Very disappointing experience at Vista Tires Pro. They replaced the oil filter cap but didn't bother to check their work afterward. As soon as I got home, all the oil started leaking out -- the whole area in front of my house was covered in oil. It's clear they don't double-check their work after finishing the job. Today is Saturday October 21,2023, so not everyone is open. As I really need an alignment on a used car I recently purchased because the tires were severely worn out on the inside so I purchased new tires and decided to get an alignment here. What a mistake that was to come here. An employee by the name Alex helped me, he told me it was going to an hour but he never called to let me know if it was done. As I went back I paid but I received no paperwork that showed the adjustment and no explanation on how bad the alignment was out of adjustment so when I asked for the paperwork it showed no adjustment which is weird because how bald the tires were in the inside. I told the guy that this if really weird because of the tire and he tells it's because I over inflated my tires. This is when realized I came to the wrong place but how can I prove that they didn't do a good job on my alignment. Well I guess I can't and they kept my money. If anyone read's this please go somewhere else. It will save you on tires later. At this time I can afford to lose $110 but other people are not. Save your money and Stay away from this place. I really like Gabe and bought 35" x 12.5 AT grabbers and methods for them. Super happy with them and the alignment after my lift. I popped a tire out in the dessert and they replaced it with a 315/70 a/t grabber. I noticed a month later. WTF. They are not the same tire. Look similar but it is half inch smaller and cheaper price. They ordered me a new tire Tuesday but I haven't heard back from Gabe about how they are going to work with me. He much am I paying to put the correct tire on my truck?. I can use the 315/70 as a spare or something. I'll put it back to 5 stars if Gabe can win me over as he usually does. I'll find out Saturday. My rear left shock had a nut come loose while driving and came unattached. The bolt from my suspension kit was a 5/8" thick bolt with a less common star head and fine thread. I decided to look for a new 5/8" hex bolt but after searching 3 auto parts stores and Lowes and Home Depot with no luck I called Vista Tire Pros. They were super friendly on the phone and told me to bring it by same day and he would look at it and get me back on the road. Even with a full garage of cars being worked on they squeezed me in and had the correct size bolt. At the end he told me not to worry about cost since it was just a bolt, even after I offered to pay for his time. I really appreciated how generous they were since it was still 30-45 minutes of their time and grade 10 bolts are more expensive now. I went in to fix a flat. That alrtered something while they were under my car. Never had any overheating issues with it, never had any issues at all. As soon as I drove off I noticed a burning smell. And the next day my car was overheating. My car was perfectly fine when I got it checked up 2 weeks ago at jiffy lube. Nothing was wrong with it. I'll be contacting corporate about this. Had my 2500 Silverado HD lifted here back in October .. was helped by a guy named Anthony talked to him about doing a lift and explained to him that I tow and I was NOT on a budget and wanted the best kit and advice from them since they are the "experts" long story short the ball joints and suspension are totaled they installed some rough country lift kit which is ass. Went in shop 2x so they can inspect the lift kit and see what parts I needed to replace and just sat for hours straight waiting to be called and was never called I left both times. Went to American tire depot got a estimate in less than 35 minutes with no appt and they gave me all the pros and cons and we went with the best kit !! I called ahead and made an appointment for first thing in the am. When I got there before opening, there was 1 staff. I needed a brake job, tire rotation and possibly an alignment...Easily a 90 minute to two hour job. I was told I would be done and out in 90 minutes. After standing around 30 minutes waiting for my car to even be test driven, I realized they had one mechanic and when he started working on a truck that came in AFTER me, I decided this wasn't the place I wanted working on my car. There's NOOO way they could have gotten what I needed done in ONE hour from when they FINALLY test drove it, and I had a later appointment, so I asked for my keys and I left. I believe since all the great reviews were written about this place, they've gone down hill under new staff control. Came in because I had a nail in my tire and wanted to see if it could be patched up. I waited 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help even though a couple of workers saw I had walked in. When help arrived I explained the issue to him and he took a brief look. He told me the nail was too far in and that i needed a whole new tire. I asked for the lowest costing tire which was $218.
