slightly more from people who will just be honest with me. I sincerely hope they learn their lesson and don't try to do this to some other unsuspecting person just wanting a routine service! read more
