DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! We took our Toyota into 7 Day last week for a new alternator. Today, our Radiator blew up, so we took it to our regular mechanic. We found out from our mechanic that the radiator head had been knocked off and glued back on. 7 Day was responsible; they never let us know about the radiator. Plus, come to find out, they overcharged us 250 for the alternator, according to my mechanic. Outrageous!!! We are out $700 for a new radiator due to 7 Days' negligence. read more

This is a shady location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The worker "P.K" refused to give us his business card AND our checkout sheet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I explained to him that me and my fiance have a 1 year old baby with us (all with video evidence by the way) and we would like to get our discharge papers and leave. He said he will not discharge us because we damaged his property, but there were no damages on the uhaul or his property. I told him to call the cops, show them the surveillance footage, go through the uhaul insurance ive purchased, and have them contact me, but give me my discharge papers so I could leave. The guy absolutely refused and kept us there for ONE HOUR. From 1pm- 2pm. we had to call uhaul management and get on the phone with them and explain to them that we gave this guy the keys, but he refuses to print out our discharge papers. My baby was in the hot sun FOR ONE HOUR because of the ignorance of this employee. Also his son/coworker was inspecting the vehicle and taking pictures, yet on video he said that he doesnt work there! This is the kind of shady people you have working with uhaul? When we got home he had told the uhaul claims that there were $500+ in damages to the vehicle and there was a long gouge on the truck. LUCKY FOR ME I took a video and pictures TIMESTAMPED as soon as i parked and sent it to the same claims. So now this location also commits INSURANCE FRAUD by FALSIFYING CLAIMS! Brought truck in for oil leak first thing Saturday morning guy said he would look at it in a few hours. He called late Saturday afternoon said it would be $300 to clean bottom of motor and diagnose problem. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Waited all day Sunday for response.,I called at 5 pm one hour before they closed. No business in the service industry should be run on the basis of taking advantage of customers. i get you are trying to make profits but this is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place. Brought my car in for service cause it wouldn't start. And i didn't get a good explanation of what was going on with my car. Turns out I paid $388 for my battery terminals to be replaced. When i asked for an invoice with the breakdown of issues that was fixed, I got back a piece of paper with handwritten gibberish i could barely read, worse than a doctors prescription. Save your money!!!! I took my car here to be repaired for a check engine light as my car was not accelerating.. The owner said he would fix the issue...less than a week later the check engine light went back on and i was charged 500 dollars for a full tune up, spark plugs, and a coil....never again... He offered to open up my engine as he did not have a clear diagnosis which I declined...it was clear from the start he was not competent...and he refused to give me a refind, I took my car from that shop to bring it to another shop, and made him aware I was going to do so...he than said if I want a second opinion I can take my car...they also lost my keys and. NO STARS!!!!!!!! Got brakes done 3 months ago. Went back and got new tires 2 months ago. Today our front passenger tire on our Ford explorer flew off. Thankfully we were turning right from mission onto El Camino real and no one was hurt (including our 4 year old daughter. We had it towed there. Took the tire and 2 pieces that broke off. They said it was our fault and something else must be wrong with our car and that they wouldn't put the tire on with our rim "like that" exactly, so when you put it on the rim was fine and it got messed up because you didn't tighten the bolts. The holes were warped so that was a clear indication of the problem. This was not obvious to the manager though. We had to go home, get the receipts and come back just for him to tell us again it's our fault. The best he offered was to do labor for free but we have to pay for the parts. He's lucky we weren't on the freeway. We are at a different auto shop and have to pay out of pocket. We will be suing this shop for all expenses. Never go get and keep your family and loved ones (and other drivers/pedestrians/property) safe. read more

....I never go off on a rant online. I'll typically tell someone they suck face to face. But it's been tugging at me for awhile now. I took my car here for a 85$ diagnosis, since my car had a grinding noise when I would turn the steering wheel. They quoted me 2k to have both front ward lower control arms changed out, rack and pinion and front struts, alignment as a start. I picked up my car and took it home. The noise never went away. It's like they didn't fix the issue, because the didn't. I had explained to the guy that my lower control arms on the driver side had been replaced a few years ago, but he insisted that it should be replaced. I took my car back again, so that way they could know. Then they tell me it's a lower ball joint on the driver side that needs to be replaced. Another 85$, but they'll waive the labor. Okay, that's expected after paying two thousand dollars. These guys are crooks! You will be oversold on things you don't need. This two thousand dollar job could have been 85$ and labor, then when I picked up my car for the second time. The guy tried to sell me again on another alignment. Also another tire shop told me they send out a guy to get tires from them that they wouldn't sell themselves. Avoid this place at all costs. I hope this review hurts their crappy reputation as much as it hurt my wallet. To update a alignment here is 100$ and it's eyeballed. Not done properly on a computer with sensors. My car still pulls to the right. read more
