Me and my two sisters came in and we asked if the owner was there which she responded with no, We stayed and got our eyebrows done. both my sisters asked if she could fix it up a little bit and she just kept saying no because it would make their eyebrows look as certain way, and I work in the beauty, industry myself, and personally I've always learned work ethnic and been told that if the customer wants something you should be able to provide it. as long as you tell them that it's at their own risk, but once I got mines done, I don't know if she was trying to prove a point to my sisters that their eyebrows would look a certain way, but she left my eyebrows really uneven and I asked her to fix it up and she told me no so I had to come home and fix it myself and upon further inspection, she completely cut some of my eyebrow hairs and you can totally tell and it's so frustrating because my eyebrows are the one thing that I get done often and I've never had them be this bad. Also, I don't know what product she put on my face, but it made my skin break out and I have scabs in my eyebrows. I love the owner, but I just think the other wokers that are in the salon are bringing it down.

But when I get to the front desk the lady there tells me that it's normally $250 but she'll do $200 if I pre-pay. Shady business practice! Bad customer service, had to call for a month to get refund for prepaid touch up, cause I'm not going back! They made me call back several times and I even left messages on voicemail. They never initiated a call back. I never got an apology for bad product and service. Just a waste of money and time is all this was!

The entire office has such a quiet calm clean feel to it. She took me back to the room where they had me feeling like a VIP. To be safe Mia did a small patch test to make sure I wasn't allergic to the chemicals she would be using and we were good to go. The entire experience was very calm yet fun. Once she was done I looked in the mirror and holy guacamole my lashes had lift!!!!
