After 45-minute wait (with other customers being serviced), we were told there was only 1 tattoo artist, for 2 (not 3) of us, and she was currently busy; so we asked for our $'s back. Poor guy at the desk called the manager, who on speaker phone (for everyone in the store to hear) say, "tell that Bxxxx to Shut the Fxxx Up" when my wife asked for our $150 back.... (it gets better....). The person shouting at everyone then stated, "you aren't getting your $'s back, get out of my store". Finally, I asked for the owner's contact info (as required by the BBB) and was refused that info, then told by the poor guy at the desk, "leave the store now or I'm calling the police".
