I stumbled on a post for a set of high tread used tires on Offer up and tracked the seller to Next Level Tires. I read their yelp reviews and decided to give them a shot. Buying used tires can be a hit or a miss and some shops will employ a bait and switch tactic. Sometimes buyers cannot identify the tires' significant flaws so they just have to trust the shop. I scored a home run with Next Level Tires and got a set of Crossclimate 2s with advertised 90% tread for 400 OTD. This excellent set of tires would have cost me an arm and a leg in brand new condition at a major retailer so I took a chance on a barely used set at Next Level Tires. The tires did appear in like new condition without any visible defects. The tire hairs or vent spews were still largely intact. The small shop was clean and organized which is in stark contrast to other used tire retailers. The employees were friendly and helpful. The service was fast. I only waited 15 minutes for my turn and the tire change was completed in about half an hour. I could not have asked for a better experience buying used tires. Next time when I need a set of tires, I'll try contacting them a month or two in advance so they can keep an eye out for a particular brand, model, and size. read more

I can't say more good things about this shop. From start to finish, the entire experience was great. I saw an OfferUp ad for a wheels/tire package and starting conversing with Cris about what I was looking for. The communication was all through text so it was really convenient for me; I appreciate the new-school way of communication. Cris was prompt to respond and always friendly. I just bought a 2021 Tacoma and wanted to upgrade my wheels and tires without doing anything to the suspension. Cris sent me pictures of his previous builds so he made it easier for me to decide a what wheels and tires to get. I was worried about the bigger tires rubbing but he assured me that going with 265/70/17 wouldn't require any trimming and a lift. I ended up choosing the Method NV 305 in bronze with a flush center cap and Falken Wildpeaks A/T tires at 265/70/17. After a couple of weeks of shopping around, I decided to go back to Next Level Tires even though they weren't the cheapest quote that I got. I came back because of Cris' professionalism. During the day of installation, the guys started at the exact time of the appointment. Cris had all of my parts ready to go; all lined up and organized. I purchased different wheel caps and he showed me those as well. I stuck around, used their WiFi to get some work done and after an hour, my truck was ready. Hate to burst the bubble for a 5-star Yelp tire shop, but Ralph is a thief and a liar. I bought 4 tires before I bought my new car, and I wanted to take them home, but Ralph insisted he had safe storage for them. When I brought my new car in to install them, Ralph had SOLD MY TIRES! Honest mistake right? Over the next few months Ralph offered me an inferior set which I refused, then offered me same set, but I was out of town. Ralph refused to save them for me, he said he had a list of 5 locals waiting for them, and he sold them not to me. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED. This was no mistake, He convinced me to keep my tires at his shop, thinking that he could resell them in order to not miss an extra sale, then pickup another set for me later.
