He helped me get the spare on without having to ask and didn't want anything in return, refused my offerings. Then got us over to his shop quicker then I could have ever imagined. Santa Fe this young man took my payment and told me that my car would be ready in 30 minutes 15 days later he helped charge me for $675 for storage fees for a job that they never complete it they held my car hostage it would not release it this company torments people for storage fees and hides behind the Civil law Protecting them from any lawsuits stating that they can hold your car if they have stored it so if you leave your car there even one day they will never let you get it out until it's over $600 read more

Had a nail in my rear tire that could not be repaired, so I was able to purchase a used tire from them. When they were changing the tire, they noticed another tire was worn out in the front and replaced that as well. They kindly swapped out the tires so that the "newer" ones were in the front. I was in and out of there within 45 minutes. QUICK and simple. Hope these tires last me a few years! read more

I needed to shop around for four tires for a 07 Nissan Sentra... now the penny saver and other local tire shops offer tires for as low as "$40/tire" or "Buy 2, Get 2" and other means to lure you in the door. I really had to ask each one, "So, really, what is your out-the-door price??" $160 turned into $300 after you include labor for one place... the buy 2 get 2 deal at another some how turned $53/tire into $396 in total after road hazard packages and TPMS rebuilding at another. Every place just seemed to come up with a reason for why their tires somehow went from approximately $50 to double the price. Then there's Frankie with with Vista Tire Pros. I was getting desperate enough to consider used tires (which aren't bad when desperate times come for desperate measures), but they didn't have any in stock. Frankie said outright, "For $270 out the door, we can replace all four of your 205/60R15s, and that includes mounting, lifetime balancing/rotation, and flat/tire replacement for the life of the tires... that's it, there's no additional fees." Honestly, that's what I wanted to hear. It ticks me off that other businesses would con you by not including whatever other fees they could tack on. The shop's small, but since it is a mom and pop, it's not busy at all. These guys only seem to do tires/rims... they do have a smog check sign posted, but for their bigger jobs (ex: alignment), their other shop off Santa Fe offers a bit more. But they were there for what I needed at an acceptable price. Though there was no cushy lounge, the inside store front was respectably clean and service was fast; they threw the one good spare tire in the trunk and I was out rolling within half an hour. I'll be sure to write of my experiences with their flat repair/tire replacement if and when the time comes, but I'm honestly really happy with the service. There was no upselling or pressuring; just good work, easy invoice, and honest service! read more

GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP!! VAYA A OTRO LUGAR!! I came here over a year ago because I lifted my Tacoma 2 inches and needed camber adjustment, these guys "aligned" my truck and a couple days later I noticed that my alignment moved. A guy named Chris helped me by the way. I didn't go back because my dad had a bad experience there years ago. so I went to alignment plus in San Marcos so they can check it out it tuned out that my my truck wasn't staying aligned because all my bushings from rack and pinion and control arms where old and I needed new shocks and ball joints. The owners there was even mad that the guys at tire xperts never said anything because it was obvious. I suggest that you guys go to alignment plus, Pep boys, or Firestone to get it aligned, they may charge more but they do it right and no bs and they are biggest companies. read more

This place let my wife drive drive away with so much air in the brake lines , it was unsafe to drive.... they worked for hours as I sat in the waiting room ... telling me story after story Bottom line , they are incompetent , I had the car repaired at a shop close to home , because it unsafe to return to them ( too far ) $74 to bleed the brakes .... now the car brakes are rock solid Don't do business with this company , you'll regret it Buyer beware!!!
